"Sure man" - Hagrin hands over the note - 'Stay clear the Echo Woods. This girl is your first and only warning - he snorts - "Bah"
Stepping past all of the taller people and kneeling down next to the woman on the floor.
Antonian turns to the innkeeper. "Was this note addressed to you?"
I cast a cure spell on the girl so she has a chance if she was still breathing
Nisany sees that the girl is still alive.
The girls's eyes flutter open after the heal spell, and she looks around in shock and confusion until she sees Jax. Smiling, she wraps her arms around his neck.
"What happened Jax? Those skull-faces came in asking about you, and then you came in with all these strangers. I ran into the back looking for Thagrin, in case there would be trouble...Thagrin!!
She sits up straight, her eyes darting to the kitchen.
Still kneeling when the woman pops up and hugs Jax without so much as a thank you. Ignoring the scene before her and pressing her ear to the ground, which is like a foot away. Turning her head and calling out, You, girl who has had a very bad day, where is the door to the basement? And is there supposed to be someone down there?
Jezz turns to Nisany, "There are stairs in the kitchen."
Through the floorboards, Nisany can hear a deep, grumbling voice.
"What in the gods...? That's gonna hurt tomorrow." Followed by shuffling.
Jezz and Jax both stand. "Thagrin!" they say together, and start for the kitchen.
Wow they are an excitable lot. Even though she sounds displeased with them she moves to follow.
"This is getting stranger by the second" - Hagrin grumbles, following the others into the kitchen.
Ravena goes along with the crowd into the kitchen
Having no idea what's going on, Antonian follows the crowd.
Felix shrugs and joins the crew! That dolly could have at least give me a thank you kiss for healing her.
