As Xiao fades from view, Evan steps back and silently blasts off a chunk of the orange hobgoblin while Yaiho awkwardly swings and snaps and misses. Howling in pain, his target steps forward and swings at the easiest target - the squeezing Enora! His companion and his (little) dog step forward and attack Yaiho!
Enora takes a wicked slash, but the damage doesn't look as bad as it could have been. Yaiho stands unbothered as his attackers flail awkwardly back at him.

Not liking that he missed before and definitely not liking that the hobgoblin stepped forward and attack one of his squishy friends. Yaiho responds by ramming his maul into the hobgoblin's mid section before slashing with his tusk at the hobgoblin's face.
I looked, and I didn't see that Zhatara was staring. I thought it odd.
Xiao knocks the red hobgoblin out with a single mighty blow as he gracefully lands on his feet. The remaining opponents try to resist the flashing colors...

"Phase through?" Evan scratches his head and grabs an apple with a visible bite in it from his coat pocket, he takes a another bite and continues "I"m ready lets go"
Yaiho opens the door, revealing a large private chamber vaguely partitioned by beams that span the ceiling east to west. The northern half of the room contains a double bed and easy chair, while a large wardrobe and table with chairs occupy the south. An enormous wool carpet lies in the center of the room. Two sets of double doors allow egress from the quarters: one to the west decorated with carvings of oak leaves and acorns with a human and two hobgoblins (all with weapons drawn) standing in front of it, and a much plainer one to the east with a collection of Pathfinders standing in it.
"So," the man sneers. "Meddlers come to assassinate me and steal my keep. Well, you shall not have it! Guards! Remember your orders!"

Colors flash from Enora's hands, but her blind opponents can't see them and are not affected. Evan's bullet punches a hole in the human's breastplate, and he yells, "Get them, dammit!" His companions try to locate Enora from the sound of spellcasting...

I can't find anything to say one way or another if a blind creature can be affected by a [pattern] spell effect, but it makes sense they can't since they "fail all sight-based checks". I'm open to discussions if anyone can find literature on the subject.
The blue hobgoblin fall limply to the floor as Xiao takes advantage of his blindness to kick him in a... sensitive place. The remaining hobgoblin yells in pain as Yaiho wallops him across the chest.

Hearing the calls for taking the human alive, Yaiho adjusts his swing midway toward the hobgoblin to go for the human, weakening his swing as a result. But not satisfied with leaving the hobgoblin still standing, he slashes toward the hobgoblin with his sharp tusks.
Xiao socks the blind human across the jaw, and he stumbles straight into the grippli's uppercut before falling to the floor in a loud clatter of armor.
Redirecting Yaiho's attacks to remaining opponent and removing nonlethal penalty.
Zhatara's bolt clatters against the stone wall as she fires at the remaining opponent. Yaiho swings and bites, bringing the hobgoblin to his knees and then to the floor.
Out of combat!
From the hallway behind them, the sound of a single creature applauding catches the Pathfinders off guard. The doors on the opposite side of the pillar are open now, with a small horde of hobgoblins standing at attention. One of them, obviously a leader from the looks of fear and respect from the rest of her companions, grins widely as she claps. "Well, look what we have here," she says slowly. "Not even a proper invasion force, and poor little Vos is taking a nap already. A pity." She shakes her head as her applause dies out.
"I'm Fethi Ken-Shakkas, leader of this tribe, and no fool," she says by way of introduction. "The five of you are more than enough to handle us even if we tried to swarm you. To avoid further bloodshed, I propose the following: you let us take what we want from this blasted keep, and within five minutes you will have the entire place to yourselves. Do we have a deal?"
For anyone worrying about such things, there are no instructions for the chronicle sheets so I can only assume you would receive full rewards no matter you decide here.
"The defenses of this keep are too well organized for an invasion force. That's why they sent us. We are only here to take back this keep for the rangers. We would have no further quarrel with you if you leave."

Enora looks at her companions and you see uncertainty.
”We received our orders to support Nirmathas and they told us to investigate what is happening here. But I am quite certain that nobody would approve if we would let bandits steal everything in this keep and then return to tell about it as if that would be an investigation! No deal lady... sorry! Take your weapons and companions and get out without stealing! Now please!“ she says calmly.
"How would we know? No one gave us a list of what was here before the keep was overrun, did they? It could just as easily be what they had brought with them into the keep to begin with that they are leaving with? After all, aren't we taking things out of the keep that we found? I certainly am. I made no such pledge to leave everything where I found it."
