Once you post there, we can start doing tasks. The others have actually both messaged me and created profiles, so it's likely that they'll show up, but it's also likely that you'll do things individually so once you post we can start your individual tasks.

By the by, I just put a link to the Kingmaker information in the overhead description - feel free to peruse at your leisure. Once we finish the wrap-up adventuring you'll all need, at least, a rudimentary knowledge of it to participate in kingdom-building.

Well, after a half hour on the phone with Jason/Krolmnite, I think I got this online game figured out.

Something that everyone should think about:
Each of the NPCs from whom you request a service requires one in return for continued loyalty to you. You must promise (and keep the promise) to do something for them or they won't serve you.
What will you do for Jhod?
What will you do for Akiros?
What will you do for Oleg&Svetlana?
What will you do for Kesten?
Keep this in mind when you meet future NPCs that you may want to employ. And you do need to answer for each of the NPCs that you're already attempting to employ.
Additionally, each of you receives, individually, 1,000gp and the group as a whole receives four masterwork weapons of choice as compensation from various sources for your work here in the Stolen Lands.
Think about what weapons you'd want and then, later on, what you'd like to spend your money on. (you also have all of that money from the Stag Lord's holdings)

All leaders will get free access to brothels. There they are happy.
Oleg, Svetlana, and Jhod will likely be quite opposed to brothels, as will many of the NPCs you meet in the future XD

I've posted a link to a map of the greenbelt, clean. Hopefully I can find a way to get a map up that actually represents your kingdom in a helpful way. Maybe I can screenshot the pic from the .pdf and paint on it.
