Hrm? Yeah that's really about it, If he actually wanted you dead he would have attacked. Sugua is not subtle. And so far everything his blade has touched, has died. He isnt expecting people to live long if they don't adapt is all.. as stated earlier, he has knowledge and advice but characters wont listen to him so ofcourse things may happen. He's not expecting anyone to live long really.

Oh Angor I forgot you asked me earlier about how much meat you could salvage from the bear. I did a bit of research and it looks like about 200 lbs is the average edible weight of a bear. Your survival roll was decent so we'll say you harvested 140 pounds of bear meat.
Each ration is about 2 pounds, so that's 70 rations worth. Giving you between 8 people about 9 rations worth each.

Tactically, what are our options here? In the next three rounds we have to drop this thing or Morgrym has to roll a nat-20 on his con check or he'll die. A 17 roll for me missed it, so it's got a decent AC. I have the spell Command prepared and plants tend not to have great will saves. Should I try using that to make it run, assuming it drops Morgrym to try and come after another of us?

Yeah, he just beat the odds. Now the main concern is the shambling mound...or at least what I assume is a shambling mound. But if we can't beat this thing in ten rounds then I doubt Morgrym will be the main concern any more.

Tactically You have two things, you use your Judgement/Whatever abilities and try and drop it.. And he has to let Morgrym down or the autoconstrict will kill him anyway. Statistically this thing isnt gonna live past a third round as pre-charge Sugua has a +8 to hit and assuming it least another MM/Chakram its down another 20 or so.

Also sadly Morgyrm still failed... That -11 included his con modifier now that Im looking at it. Full HP is 12.. -25 = -13 +2 Con = -11.
This might be one of those rare cases of 1 HP being your death... That or having a Higher con.

Its fine, your Either already dead from the failed check.. or safe as long as Donovan Channels and it lets you go. At this point just eed to pile on the Damage.

i dunno, i dont usually have alot of character ideas floating around my head, its not really my thing, though i have thought about perhaps an illusion speced scorcerer perhaps, ive always thought illusions are under used
edit:i usually start a character by finding a class or ability i like and want to explore and go from there, i think of the person that suits that after

Kingmaker, if you were not aware, is the number 1 AP where character Death.. is normal.. but until higher levels resurrection ( Through Reincarnation) is not available. That is to say, always have a back-up unless you make yourself especially durable/survivable. As for illusionist the book mentions Fey... o that might be a thing.

Yeah, Kingmaker is consistently rated one of the best APs that Paizo has made but it's also consistently the most lethal. Sometimes you run into stuff that it's just plain better to run from.

Thats very rare tho and tends to be more dependent on what you have available. For Example Grease would have saved Morgrym from the charge, Or more ranged attacks might have deterred it. Earlier when The G mentioned something like 12 Trolls he wasnt kidding. But 12 Trolls when you have a large amount of space and say AOE fire that sticks.. is much different.

the -11 took into account my +2 from my con bonus, the actuall math would have been
rolled a 19 +2 for con -13 for current health = 8
so i was close but not close eenough

ok seems i wont have alot of time today to do things, since im dead thats not really an issue but questions about my new character ill build.
1:i kinda wanna do an aasimar, they arnt core so i need to ask
2: on the page below there is a chart for if aasimar give up their SLA they can get something else, can i use that chart?
2b:should i be able to use that chart can i pick what i get with any limitations that you so choose, i personally wouldn't allow the flight or flat stat bonuses but set any limits you want and ill stick to them
