Between having our first child and tighter restrictions on the firewall at my office, my posting is a lot more limited and I'd hate to be the player holding up a game... which I'm certain I would be (I have been recently in the PbP games that haven't been on a hiatus like this one).

I am ready to continue. How do you guys want to handle that Aero cannot continue? One of you bots her till you get back to the city? Proceed without her? Recruit someone else? Let me know your opinions.
I guess we should bot her until we get to a good spot to write her character off.
I agree with Ialda on botting till we can write her out. Since she's an archer/caster would it be easiest for me? My only hesitation is that I run into some stretches where I miss a kittle time and I don't want to be having two characters holding things up.
As for the longer term, I'm not sure whether this was originally built for 4 or more and I'm not sure how you've found the Pathfinder conversion (which seems to up the power level of the PCs). Whether it's your conversions or tactics, we've had an amazing number of extremely tight fights which are always amazing. Will 4 slide us toward TPK land or have you been amping things up for 5 (or 6) plus the Pathfinder boost? I guess I'm trying to find the right balance between not killing you with the conversions and balance and not killing us in a TPK (unless we deserve it of course).
If you want to run her, Baolo, please feel free. If I see you out for a fairly lengthy portion of time, I'll help as well.

Heads up that I may not be able to post again until Monday or Tuesday so please GMPC or PCPC if needed to keep the action flowing. I have a very full day of business travel tomorrow followed by a Con where I have heavy GM duties on Fri-Sat-Sun. Monday will be catching up on work and hopefully most PbPs, but I should be fully caught up by Tuesday.

I think we need to re-recruit or find someone that one of us as experience with to add. Just Ialda, Gruug and Baolo seems like too small a group to be successful.

What pace would you like to run things at moving forward Lucendar? I know some reliable folks, but some are reliable at posting every day (or more than once a day) and prefer that pace while others are better at a slower pace.
Daily, my schedule is clear for the foreseeable future.

Got one I'm trying to recruit in. He's got an opening of Othello he's getting ready for this weekend so he's slammed at the moment, but trying to determine if he can give it proper time.
Heard back from Vuvu (MiniGM). He'd like to join, but needs to hold till after the weekend due to the opening. If that's all right, he suggested we chat about what would help round out the group. I think we could probably most use a wizard or arcanist, but there are definitely some other possibilities. A skald might make Ialda and Gruug even more terrifying. We're also hurting in the face department.
