Everyone acts before the blind kobold, so feel free to post your actions! Go, team Piratical!

M Goblin Druid 7

Splurg and Spots will attempt to grapple the kobold.

1d20 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3 CMB Splurg attempt

1d20 + 8 ⇒ (6) + 8 = 14 CMB Spots attempt

Male Goblin Barbarian (Invulnerable Rager) 7

going for the pin 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (12) + 7 = 19

Bonekeep Slides

Splurg and Spots dive for the grappled Kobold, but in the scuffle between it and Crang, Splurg is unable to get a hand on it. Spots, on the other hand, grips the kobold's leg tightly in his jaws. Crang, meanwhile, transfers his grab to a pin, tightly binding the kobold's arms and preventing him from moving.

M Goblin Druid 7

reading for the win didn't realize he was already grappled love it lol dang page flip! if still time I'm going to communicate with him

Splurg straightens himself with aplomb before menacing the kobold with his scimitar and clicking and gesturing at him (in the manner of all tourists everywhere that believe if you speak slower it will work better)... "Click Clock Click, You no talk right, Click Click Clock, start a gabbing or I start a sticking...."

Bonekeep Slides

I will let the others act before the kobold gets a chance to respond...

Male Goblin Sorcerer 1

Greblak runs up behind the party - he was distracted by examining the kobold wizard. He wanted to know how to cast that sneezy spell.

initiative 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (3) + 3 = 6

Male Goblin Cleric Level 7

Ank-hore looks at the blind kobold the grins ear to ear and whispers at him in a creepy tone"Fear Me"

Ank-hore is casting Sotto Voce it is a DC 12 will save to negate

Sotto Voce:
Cleric 0
School: Necromancy [Fear, Mind-Affecting, Sonic]
Components: V
Casting Time: 1 action
Range: Close
Duration: 1+ Rounds
Save: DC 12 Will Negates
Resistance: Yes
Your dry, rasping whisper fills a living creature of 4 or fewer Hit Dice
with unnatural dread. The affected creature must make a Will save or be
shaken for 1 round.

Bonekeep Slides

That is a strange, strange spell. Where does it come from?

DM Rolls:

Will Save: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (15) + 5 = 20

In response to Ank-hore's spell, the kobold twists toward him and hisses in an even creepier voice. Ank-hore would swear that for a single brief moment, the kobold's milky white eyes were replaced with a vision of a demonic face, staring through the eyes as if windows.

Init:
19 Splurg and Spots
13 Crang
13 Ank-hore
11 Buz
11 Whosi
6 Greblak
6 Blind Kobold

Male Goblin Cleric Level 7

I picked it while making Ank-hore in Herolab, looking at the source it is from the Faction Guide

Ank-hore looks shocked at the kobold Sticking his tongue out at him and giving him a raspberry.

Goblin Gunslinger 3

Buz will let the other Captains handle the situation, while keeping watch in case somebody else comes.
I ready my action to attack any other enemy entering the area. Perception and attack with pistol

Skipping Greblak and Whosi for now

As Buz keeps an eye out, watching the dark tunnel that descends through the demon's mouth, the gang pins the kobold. He cannot gesture or move, but, it seems, he needs neither of these skills for what comes next...

The kobold's eyes begin to glow and he hisses a few words in a language that grates your ears...

Abyssal:
"Stupid worms! Feel the embrace of Him Who Gnaws!"

With a sudden burst of green flame, Crang erupts. His very skin burns with an unholy fire as the blind kobold laughs in a high pitched voice.

Crang, make a Reflex save, DC 15 for half damage!

Balefire: 4d6 ⇒ (6, 6, 3, 2) = 17 fire damage

From within the tunnel, a faint torchlight begins to flicker and the sounds of feet scramble toward the pirates!

Oh, dear.

reflex1d20 + 3 ⇒ (16) + 3 = 19

Crang is currently down by 13 hit points

Crang wants to damage to the blighter he is holding: Gives us the axes!

M Goblin Druid 7

Splurg stops menacing the kobold and heals Crang cure light wounds
1d8 + 3 ⇒ (4) + 3 = 7 healing to Crang
"You betta now youz kill!!!!"

Spots doesn't take kindly to the green flame and clamps down hard on the kobold and begins to rake with his clawsnot sure if modifier since he is down so just left it as normal...

Bonekeep Slides

No problem with Spots.

Splurg heals the smoldering barbarian while Spots gnaws and claws the blind kobold. The kobold screams with pain, a disturbingly plaintive sound that echoes through the caverns...

DM rolls:
Init: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (6) + 4 = 10

Round 2:
Init:
19 Splurg and Spots
13 Crang
13 Ank-hore
11 Buz
11 Whosi
10 UNKNOWN
6 Greblak
6 Blind Kobold

Male Goblin Cleric Level 7

On his turn Ank-hore will move forward to within 5ft of the kobold Belch in his face.

