How are folks using the wand(s) of CLW? Since the possibility of rolling and 1 and failing the check is a very real threat, I'll need rolls with each use of the wand(s) (with a +2 bonus if you have ever activated this wand before).
Nestled inside the bole of the massive dead tree, Xiao and Zhatara find a book bound in green leather. Roots and tendrils from the tree seem to have burrowed into the book - to remove the tome without damaging it will require carefully removing the tree roots (Knowledge (nature) or Sleight of Hand).

As Enora studies the tome, the entire underground complex shakes slightly as if the walls are settling slightly. The Pathfinders look at each other in worry, but after several minutes of silence they relax.

Looks like Evan claimed first watch, so Enora can have second, followed by Xiao and then Yaiho/Zhatara.
Also, I am assuming a campfire or some mundane source of light in the middle of the group so Enora can sleep and not have to cast light every minute.
The Pathfinders set out their belongings and rest themselves as Evan munches on his apple. All is quiet - until suddenly the bloody skeletons begin quivering and drag themselves together!
Since some folks are asleep, they can't take their turn in initiative this round. Unfortunately, nobody (besides Evan) noticed the soft sounds of bones scraping on the floor through their sleep.
The skeletons lumber gracelessly towards Evan, swinging their broken morningstars...

...and two of them wallop the surprised halfling soundly while the third misses. Evan watches in horror as dark energy seems to reinforce the skeletons, repairing damage from the last time the Pathfinders fought them.
Once Evan starts shouting (or shooting), everyone will wake up automatically. Remember that those who were/are sleeping are currently prone.

Evan and Xiao hear the sounds of bubbling water, fire burning, and something soft being slapped against a hard surface repeatedly. Xiao also hears what could be someone snoring. The smell of frying onions fills the air.

Enora had cast false life after a waking up.

She also used a charge of mage armor. She then spent arcane reservoir to change ‘false life’ to ‘mirror image’ as a memorised spell.
As Yaiho opens the door, a cloud of steam carrying the smell of stew wafts out. A large cooking replace takes up most of the northern wall of this kitchen; a black iron kettle is suspended over the hearth. A long, narrow worktable fills the western half of the room, clearly used for the preparation of food. The southern and eastern walls are covered with shelves holding spices; dry goods; and various pots, pans, large bowls, terrines, and other cooking vessels.
Two half-elves in tattered clothing cower by the stove at the sight of the half-orc in the doorway, while a bugbear in the corner snorts awake at the sound of the door opening. "Whazzat? Whozzer?" he says groggily as he grabs a large tree branch. As his eyes settle on Yaiho, he grins ferociously and bellows a challenge!
"Oh... do be silent please!" an annoyed Zhatara exclaims as she advances towards the half orc, raises her left arm towards hime and releases a multicolored jet right on his face!
