Didn't we already go into this room? I guess there is a hole to explore. Works for me.
Tilver goes up to explore the hole.

Nigel follows behind. Looking for any signs of arcane magics.

Another ruined chamber with another hole in the far wall. And another nest, but this one is different. Its edges are purplish and coated with slime.
On the floor in front of Tilver is a protoplasmic mass of flesh festooned with drooling mouths and hundreds of mad, staring eyes! It sees Tilver and lurches into action, all its many mouths wailing and screeching in a maddening chorus!

Silas, give me a DC 21 Reflex save to avoid being engulfed. If you succeed, you can choose to step aside or be pushed ahead of the creature. If you fail, you are inside its body, are grabbed, are slowed 1, and have to hold your breath or start suffocating. You will also suffer 3d8 ⇒ (1, 1, 8) = 10 damage.

Reflex: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (1) + 12 = 13

| GM Tarondor |
I have be eaten. Does the 1 make it much worse and worth hero pointing?
No. It's Pass/Fail. You are engulfed, with all the problems listed above. One bright spot - it is now flat-footed to your attacks!
Note that a Grabbed character (you) is both flat-footed and immobilized.
A creature that fails its save is pulled into the monster’s body. It is grabbed, is slowed 1, and has to hold its breath or start suffocating. The creature takes the listed amount of damage when first engulfed and at the end of each of its turns while it’s engulfed. An engulfed creature can get free by Escaping against the listed escape DC. An engulfed creature can attack the monster engulfing it, but only with unarmed attacks or with weapons of light Bulk or less. The engulfing creature is flat-footed against the attack. If the monster takes piercing or slashing damage equaling or exceeding the listed Rupture value from a single attack or spell, the engulfed creature cuts itself free. A creature that gets free by either method can immediately breathe and exits the swallowing monster’s space.
You're held in place by another creature, giving you the flat-footed and immobilized conditions. If you attempt a manipulate action while grabbed, you must succeed at a DC 5 flat check or it is lost; roll the check after spending the action, but before any effects are applied.
You can't use any action with the move trait. If you're immobilized by something holding you in place and an external force would move you out of your space, the force must succeed at a check against either the DC of the effect holding you in place or the relevant defense (usually Fortitude DC) of the monster holding you in place.