Foul Belch:
(1/day) Once per day as a standard action, you can force a particularly odious belch at a single opponent within 5 feet. The character affected must make a DC 12 Fortitude save or be sickened for 1d6 rounds. The save DC is Constitution-based.

Male Goblin Sorcerer 1

Kill it, fasts!

Greblak is going to keep an eye on the passageways, readying nasty fire if anything should attack while the rest of the group is dealing with the blind guard.

Male Goblin Barbarian (Invulnerable Rager) 7

Seeing as Splurg doesn't want to hand over the axe, Crang plucks out his handaxe and hurts the kobold

1d4 + 3 ⇒ (1) + 3 = 4

Goblin Gunslinger 3

Wat was dat
Ready to fire...

Bonekeep Slides

DM rolls:
Fortitude: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (19) + 2 = 21

The Kobold's nostrils flare as Ank-hore belches a foul cloud of yesterday's chow into his face. However, he must be used to eating equally foul things, for he doesn't even flinch. He does, however, cry out when Crang's axe cuts into his side.

From out of the darkness of the tunnel comes two creatures, each the size of a halfling. Their frames are bloated and pustulent, their piggy eyes glowing with a pale green light and their wicked hands ending in claws. They let out a low moan and one surges forward up the tunnel toward you. One lags behind, his face scrunched in concentration.

As they surge, Buz's alert eyes catch them and he fires off a shot he'd been saving for such an occasion! He strikes the creature solidly in the chest, but its flesh immediately expels the bullet, leaving no hole or damage behind!

The creature attempts to claw Buz! Attack: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (19) + 6 = 25 for 1d4 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3 damage! His compatriot uses some sort of spell-like ability and the group around the kobold (Splurg, Spots, Crang, Ank-hore and the Kobold) must make Fortitude saves (DC 13) or be nauseated!

Even more DM rolls:
Fortitude 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (10) + 2 = 12

Nauseated[/spoiler:
Creatures with the nauseated condition experience stomach distress. Nauseated creatures are unable to attack, cast spells, concentrate on spells, or do anything else requiring attention. The only action such a character can take is a single move actions per turn.

The Blind Kobold suddenly begins retching and vomiting as the green cloud spreads out from him in 20 feet in any direction!

Greblak and Whosi's turns!

Goblin Gunslinger 3

Buz will pistol whip the creature's ass if it's still close to him, then take out the blunderbuss. Perhaps a bigger gun will make things even.
1d20 + 5 ⇒ (12) + 5 = 171d4 ⇒ 2 If hits the target is knocked prone.

Bonekeep Slides

Buz:
According to the PFSRD, you need to spend a grit point and make a Combat Manuever Check vs the target's CMD for this to work. Please do so now.

Goblin Gunslinger 3

Will do. That leaves me without Grit points for today if I'm correct.

Male Goblin Barbarian (Invulnerable Rager) 7

Remind me when you used the other one.

Goblin Gunslinger 3

I gained 1 when we entered the hut above ground, (that brought my total to 3) then used 2 to pistol whip two targets, and now I've used the last one in similar fashion.

Gotcha. Maybe you should do something daring to get one back? :)

M Goblin Druid 7

1d20 + 5 ⇒ (16) + 5 = 21fort Splurg
1d20 + 4 ⇒ (1) + 4 = 5fort Spots

Spots begins to hack and cough as if he is fighting with a large hairball

Male Goblin Cleric Level 7

Fort Save 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (15) + 4 = 19

male Goblin Rogue

will hang back and keep watch for more; that seems enough guys around one kobold and dont want anyone to surprize us.

M Goblin Druid 7

@Whosi

Spoiler:
there are 3 in the room now the pale kobold and the 2 new bloated creatures that just attacked

Bonekeep Slides

Whosi, could you step over to the OOC thread, please?

Bonekeep Slides

Init:
19 Splurg and Spots
13 Crang
13 Ank-hore
11 Buz
11 Whosi
10 UNKNOWN
6 Greblak
6 Blind Kobold

Greblak, I need your Round 2 action, please!

Buz's CMB: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (20) + 2 = 22

Buz strikes the creature attacking him, doing seemingly no damage, but knocking the creature flat on its arse! Buz, that was a crit on your CMB. Keep the point of grit!

ROUND 3:

Go ahead! Currently we have one unknown thing on the ground at Buz's feet, another about 20 feet down the tunnel and a 20 foot radius green cloud centered on the kobold. If you remain in the cloud, make another Fort save, DC 13 on the start of your turn. Failure indicates you become nauseous. If nauseated, you remain thus for 1d4 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 5 rounds after you leave the cloud! Also, if you have Knowledge: Planes, roll it to ID the bloated creatures!

Male Goblin Sorcerer 1

sorry bout the absence, finals are now done

Greblak doesn't like the look of the new...things. He immediately gives one the ol' fire ray treatment.

Ranged touch attack 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (12) + 5 = 17
fire damage 1d6 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3

M Goblin Druid 7

Spots runs out of the green cloud.

