Illias and Zeriah are knocked prone as they run into the handcart. Ledford and Deandre stroll out of an adjoining alley.

Map (Forgive the asstacular quality)

"Ah ah ah, can't have you getting away," the halfling bellows. "Now where were we?"

Do you want me to reroll initiative or keep the same order as before?

Grand Lodge

Male Half-elf 1st Level Druid HP=Illias(8/8) Titan(9/9)

I'm game for keeping the same order.

Scarab Sages

M Human (Kellid) Barbarian 4

Another vote for keeping the same initiative. Can you give us a short description of each enemy letter? L seems to be Lenford the halfling barbarian with a handlebar mustache. But who are W, H and D? (Just want to know which one looks the most squishy)

Grand Lodge

Male Half-elf 1st Level Druid HP=Illias(8/8) Titan(9/9)

Larkin, Halli, and Deandre. Larkin seems to be the man with short brown hair and i'm not sure which female is which description.

W is Larkin Waever, a rogue. H is Halli is the blonde woman who has been following you. D is Deandre a red-haired woman, currently wearing a mask. Halli and Deandre appear to be spellcasters. You are correct about Ledford.

Repost of Initiative Order:

  • Kurth
  • Ledford
  • Halli
  • Deandre
  • Zeriah
  • Larkin(or Waever, if you prefer)
  • Illias
  • Luthor

We'll start with Kurth again.

Scarab Sages

M Human (Kellid) Barbarian 4

"Someone guard my back! That man looks sneaky!"

He enters rage and charges Halli.
Attack: 1d20 + 7 + 2 ⇒ (19) + 7 + 2 = 28
Damage: 2d6 + 10 ⇒ (6, 6) + 10 = 22
(8/12 turns of rage left; 10 HP including 2 temporary HP from rage)

"Why can't you folks leave us alone and look for easier prey elsewhere?!"

Crit. confirmation: 1d20 + 7 + 2 ⇒ (10) + 7 + 2 = 19
Crit. Damage: 2d6 + 10 ⇒ (3, 1) + 10 = 14

Too bad - Kurth kind of liked her.

Halli falls to the ground, but, disturbingly, her expression does not change. She dies with a smile on her face.

Ledford resumes his rage, walks up to Luthor and swings his axe.

Power Attack:1d20 + 4 ⇒ (1) + 4 = 5
Touch of Chaos (2nd roll):1d20 + 4 ⇒ (1) + 4 = 5

Deandre attacks the prone Zeriah with a shortsword.

Attack:1d20 + 2 - 4 ⇒ (17) + 2 - 4 = 15; Damage:1d6 + 2 ⇒ (3) + 2 = 5

Her sword digs into Zeriah's flesh.

Silver Crusade

Male Human Inquisitor 1

Zeriah stands (provoking an attack of opportunity) and attacks Deandre with his scimitar (if he doesn't fall unconscious).

Attack:1d20 + 2 ⇒ (20) + 2 = 22
Confirmation:1d20 + 2 ⇒ (6) + 2 = 8
Regular ol' damage:1d6 + 2 ⇒ (6) + 2 = 8

Deandre's AoO:1d20 + 2 ⇒ (17) + 2 = 19; Damage:1d6 + 2 ⇒ (2) + 2 = 4

Deandre cuts Zeriah again, but Zeriah drives his scimitar into her, delivering a grievous wound, but she still stands.

Larkin will attack the wounded Zeriah with his rapier.

Attack:1d20 + 2 ⇒ (12) + 2 = 14

Thankfully, Larkin's attack is a little wide.

Illias.

Grand Lodge

Male Half-elf 1st Level Druid HP=Illias(8/8) Titan(9/9)

Illias and Titan step up to weaver poised to strike
Illias' Attack: 1d20 ⇒ 5
Dammage via Club: 1d6 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3

Titan's Attack: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (9) + 2 = 11
Damage Via Claws: 1d3 + 2 ⇒ (1) + 2 = 31d3 + 2 ⇒ (1) + 2 = 3

Illias and Titan's attacks do not connect.

Luthor.

Tori and Dunn:
You hear sounds of a fight coming up the street from you. You rush to investigate and see a few Pathfinders engaged in a battle against some bandits.

