All the sundden a familiar face pops out of the wall and lets loose a terrifying laughter again. It didn not count on their being a daylight spell in effect though and it hisses and is unable to sink back into the wall this round..

Remember Lesser Resto has a 3 round casting time.. If he fails another save he will be long gone before you can get the cast off..
With the geist dead you are out of combet.. Hemket needs a will save till he makes the DC 23.. He also needs another fort save..

The will save is for the panicked, the fort was the 2nd save vs the poison.. Hemket fails the will save and keeps running.. He clears himself of the poison effect..
