Before posting, I'd like to know what my position is compared to both the owlbear and the catwalk, specifically the door the bandit went through. Considering I have 10 ft reach, would it be possible to threaten both at the same time?
The bottom of the catwalk is 10 ft above ground level, so I do not think that you could threaten the doorway.

Yeah, I forgot it's 10 ft vertically as well as 5 feet horizontally so just over 11 ft diagonally and as such out of my reach. The only way I could do it is if I could stab through room between the planks of the catwalk but they'd have full cover. Not really feasible.

I think Soren should take both the bow and helm. Radomir should definitly take the amulet. Both he and Alexander are our frontline and Radomir's AC is quite a bit lower. I've got no objection to Andrea taking the armor. It's suitable for about half the party so that's between you three. :)
As for the extracts, good call. I also have two more spells for the day. And using both in healing seems like the way to go. Unless we run into a lot more stuff in this place.

I'd say save your spells for now. My extracts are made as CLW, no changing that, while you still have options.
As for the armor, Thaliar now has MW Studden leather, so all he'd gain on Leather +1 is less ACP and a higher max dex. He needs neither.

The loot sheet has been updated. I'd suggest someone grabbing that rapier. It'd be a waste to sell a magical weapon unless we're already tricked out with them. Does anyone use rapiers? Thaliar maybe? At least until we can get a magical branch spear?
If it comes down to it, Alexander can use one for a bit. His damage isn't exactly ever going to be high anyway. His actual role at this point is AC tanking and attracting attention by using his song and being target priority number one. But I'd prefer to stick with my longsword if at all possible.

The Rapier would indeed be nice, even if only as a back up weapon.
Thaliar would also strip the owlbear, yes. Both taking feathers for use as writing quills (if possible) and harvesting organs for potential alchemical uses.

Loot list has been updated again. I'll work out sorting out what we'll be selling tonight and Alexander will hand over the loot to Oleg and see how much he can purchase.
Alexander will take the masterwork longsword unless there's anyone else that wants it and it looks like Thaliar will grab that rapier. We have a magical ring that's not identified yet. I'll toss up an ID on it and maybe we can find out what it is. We also have a handful of potions. Does anyone want the masterwork studded leather? At worst Radomir should grab it for something to wear to sleep in. (Don't forget to write down the Amulet of Natural Armor!)
Also, I didn't put down the gear that Thaliar got in the large simple-minded man's room as I wasn't sure what he'd want to claim or not. Just let me know and I'll put it on the list, or not! :)

It looks like we have about 10,800-ish gp value of gear to sell off. That's keeping the magical rapier, masterwork armor, horses, and food/supplies. Hopefully he has enough gold to take that off our hands, or maybe some things to take in trade.

We have enough horses for every one and plenty of food so the horses can be sold. We can sell via a carvan or findign another city/town as well.

But in response, we shouldn't sell horses for half their value. They die easily (and especially now that we're higher level they can die *really* easily), so we can always use backups and extras to carry gear. And if we want to drag people around anywhere we may end up needing extras too. Keeping them stabled and fed won't cost nearly as much as replacing one, especially if we're in the field.
If Oleg can't buy everything, I certainly hope he's picked up enough stuff to trade with us by now. We could use a bunch of masterwork weapons and/or armor, and some minor magical items.
