So good for protecting an estate it seems.

DC 23 to train as a guardian. Given enough time with them as juveniles I can make that happen. But, if everyone wants to get rid of them, I'll go along with that.
Male Aasimar Bard (Animal Speaker) 6 , HP 46/46, AC 22 [Touch 16, Flat 17], CMD: 23 Init +4, Perception +0 (60' Darkvision)
My guess is that we have several choices:
We can raise the Owlbears and have a couple of "trained" guard animals in a few in-game years. Probably about the time we actually have an "estate" or something to guard. Though coming up with how we'll deal with them in the meantime might be problematic. I doubt Radomir will have a lot of time to train them early on. Around 6th level Alexander will be ridiculous at Handle Animal. Before then he can do some "aid another" style checks with straight Charisma.
Or we can sell the eggs to a buyer. I'm sure Oleg will be able to find one about the time when around 3k gold would be appropriate wealth for the party to come into. ;)

That pretty much sums it up, yup.

2 levels of Druid [wild whisperer] would make the endeavor a lot easier. I'd be willing to go that route for 2 levels. The level 19 and 20 cavalier powers aren't anything to write home about anyways.
Male Human Slayer 3 HP:27 AC:17 T:13 FF:14 Init+5 Fort:+4 Ref:+6 Will:+3 Composite Longbow +7, 1d8+3 Rapier +4, 1d6+2
GM, i'm considering taking a skill point or five into craft-bowyer, in order to be able to make my own special ammunition. Are you ok with that? I know some gm's don't like players crafting but I think it kind of fits his whole schtick, being the woodsy hunter type that he is.
I don't plan on ever trying to make anything magical, just mundane ammunition like trip arrows, splintercloud arrows, raining arrows, and the like. Maybe a bow here and there is mine breaks or something like that.
It will, of course, all be done in role play
Given that there is supposed to be plenty of down time in this AP, any type of crafting is fine with me.

So we can probably start the new day and map the area? :)

Hey all, I just wanted to make sure that everyone knows that the loot list can be edited by anyone.
With that said, for the love of all that's holy, Radomir, take the composite longbow. You're the only character that can use it! :)
Also, someone that can't cast a cure spell should take the potion. (Probably also Radomir, but Soren or Eduard would be fine choices too.)

I'm off to a conference until Thursday. While my hotel should have wifi and I'm sure how much time I have to post and when I do I'll be restricted to my phone.

So did your boys like the new Jurassic movie?

i'm down Radomir taking the potion, if that's ok?
Male Aasimar Bard (Animal Speaker) 6 , HP 46/46, AC 22 [Touch 16, Flat 17], CMD: 23 Init +4, Perception +0 (60' Darkvision)
And the bow. Make sure to take the bow. Radomir is literally the only one in the party that can use it.

The composite longbow (str+2) in the loot list along with that potion of CLW. You can also update the loot list yourself. There's a link in my profile as well as on the campaign tab.

Okies. More mapping after we leave the hermit. Do we want to poke the spiders? Which direction?
Male Aasimar Bard (Animal Speaker) 6 , HP 46/46, AC 22 [Touch 16, Flat 17], CMD: 23 Init +4, Perception +0 (60' Darkvision)
My presented plan was to continue on as we planned and when we come near where Bokken says the spiders are, we make sure to look out for them. Seemed better than shooting straight to them then backtracking to map any area we might have missed. I don't think we're in too much of a rush to find the spiders. They don't appear to be an immediate threat.

tried to edit the spreadsheet. Couldn't. Is all good. I'll take the longbow +2, and donate my regular longbow' and the shortbow that he originally had. I'll also take the cube light winds potion.

I hope the hermit is still willing to part with a few flasks. Wasting giant spider poison is, well, a waste.

hey, so I have family visiting me this week. I'm hoping I can posts, but that'll be doubtful until next tuesday. Feel free to DMPC me
Thanks!

Gotta get a battle profile up, yea. Forgot the bless so 22 rolled and 4 points damage inflicted

Mithril dagger
Emerald and silver ring
Mithril chainmail
44 gp
Male Aasimar Bard (Animal Speaker) 6 , HP 46/46, AC 22 [Touch 16, Flat 17], CMD: 23 Init +4, Perception +0 (60' Darkvision)
Looks like a mithril chain shirt. Maybe the tree changed its mind as to what to puke up? :)
Male Aasimar Bard (Animal Speaker) 6 , HP 46/46, AC 22 [Touch 16, Flat 17], CMD: 23 Init +4, Perception +0 (60' Darkvision)
I included the cost of the mithril dagger in the loot table as if it weighed 1lb only because for mithril items less than a pound it starts becoming cheaper to buy them as mithril than as masterwork. It's not all that huge a deal, but I usually set the minimum cost as if the item is at least one pound.
If you want it to be cheaper, just let me know and I can change that. (Or you can edit it yourself, if you like.) :)
Male Aasimar Bard (Animal Speaker) 6 , HP 46/46, AC 22 [Touch 16, Flat 17], CMD: 23 Init +4, Perception +0 (60' Darkvision)
Did Radomir ever take that composite longbow? It's still on the loot list with no note attached. If we get back to camp and it's still there, Alexander might just strap it on to Czernabog himself. :P
male Human Cavalier 6 | HP: 28/59| AC: 25/14/24/23 | Init: +4 | Perc: +11(+13 v surprise)| F:+9 / R: +4 / W: +3 (+4 vs fear/compulsion) | Sentence 4/4 |Circuit:150 mi from keep
Ya, Rad claimed the bow. I forgot to post that.

So basic equipment equipment such as unclaimed stuff under weapons and ammo can be sold no doubt, along with the leather armors
Stag amulets can be kep for now
Silver earrings (pair)
Wooden music box
Heavy Silver Ring
Large emerald ring set in wide silver band
Rough unfinished gems (dozen)
Small box (carved bone with copper fittings)
These should be appraised and sold
Cards and dice can be disposed of and we have thos owlbear eggs to deal with
Not a music box. It was never opened or identified.
Male Aasimar Bard (Animal Speaker) 6 , HP 46/46, AC 22 [Touch 16, Flat 17], CMD: 23 Init +4, Perception +0 (60' Darkvision)
Have we not opened or examined either of the boxes?

So should we see if we can get ourselves a wand of CLW? 750 gp.
Male Aasimar Bard (Animal Speaker) 6 , HP 46/46, AC 22 [Touch 16, Flat 17], CMD: 23 Init +4, Perception +0 (60' Darkvision)
Given this group wouldn't have any moral issues with Infernal Healing, we might want to spring for a wand of that instead. Much more efficient healing.
Male Human Slayer 3 HP:27 AC:17 T:13 FF:14 Init+5 Fort:+4 Ref:+6 Will:+3 Composite Longbow +7, 1d8+3 Rapier +4, 1d6+2
Yeah, in combat healing is over rated, to me. I prefer Infernal Healing in between combats because it's so much more reliable.

We can try to find the temple that was talked about and rededicate it to our favorite deities.
Male Aasimar Bard (Animal Speaker) 6 , HP 46/46, AC 22 [Touch 16, Flat 17], CMD: 23 Init +4, Perception +0 (60' Darkvision)
Worshipers of Erastil tend to be loyal and follow the law. Alexander is certainly fine with them being encouraged to settle in the area and become subjects. Just not with them having any say in the government. (They tend to make poor choices in the name of "fairness".)
Fire Resist 10 Human Cleric 6,HP 40/40,Init+5F6R4W9,Per10AC18/11/17
So there is a wand available. I suggest we use 750 gp to buy the wand of infernal healing
