Hey Gang, sorry for not updating on Saturday... It was a great con though! I got to meet the Canadian Winnipeg crew, and even met the Jim of JimCon himself — he had a top hat and a monocle! I of course was wearing my Sheila Heidmarch tiara, so you know this was a high class con.

It was a good time with friendly people. Thanks for being patient about my absence. Did you all have a great weekend?

I killed my first SFS Character, so celebrated! (no, I really hate killing PCs...).

I organized a Gameday on Sunday and ran the SFS AP (took 11 hours of gameplay). But I had no tiara or cyber-eye (((

I'm going to have to try and make it to a con one of these days, they sound like great fun! Although, it sounds like I'd have to spruce myself up a bit if I ever went to JimCon. Hmmm... Is it twice as classy to have a monocle for each eye? With my eyesight, I think I might walk into a few tables if I only had one. :)

Hey Gang, I underestimated how much scutwork would be waiting for me when I returned from the Con. I will try to update you a couple times tomorrow, despite the proximity to the holiday. Sorry I could not get to it today.

I'm definitely interested in playing more PbP games! I should be free again early in the new year after I return from visiting family. I'll be out for two weeks this year. Mark and I managed to coordinate seeing both our families in one trip. Hooray for trading two full days of cross-country flying and jetlag for the little puddle-jumper between my parents' place and his.

Looking at Princess, Prince points to Oak Sprout: "Be more like that old twig! Your name is on this sheet too! So stop pouting".
Then Prince hears someone talking about puddle-jumpers, so he turns towards them, very interested in puddles and jumping!

That chronicle sheet is almost tailor made for Braggett! Fancy shoes, posh clothes, a lifetimes supply of delicious bread that stays fresh during his long travels, and some discounts on important things that he will probably need because he is almost always poor. :)

If you decide that you want to do the rest of Gallows for these characters, let me know and I’ll put it together. But it would have to be a wait. My PBP dance card is full in the holidays, and come January I’m doing a Special... So it would be February before I could do another PBP.

Unfortunately the middle section is a bit weak as far as PbP is concerned. We like a different balance of RP and combat! But it’s possible that we could maybe do the middle section in VTT too and then use the delicious PBP for the final section.

A thought, eh?

Prince is now level 3.
With 7 xp.
Meaning that at 1/2 xp he could do the 2nd part and still be level 3.
And then he could do the 3rd at level 3...
They are all tier 1-3, correct?

(I do not mind putting him on hold for this)

Now: 7 xp (lvl 3 +1/3)
After 2nd part in slow: 8xp1/2 (lvl 3 + 5/6)
Then 3rd part...

Note: I'd scheduled to play him on Dec' 14 (tabletop) so I'd prefer to know before, but I can find another PC to play

Eep, I'm not sure if I can do that. The timing is pretty good for me, but I ran out of characters for the GM Mentor game and put Braggett in for the credit. That'll put him at 8 XP and only able to do one more of these parts.

It sounds like it won't work, alas. I had a delightful game with all of you!
