Taeral
From the items we have fouond so far, Taeral is either wearing or carrying the following items. Chain shirt, Hvy wooden shield, longsword, leather club, guardsman uniform, MW Lute, small bag of doggy treats, wrapped up in a blanket from a bunk (A traveller's outfit, finely made pipe and supply of shag tobacco, whetstone, claining suppliers for chain shirt, extra bowstings, small box of military regulations).
He will carry other items to help, if necessary, but these are the items Taeral can think of immediate uses of.
Also unable to edit the spreadsheet.

"Can anyone of you use a long bow? It would be good for hitting those soldiers with the horn, while Malleck and shade move in."
Gertrart opens the next door hoping to find a kitchen empty of everything except a well-cooked meal.
Room 11 I think, unless someone is still looting.
Grymp
As Gertrart opens the door he is delighted to find most of a cooked meal, but surprised to find two individuals in here, cleaning, cooking midnight snacks (the guards work all day after all), and maintaining a fire in the large fireplace.
The larger of the two is a male, and the smaller is female. Back on the left end of the room, there is a door, and back in the right is another. You can see them in the map.

If i was a bard called Flynn i'd ask for a different reason. *nudge*
But since i'm not and you say she's not particularly bright it might even work better. So, if my fellow escapees don't kill her, Xeram would like to have a talk with this girl.
Vosil Comarenza
Right, managed to upload my equipment to the spreadsheet, let's do this
Vosil smiles as he enters the kitchen "Well, what have we here?" He winces. "No, sorry, that was far too much of a cliche, even for me. Can I instead suggest that you co-operate and we'll think about letting you live? So, why not bring us each a nice hot plate of that delicious-smelling food and start preparing something for us to take on our travels. Unless you'd prefer us to just kill you and move on?"
Intimidate: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (8) + 5 = 13 Bah. Might need an "aid another" on this one!
Shade - Vosil's Eidolon
"Oooh yes, two plates for me please, I need to get the taste of those guards out of my mouth."
Grymp
They are immediately cowed by you, and the man says, "very good sir! we want no trouble. Irena, please get out some plates for these men. How many sir? We've got stew, and bread going. The perfect thing for a chill night. I'm not sure what we have for the road, but I'll figure something out."
The girl keeps her eyes averted, and starts dishing out bowls of stew. Stew is a generous term for it. It is hardly more than water with just a bit of meat and vegetables in it, but it is clearly what the guards are served. And as for the bread, the flour it is made from is far from the best of quality. Poorly ground, with the occasional stone in it, the stones make their way into the bread too. Still, it's better than anything you've had in a month of Sundays.

This is bad.....i've had bad, but really....
Xeram looks to see if the cook was carrying anything of use.
Perception: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (3) + 8 = 11
Xeram acts as polite as he can.
When "Irena" brings him his 'stew', he smiles and thanks her.
He even pretends to be amazed by her looks.
"Pardon miss Irena, may i have a little seconds of your cooking? I enjoyed it alot."
"I'll keep them from hurting you, i don't want to see a beautiful rose torn apart.", he says as he carefully holds her hand for a second.
Bluff if needed: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (9) + 7 = 16
Vosil Comarenza
"I'll keep them from hurting you, i don't want to see a beautiful rose torn apart.", he says as he carefully holds her hand for a second.
Out of sight of the girl, Vosil catches Xeram's eye and mimes sticking two fingers down his throat.
Addressing the manservant, he asks civilly "Do you have any knapsacks or packs for carrying things?
In the meantime, he searches the kitchen for useful items.
Perception: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (18) + 1 = 19

Lol. Praise the insecure and slowly brainwash them, it's in in the little letters in the schemer's handbook.
Besides, it's not like he means it, but having loyal to a flaw servants are a good thing when you're evil.

Irena seems terrified of you. She knows what sorts are brought to Branderscar. "Of course sir, more sir. I appreciate your kind words."
The man responds to Vosil, "I have a pack that I use for carrying wood in from the town sir, if that will help?"
There are quite a few knives of various sizes here. There are 6 long knives that could qualify as medium daggers. There is also a long cleaver that qualify as a medium short sword.
For the small member of the group, he too could find a dagger and a short sword among the many drawers.
There is roughly 40 days of perishable food here, and 10 days of iron/trail rations.
There is also a fairly large cloak here, probably belongs to the manservant.
Xeram
Curses..she still looks too scared. If this doesn't work i don't care, Rumplejack can have his way with her.
Bluff: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (19) + 7 = 26
"I was framed Irena, and now the only way to escape and prove my innocence is to leave with these men. See, i am not carrying weapons whatsoever."
Diplomacy: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (20) + 3 = 23
"Please come with me, they plan to kill everyone in their way. Please allow me to save you by coming with me."
...and be of use to us/me, a living tool is better than a dead one, for now.
I did not expect those rolls X) , and surely these lines belong to bards, don't blame an evil type for trying. ;)
Taeral
No worries... Taeral personally doesn't care to bring others with him at this time. But on the flip side, he is not wanting to kill everyone. If everyone is dead, how does one's infamy fame spread.

