Summary
A student at the New Stetven Ministry of Abadar, Gracey Darling has been sent out to fledgling city of Jasper for her final fellowship before graduation. Her past assignments including assistant appraiser and attachée to the New Stetven Town Guard: Gracey is concerned that this new fellowship is a punishment for something. With little instruction besides "Report to Mr. Donga," the capable young Gracey arranged passage to Jasper and set off!