Another fancy MS Paint Map!

Red=Enemies: D-Deandre,W-Larkin Waever, L-Ledford
Blue=PCs: Z-Zeriah, I-Illias, T-Titan, K-Kurth, D-Dunn, C-Tori
Hopefully that's clear enough...

Tori and Dunn will go after Illias' turn, with Tori going first (since she has the larger initiative bonus). Going back to Kurth.

Grand Lodge

Male Half-elf 1st Level Druid HP=Illias(8/8) Titan(9/9)

I'm not sure if it's just me or if it's my computer at work but that map is tiny

It looks okay to me. *shrug* If anyone else has problems with it, I'll see if I can do something to fix it.

Scarab Sages

M Human (Kellid) Barbarian 4

The map looks fine to me.

Kurth hears footsteps, but can't see who is coming because there's a cart in the way.

He takes a 5-foot-step to the west, and attacks Weaver, who is somewhat distracted by Zeriah.
attack (flanking with Zeriah): 1d20 + 7 + 2 ⇒ (19) + 7 + 2 = 28
damage: 2d6 + 10 ⇒ (6, 3) + 10 = 19
(still raging; 7/12 turns of rage left; 10 HP including 2 temporary HP from rage)

Grand Lodge

Male Half-elf 1st Level Druid HP=Illias(8/8) Titan(9/9)

It would appear that my computer at work is just a piece :D on my home pc it's ok. Once all of the npc's act I'll post.

Waever falls to the ground, his chest torn open. His blood pools at Kurth's feet.

Ledford attacks Illias with his axe.

Attack:1d20 + 4 ⇒ (19) + 4 = 23, damage:1d10 + 4 ⇒ (6) + 4 = 10

Illias drops to the floor.

Deandre will attack the wounded Zeriah.

Attack:1d20 + 2 ⇒ (17) + 2 = 19; damage:1d6 + 2 ⇒ (6) + 2 = 8

Zeriah will also drop to the ground.

Silver Crusade

Male Human Inquisitor 1

DC 10 Con check:1d20 + 2 ⇒ (5) + 2 = 7

-7 hp, great.

Illias, DC 10 Con check to stabilize and Titan can still attack.

Grand Lodge

Male Half-elf 1st Level Druid HP=Illias(8/8) Titan(9/9)

Con: 1d20 ⇒ 15

Seeing his master fall to the ground Titan instinctively attacks Ledford in an attempt at vengeance.

Attack: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (4) + 2 = 6
Damage: 1d33 + 2 ⇒ (28) + 2 = 301d3 + 2 ⇒ (3) + 2 = 5

Ok, I'm in agreement with Elross. My attack die are rigged.

Especially if you're rolling a d33 :P

Luthor's turn.

Grand Lodge

Male Half-elf 1st Level Druid HP=Illias(8/8) Titan(9/9)

BAH. i typed wrong. good thing that the attack failed.

Sovereign Court

Male Human Cleric

Luthor takes a 5' step to the southeast to attack Ledford with his scimitar.

Attack: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (11) + 2 = 13
Damage: 1d6 + 2 ⇒ (4) + 2 = 6

Luthor misses narrowly.

Tori.

Silver Crusade

HP 11/11, Init +6, AC: 15, T: 15, FF: 10, F: +4, R: +4, W: +3 Perception +6 <Low-Light Vision>, CMD: 15 , Female Half-Elf, (Half Elf, Half Tien), Magus (Kensai) Level 1

Tori notices some Pathfinder agents in trouble and draws her wakazashi and moves to evil D. She uses a swift action to give her weapon a +1 for a min.

Dunn.

Grand Lodge

Male Human Gunslinger/1

Dunn, recognizing trouble and jogs 10 steps to his right, drawing his pistol as he does so. He hauls off a shot at one of the offenders. L
Atk vs Touch AC:1d20 + 5 ⇒ (13) + 5 = 181d8 ⇒ 5

Silver Crusade

HP 11/11, Init +6, AC: 15, T: 15, FF: 10, F: +4, R: +4, W: +3 Perception +6 <Low-Light Vision>, CMD: 15 , Female Half-Elf, (Half Elf, Half Tien), Magus (Kensai) Level 1

@ Dunn, just so you know, since L is in combat you take a -4 penalty to hit (which is still a 14 touch...), however since you have PBS you add +1 to your damage so you should have 6 damage.