Gertrart eagerly eats while browsing the kitchen. He makes sure to grab a blooding knife if there is one, or another knife if not. He grabs a short word-ish blade as well. Getting what rations are available, he then asks, "What time does the warden eat? Do you bring meals to him or does he eat somewhere particular?" He poses similar questions about Blackerly.
Grymp
Irena responds, "framed sir? That's terrible! How did it happen? Are they going to kill me? But you'll protect me? Can you protect Gregor as well?"
@Gertrart, no blooding knife. Wasn't there also a short sword in one of the footlockers?
"The warden ate several hours ago. We take his food to him in the tower."
"The sergeant eats just about whenever he is hungry, but I'd not expect to see him for some hours, it's cards he's on about tonight."
-Mordecai-
Without waiting for anyone to serve him any food, Mordecai helps himself with a plate and fills it. Food is rather bland, but it's pretty much the same quality the young tiefling has been eating his whole life, so this plate too he eats with a good appetite. "Ha, good plan! We could be bringing his meal. His last meal..."
Xeram
Bluff: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (20) + 7 = 27
"Well when i had arrived in the city, i bought my current simple clothes to blend in. When i passed by a temple i saw a man dressed in the same attire making a mess of it. I shouldn't have, but i did, run in to try to help the father & sister. But the double ran, conveniently leaving me to the mercy of the guards."
Their heads on pikes would be most amusing, presented as their captain wakes up and looks out of his window.
Looking away from Irena when also "Gregor" couldn't see his expression, he turns to the others.
"Gents, being on the run, a good chef and a local guide would make for some company wouldn't you agree? Provided with decent ingredients, a chef makes fine food."
He smiles deviously.
Grymp
To clarify, you're telling her this story, relative to the day you were captured, which wasn't yesterday? You've all had time to work your way through the legal process.
Gertrart aka Blood Desecrator
@Gertrart, no blooding knife. Wasn't there also a short sword in one of the footlockers?
Gertrart decides he would prefer the shortsword despite the terror a cleaver might elicit.
Aye, so there was. I missed it. :)| Grymp |

An exceptionally large cleaver, but with stats identical to a short sword! At third level Mordecai could make it MW for 300gp! Think of the glory of wielding an exceptionally large cleaver from Branderscar your whole career!

yeah, I can't wait until I get to sneak attack with one of these.
Vosil Comarenza
Vosil gladly takes the knapsack, and the cloak, as well as a couple of daggers. He loads the knapsack up with iron rations, as well as the loot they've acquired, and passes it to one of the stronger members of the party to carry.
Uploaded knapsack onto loot sheet - we can put the valuables (whisky, engagement ring, coins) into it as well. Now we just need a way of loading the ogre up with the chain shirts and longbows... Profit!
When they've finished their meal, he smiles: "Some kind person brought in cookies; dessert, anyone?" He shares them around with anyone else who wants one.
Removing cookies from loot sheet - presumably they provide no bonus, other than a nice sugar high

if we clear the prison we have time to come back and fetch rest of loot. Right now i wanna see whats in armoury

"Lets get going, armoury next"

Straight across the hall is Sergeant Blackerly's rooms (14/15) and the Storeroom (13).
Just down the hall then is the Armoury (12). The Armory has a fairly stout door and a decent lock on it.
The Armory is unlit, although I wager finding light isn't a problem.
Inside the armory there is a decent collection of weapons.
Specifically there are:
- 6 full sets of guard gear (chain shirt, heavy steel shield, longsword, longbow) on neat racks
- 12 leather wrapped clubs in a barrel
- 240 arrows in 12 quivers on a shelf
- Assortment of weaponry: a shiv made from a women’s metal comb (treat as a dagger), a heavy mace, spear, quarterstaff, battle axe, rapier, great sword, trident and glaive all in a pile
- Is there something special your character prefers to use? There is one of those in the pile.
There is nothing magical or MW.
Malleck of Alerion
Malleck will wait at the armoury to see if their local rat kin can open it up

Your item is nowhere to be found. No reason to bring your own stuff here. It's been sold off or something. You'll need to do the ceremony, or however it works to bond to a new item. That sucks, I know, but your Momma warned you about being evil!
If the object of an arcane bond is lost or destroyed, it can be replaced after 1 week in a special ritual that costs 200 gp per wizard level plus the cost of the masterwork item. This ritual takes 8 hours to complete.
I would be comfortable with you taking the 8 hours here at some point and sacrificing a stack of chain shirts (at 50gp each) that burn up as part of the ritual if you want. I recommend doing it before you make 2nd level as the cost would double. What item do you want to bond with? If we have a non-MW and non-magical one, you could use it, and the ritual itself and expense of the chain shirts (or burning longbows?) would somehow MW-ize the item? It's an abstract concept either way. Just let me know how you want to proceed. If you want a bonded familiar, I have a different answer for you.
Xeram
That sucks, I know, but your Momma warned you about being evil!
Actually she didn't, my ambitions skyrocketed. As far as she knew i just went talented and off to study magic. Ok...so what kind of answer can i take into consideration?
Grymp
Answer on the familiar? It's a much more positive answer. The little squeaker is out there, faithfully trying to reach you. You'll meet up fairly quickly.
So either case can be workable in the short term.
Xeram
According to my bloodline powers, it's going to be an item.
Arcane Bond (Su): At 1st level, you gain an arcane bond, as a wizard equal to your sorcerer level. Your sorcerer levels stack with any wizard levels you possess when determining the powers of your familiar or bonded object. Once per day, your bonded item allows you to cast any one of your spells known (unlike a wizard’s bonded item, which allows him to cast any one spell in his spellbook). This ability does not allow you to have both a familiar and a bonded item.
