Going around the back just reveals that even the back is in good condition. The entire place still seems deserted.
The detect magic sweep doesn't turn up any magical auras.

"Let's not blame each other needlessly; I would rather not see anymore witch hunts. Desna knows they were bad enough last time," Ophelia says calmly. The Conjurer was rather young when that all happened, but she faintly recalls the paranoia. "Besides, Anevia's house was in decent shape too, and we have not encountered anyone sans that brute who was specifically targeting the Tirabade residence, so it stands to reason that the demons have only hit certain portions of the city."
She turns to the entrance and asks the group in general, "So how shall we proceed, friends? Should just unlock the front door and walk in? Or perhaps a more cautious approach is warranted?"

As you enter the building you see that it is just as nice on the inside as it is on the outside. It has a wide hall that opens up to a double staircase up to the second floor. Horgus looks around and sighs seemingly happy that his house hasn't been vandalized.
"My safe-room is down the stairs in that door."
Horgus points towards a small door to your right.

A horrible sight greets you as the Librarium of the Blackwing comes into view. The once great tower now lies in ruins. All that remains standing is the Librarium's facade and its reinforced great hall. Blackened corpses lie about the path leading to the great hall. They appear unrecognizable in death.
"Well are we there yet? Let me tell you that with the Librarium on our side we will have nothing to worry about. This city is as good as saved. I mean the Librarium is one of the most beautiful places in Kenabres not only for its gardens, but also for its knowledge."
Aravashinal even while blinded seems very confident in his words.
