Welcome, Magna! We're happy to have you here. Talia looks forward to standing between you and the bad guys!
Magnitofera Skeller
Well, in her case I don't think that will be necessary. Talia is a bard, right? Then Magna will be standing between Talia and the XP-bags... sorry, the bad guys.
Dregan Hirscherz
Hi all. Thank you. From a quick look at discussion you would like Dregan to switch to melee focused. I don't think any of the background will need to change I'll just shift some stats and feats.
On the topic of backgrounds. His background has him as the son-in-law of Oleg and Svetlana Leveton at the trading outpost. GM how do you feel about this, it can be easily changed or might be useful in introducing him to the game.

Woops! I meant that Talia looks forward to you standing between her and the bad guys. She feels much better about that arrangment.
@Morphling and Pahlock - take care you two! It was fun. I saw Naralesh was submitted to another campaign - I hope he makes it!
@Dregan - Welcome! I think you can stay as is. We lost a melee and a ranged guy in the GM change over, and we're replacing them with you and Magna (melee and ranged). Happy to have your bow and wilderness skills on board!

The Levetons do not have children, they moved from Brevoy to get away from the politics. Say you are a relative rather. Brother? Cousin?
Talia Khavortorov
Fixed Dregan for 25 pt buy archery focused (he can hold a hole in melee if its required.)
So all ready to go.
It looks like my last post crossed yours in the ether. Sorry for the confusion!
Dramatically speaking - to raise the tension and the 'stakes' - no I couldn't.
I love it. I'm in another game that has had two people leave at different points - each time, their PCs died horrible deaths (one skinned alive and impersonated, the other's head split open while skulking around our village, trying to assassinate a NPC). I hope to never leave that game before its conclusion, but if for some reason I have to, I'll have to keep reading just to see what horror befalls my character.

He has lived his life in the area so lets just say they are family friends and that his wife comes from another local farming/hunting family.

Sounds good.

In one of mine the PC became an evil antagonistic NPC :D
That's great. I know our GM was planning on setting up a civil war with the second PC's death/attempted assassination, but I think he ended up being afraid the remaining PCs' loyalties would be split, so he abandoned that plan.

I'll be out tomorrow as well, for the day.
Maybe we should GMPC Asha, since she said she's busy in the middle of a kickstarter?
Asha Medvyed
Wanted to give you all a slight update. I am CRAZY busy with running a Kickstarter. It is paying off as we are 550% funded but it is eating up almost all my time. On top of this our other side of the company (which I directly head up) is launching another Kickstarter next month that I am prepping when I am not doing work on the currently running Kickstarter. As such my normal, usually daily posting rate has been knocked down to closer to once or twice a week.
As to not hold up the group I think it might be better for me to back out before you all get started up again.
Talia Khavortorov
Awesome news for you, Asha! What is the kickstarter?
Best of luck!
Asha Medvyed
Thanks and sorry for having to drop out. Just too much on my plate and don't want to slow you down when you are just starting back up again. Not sure if it is possible but if you could set me as inactive that would be great!
Best of luck and hope this time it runs well for you all!

I don't think we need to, Old Guy GM. I think between Magna and myself we can probably handle the healing / condition removal just fine. Well, maybe not right off the bat - I have no cure spells.
How would everyone feel about pitching in on a CLW wand when we can scrounge up the gp?
Talia Khavortorov
Says the person who'll be hiding behind magna and I!
Well, that is true, ha! But for the low, low price of 750gp, I'll stand behind you with a cure light wounds wand!

If you guys need another member, I could possibly join back in with a new character. The bitterness of Naralesh's death has faded - I was having trouble staying motivated with Keiji, since I'd never planned to make him and he didn't "click" with me.
For simplicity's sake I could wait until the current fight is over, if that would help.

I don't have an issue with you coming back.

I'm away for the long weekend we have here. I'll have my phone on me but responses might be slow, sorry.
Enjoy your weekend, Dregan. I wish I had a long weekend starting right about now!
Talia Khavortorov
No kidding, Gavriil. The dice are ice cold for you right now. Next round Talia will start using satire, so at least the bandit will be at a penalty to hit and hurt you.
I'd say you're due for a crit next round.
Talia Khavortorov
Nah, Gavriil's just having too much fun toying with him ;)
Talia Khavortorov
Would you all mind if we try and get some info out of Haps? I think Talia can talk him into giving up whatever he knows. I think at this point she doesn't care whether or not he lives or dies in the end, but would like to know about the other bandits. There's still 8? of them and a lady with hatchets that we know of.
Gavriil
@Morphling: I don't really care, it's really up to Old Guy. If anything, I would go ahead and roll up the character so when you do get an answer we don't waste time waiting on him to show up.
@Talia: I think that's a good idea! I was going to suggest that anyway.

Cool. :) I will work on a character and get them to you shortly! I'm thinking a Human Sacred Huntmaster Inquisitor with a wolf animal companion, with the animal domain to get a second wolf at level four - with the Sacred Huntmaster's ability to automatically grant his animal companions teamwork feats, the wolves should be an excellent pair of flankers.
And Dregan, the accent is a little hard to understand. I suggest you maybe take out about, say... half of the abbreviations?

On second thought, you guys are really lacking in arcane power but you've got plenty of woodslore and divine support. Hmm. I will keep thinking, though I haven't given up on the inquisitor idea yet.
Old Guy - would you be opposed to me just saying that Naralesh barely survived his horrible wound? His unconscious body could still be on the roof - and a very concerned fox familiar would climb down and look for help, trying to get Talia's attention. Or the bandits might have retrieved him and thrown him in the corner of some storeroom. He could be stable at 1 hit point from death.
