I can't remember if I have taken my actions yet, so if I still need to go then I will make sure the gnome is with me then pursue the baddie running away from the inn. Attacking him if possible of course :)

Seeing the tavern currently empty of threats, the gnome hurriedly packs up his cards and bedroll, then slings his backpack over his shoulder.

I picture a move action to C4, then a standard action to get his stuff together. Please let me know if it takes longer. Shayne is keeping a hold of his sack, but has Prestidigitation to help him square up the stack of cards.

Leave through the front door and flee. Try to find a safe place to camp and sleep off this nightmare visit to the Miniscule Village of Racially Diverse Dangerous Crazy People with Terrible Food. In the morning worry about how to best continue on his quest--he guesses a visit to the keep is the next and safest choice.

Silx hisses in disgust, then runs back to Granita "I injured him but he got away, we can't stay here. Do you have any other locations?"

Silx:
Granita gestures toward the back of the warehouse. "I'd rather face down Tolin's men than Tolin himself. I can try and hold Tolin back for a bit if you want to finish him off," she gestures toward the injured man and then prepares here weapon.

Aak:
The gnome is near the doorway, heading out of the Inn. After hearing a loud pop in the distance, you see a figure near the keep yelling for the man near you to hurry. "Hurry, the drow has help."

Silx shakes his head "I'd rather you hide than try to hold him off. Besides I'm a pretty pitiful fighter if I don't get the jump on them. Perhaps we can take cover in the forest until night passes"

Shayne rushes to his booth. He drops his sack in the mostly empty backpack and then with an experienced swipe of the arm rolls his bedroll and tucks it atop his backpack. With another habitual motion he flips the top flap of the backpack over the bedroll and buckles at almost the same time the backpack is swinging on to his shoulder. As he picks up his cards the lone prestidigitated card rises from its table. Shayne heads for the tavern door at a brisk walk, sliding open the card box to accept the floating card as it catches up with him.

Nearing the doorway he almost swoons and falls, but catches himself. He entered the tavern exhausted, and feels it anew as he braces himself to go outside.

"Good point," Granita levels her weapon toward the front of the keep. 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (1) + 2 = 31d8 + 2 ⇒ (1) + 2 = 3

The shot goes wide. "Well, that didn't quite work the way I'd hoped." Granita grins as the figure runs back toward the Inn. She gestures for you to lead the way.

Silx nods, and runs into the woods, turning around occasionally to keep an eye on Granita. He begins searching for somewhere that looks like a good place to sleep/hide, such as a cave, overhang, or hollowed out tree

A fine night for a stroll! Yes, in many tense situations a winning strategy is simply striding purposefully along as if you belong there.

Shayne leaves the tavern and heads downhill, whichever direction that is.

Though the road near the Inn is level, the slope to the north of the keep seems to call to Shayne. As you walks forward you see the man near Aak dodge an attack and withdraw. He seems to be heading toward another of Tolin's men that is heading toward you.

The man has withdrawn to U20. Shayne may move as far as V14.

Silx:
The man with torch motions you in and asks quickly, "Are there others?"

"Thanks again for helping me get out of that terrible excuse for a tavern! I think there is still a stunned, disarmed, prone baddie if you want more action."

Aak easily gets back to Shayne (the two meet at V20, Aak at U20). Silx can see Tolin's men ahead as he heads toward the inn (stealth roll for Silx).
