Darren gives Kuran a nudge in the ribs, then whispers to the party "One of them told me there's no danger, and nothing to worry about. It's all just a big show." He gives another cocky grin, as if to say "I told you so"

Paranoid as he is, Kuran looks at Darren suspiciously, not entirely buying what the man says. Regardless, the tiefling starts to feel somewhat more confident about the endeavor. Maybe it is just a big show, or a big trap, he thinks to himself.

Sorry. Crazy holiday weekend with the kids. Posted a couple of rolls to help keep it moving forward.
Blossym approaches the crowd with Darren and Kuran. "It's really okay. We're just here to help," she says with a bright smile and a tinkle in her eye.

Apologies for the delay. Busy weekend and had the get the maps set. Will link in the header.
You leave town and, after 2 hours of trekking, come to a narrow path that winds through the raking claws of the trees, now bereft of their leaves, which crunch loudly underfoot. Up ahead, a fallen tree trunk blocks the path. Suddenly a trio of snarling humanoids leaps up from behind the log, all greenish skin and fearsome tusks, bellowing vulgar challenges.
Darren: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (15) + 4 = 19
Kuran: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (19) + 2 = 21
Lynthara: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (13) + 4 = 17
Nijena: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (2) + 2 = 4
Tessa: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (12) + 6 = 18
Orcs: 1d20 ⇒ 4
Party up!

Darren rushes forward and to the right, drawing a polearm as he goes. "Come down and fight us on level ground! Or are you too cowardly to surrender such an advantage?" Once he gets near the log, he swings the bardiche at the orc on the right.
if the Orc gets down and comes to attack Darren then he will spend 1 Panache point to use Opportune Parry and Riposte to try to parry the attack with his Cestus. It's basically an opposed attack roll (at +3, -1 for Power Attack). If he succeeds he gets to immediately attack the orc (with the Cestus). You can roll all of this if/when the orc attacks, to save time.
Also note that my AC is 17 when only one opponent is adjacent to me.
Round 1 action:
move action to draw weapon while approaching the log
standard action to attack the yellow orc
Rolls:
bardiche, attack, power attack: 1d20 + 3 - 1 ⇒ (9) + 3 - 1 = 11 for slashing: 1d10 + 3 + 3 ⇒ (9) + 3 + 3 = 15
Alternate action condition:
Darren can see the Orcs have Reach weapons
Alternate action:
delay while I think of something else. ;)

Wayfinder has been down for me since Paizo site update. Posting is definitely more limited now. Assuming the orcs are not too high to reach, can someone move my token?
Lyn rushes over to the 'purple' orc and takes a punch!

            Perception: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (8) + 2 = 10
Spellcraft: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (12) + 4 = 16
Hearing the creature's are not real Tessa quickly scans the area for whatever created the illusions and if a spell was cast to create them.
What in the abyss is going on here? There has to be someone dropping the illusions nearby.

"Unreal orcs?" Kuran exclaims in a near-panic, "that's even worse!"
Kuran pulls his longsword and maintains his stance as he backs away, keeping guard for any ultimate evil jumping out of the bushes. Paranoid as he is, he has been wielding his heavy shield all the time.
Free action: 5ft-step; Move action: Draw weapon; Standard action: Ready action (attack any hostile/threatening subject enters an adjacent square)
Ready action (mwk longsword, two-handed): 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (9) + 3 = 12

Unreal orcs in front, maybe the real foes attack us from the back.
Hearing Darren's words Nijena follows Kuran's example. She draws her longsword and readies an action to attack whatever comes.

Kuran feels strange when the aasimar paladin chooses to mimic him, the contrast of a male tiefling and female aasimar being quite striking. He chooses not to show it, but fears the aasimar for they have tended to be quite judgmental in his past.
Just some filler.

The orc on the log swipes at Lynthara from his perch. It slashes into her robes and body as if it were nothing, leaving a gaping wound! Oddly enough, Lynthara doesn't seem to react as one would expect being nearly cloven in two...
Greataxe on Lynthara: 1d20 + 5 + 1 ⇒ (13) + 5 + 1 = 19
Damage: 1d12 + 4 ⇒ (9) + 4 = 13
?: 1d20 ⇒ 17
The other two rush down from their perches to attack Tessa and Nijena! The latter is waiting with an attack which pierces the orc's shoulder! It growls and the orcs attack each of the standing defenders!
?: 1d20 ⇒ 4
The first orc misses Tessa entirely, while the other cleaves through Nijena's leg! Yet, again, the victim of the orc seems relatively unphased by this event.
Greataxe on Tessa: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (6) + 5 = 11

Lyn moves around the log Provoking? and takes a swing at the orc.

Blossym is not adjacent to any orcs at present.
No one spies anything which could give them any sort of clues to their current situation.
As Tessa suggests moving on, the two adjacent orcs swing at her, one of them connecting. This axe does not merely pass through her body as she might have expected, but instead takes out a large chunk of flesh, nearly felling the sorceress!
The final orc seems uninterested with Lynthara and moves toward Tessa as well, though its strike misses.
