Reflex: 1d20 ⇒ 6 saves for 1/2 but is vil to fire..
Reflex Horse: 1d20 ⇒ 7 fail..

Despite making his save the cold rider cannot survive the firey blast and falls off his mount dead.. The mount falls into a pile of bones with its masters death..

Out of Combat..
Inner Sanctum

With the death of the cold rider all the remaining fey flee to the woods. The carnival's owner reclaims his wife and the town moves on to deal with the destruction the fey have caused.. In total over 300 people were killed, but in time things will return to normal.. All thanks to the brave hero's!