Splurg not happy with the pale kobold stabs down into him.

1d20 + 4 + 2 ⇒ (11) + 4 + 2 = 17 with Schimitar added 2 for him being prone/grappled
1d4 + 0 ⇒ (3) + 0 = 3

1d20 + 5 ⇒ (15) + 5 = 20in case you need another fort save from me

Male Goblin Barbarian (Invulnerable Rager) 7

more axtion on the kobold

1d4 + 3 ⇒ (2) + 3 = 5

Bonekeep Slides

Crangs' axing yields more blood and vomit from the blind kobold. Between this and Splurg's scimitar attacks, the kobold goes unconscious.

Greblak's ray of fire is spot-on, but the creature doesn't seem to notice the heat at all. It simply ignores it.

Ank-hore and Buz, your actions, please!

Male Goblin Cleric Level 7

Ank-hore backs out of the clouds range Then ignites the Flaming mace. and activates one of his copy cats.

male Goblin Rogue

seeing Buz attack ineffective; whoosie runs outside to get a flaming torch; or lights one and runs back in; with this and some oil if I can find any; maybe this will be more effective (want to try out my burn non magic skill :)

Bonekeep Slides

Whosi begins scrounging for something combustible, while Ank-hore emerges from the poisonous cloud to ignite his mace, and then suddenly gains a double!

We'll give Buz some time to add his 2 cents before the bloated assailants act.

Male Goblin Sorcerer 1

[b] Fire not work? ....But.....Fire always work! Hmm, me try somethin.... [b/]

Frowning in concentration, Greblak tries something he's ony ever done in practice - an attack spell that uses no fire at all!

Magic missile at the thing

Damage 2d4 + 2 ⇒ (1, 4) + 2 = 7

Bonekeep Slides

Buz loads his blunderbuss and fires at the creature at his feet!

Attack: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (12) + 6 = 18
Damage: 1d8 ⇒ 3

The creature takes the damage, not even noticing the shot. The bloated thing on the ground at Buz's feet stands up, provoking an attack from Buz! (Attack: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (19) + 4 = 23 and damage: 1d8 ⇒ 1) Absorbing the blow, the thing bites at Buz!

Attack: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (3) + 4 = 7
Damage: 1d4 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3

Fortunately for Buz, the pistol-whipping has addled its balance and its jaws snap shut shy of the gob's throat. The second thing moves forward, lurching toward the goblins and focuses on Crang's menacing of the kobold. He scrunches up his faces and lets out a loud cry, casting some sort of spell at Crang!

Crang, Will Save DC 11 or be frightened for 1d4 ⇒ 4 rounds. If you succeed, you are shaken for one round! This is a fear effect.

Greblak's non-fiery magical missiles pop into being, resembling small flaming goblins. They hiss and spit as they arc toward the thing menacing Buz, hitting it hard and rocking it back as it tastes fear for the first time. The smoking pits in its skin show that it can be hurt!

The blind kobold moans in its unconscious state.

ROUND 4:
Init:
19 Splurg and Spots
13 Crang
13 Ank-hore
11 Buz
11 Whosi
10 UNKNOWN
6 Greblak

Go! Anyone remaining in the cloud at the start of their round needs to make another Fort Save, DC 13 or be nauseated.

M Goblin Druid 7

1d20 + 5 ⇒ (20) + 5 = 25 Fort Save

Spots feeling better as he exits the cloud quickly turns and runs back in to attack..
1d20 + 4 ⇒ (18) + 4 = 22 Fort Save Spots

Grinning evily Splurg calls Spots back to his side before gesturing at the ceiling... In Goblin through a string of evil giggles"Yoza be tough but see how tough yoza be with dirt on your head...You Gobbos be quick or you be catchin too!!!!"

Soften Earth and Stone on the cavern ceiling over the bloated things this causes a moderate collapse(i.e. no bury zone) DC 15 Reflex Save on save no damage [ If you fail the save in the slide zone you become buried subject to 1d6 lethal dmg per minute

3d6 ⇒ (5, 4, 6) = 15 Dmg for Slide

If Crang needs the assistance

Spoiler:
"Spots yuz go get Crang make no rocks bash ems he funny choppy chop"

Male Goblin Barbarian (Invulnerable Rager) 7

will 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (11) + 1 = 12
fort 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (18) + 5 = 23

Fed up of being messed with, Crang drops the kobold and hefts his battle axe. He lashes out at the thing in front of him.

You scarin' Crang! Crang smash!
raging and power attacking, naturally

attack 1d20 + 9 - 2 ⇒ (16) + 9 - 2 = 23
damage 1d10 + 8 ⇒ (6) + 8 = 14

Male Goblin Sorcerer 1

Greblak grins as he sees his attack is effective.

Okies, we can burn them with notfire! Try axes, too!

Another magic missile at the same beast. Maybe when it's dead, Greblak can wear it and be fireproof too....

Damage 2d4 + 2 ⇒ (1, 2) + 2 = 5
