The woman finds herself encased in ice. i am going to side on the player's side for this... its questionable whether freedom of movement makes her immune to the spell. Also - i do not believe Emergency force sphere works that way as it needs to be an entire unbroken half-sphere... but again i'll side with the player on this one.

With her defeat, the Lissalan cultist presence in Kaer Maga effectively ends, thereby completing the Pathfinder mission in the city.
The sole bit of loot to be had in this chamber is a small chest on a table in the northwest corner of the room. The chest is filled with 50 sigil wafers.
The party is easily able to pick out the correct wafers for the remaining victims. The working girls are restored to health and returned the Miss Feathers.