Grand Lodge

Male Human Gunslinger/1

R is in a position of full cover from me but true story. Either way. 14 vs Touch 6 Dmg

The halfling takes a bullet in the shoulder.

GM Notes:
Ledford hp: 11

Back to Kurth.

I'll have a map and an updated initiative order up shortly. Had to finish up with Group 2.

MAP

Changed your position a bit, Luthor, since I forgot where you were and whatnot.

Initiative:

  • Kurth
  • Ledford
  • Deandre
  • Zeriah
  • Illias
  • Luthor
  • Tori
  • Dunn

Scarab Sages

M Human (Kellid) Barbarian 4

Argh. Website maintenance goblins ate my last post!

Kurth charges Deandre
attack: 1d20 + 7 + 2 ⇒ (2) + 7 + 2 = 11
damage: 2d6 + 10 ⇒ (6, 2) + 10 = 18
And my rolls are still as bad as last time. Can I swap my attack roll result with my damage roll result, please? ;)

Kurt winces at the gun shot, and thus his attack misses.

Kurth, you've killed two of these guys single-handedly. You can give someone else a chance *wink wink*.

Ledford attacks Titan with his axe, but misses horribly.

Attack:1d20 + 4 ⇒ (2) + 4 = 6

Deandre turns to Tori and swings her shortsword.

Attack:1d20 + 2 ⇒ (16) + 2 = 18; damage:1d6 + 2 ⇒ (2) + 2 = 4

Silver Crusade

Male Human Inquisitor 1

DC 10 Con Check:1d20 + 2 ⇒ (19) + 2 = 21

Phew.

Illias...er, Titan :)

Grand Lodge

Male Half-elf 1st Level Druid HP=Illias(8/8) Titan(9/9)

Fort save: 1d20 ⇒ 20

Titan Lunges at Ledford again in another attempt to shred him.

Attack: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (1) + 2 = 3
Dammage: 1d3 + 2 ⇒ (2) + 2 = 41d3 + 2 ⇒ (2) + 2 = 4

Dice from hell.....

Sovereign Court

Male Human Cleric

Luthor moves over to Zeriah and touches the man, whispering kind words of Cayden into his year, "Today is not your day to die friend."

Move West, West, South
Cast Stabilize on Zeriah

Tori.

Silver Crusade

HP 11/11, Init +6, AC: 15, T: 15, FF: 10, F: +4, R: +4, W: +3 Perception +6 <Low-Light Vision>, CMD: 15 , Female Half-Elf, (Half Elf, Half Tien), Magus (Kensai) Level 1

I will try to make this quick

Tori

1d20 + 6 ⇒ (4) + 6 = 10
1d6 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3

Tori misses her attack against Deandre.

Dunn.

Silver Crusade

HP 11/11, Init +6, AC: 15, T: 15, FF: 10, F: +4, R: +4, W: +3 Perception +6 <Low-Light Vision>, CMD: 15 , Female Half-Elf, (Half Elf, Half Tien), Magus (Kensai) Level 1

Illias, doesn't Titan get 3 attacks? claw claw bite? all at +3?

Grand Lodge

Male Half-elf 1st Level Druid HP=Illias(8/8) Titan(9/9)

does he? i'm not sure. I thought it was one or the other...

Tori is correct.

Grand Lodge

Male Human Gunslinger/1

Dun tears the ramrod from his weapon and stuffs ball and power down the barrel with practiced ease. This is what happens when you attack a Pathfinder you slime! He levels his pistol again and fires.

Atk vs Touch:1d20 + 5 ⇒ (1) + 5 = 61d8 ⇒ 3

Oops, -4 for firing into melee. Missed anyway lol

Dunns pistol hisses, pauses and fires wildly. A look of surprise spreads across the young Pathfinders face. Oh... oops.

lol his Pistol has misfired and gained the "broken" condition.

Kurth.

Scarab Sages

M Human (Kellid) Barbarian 4

Kurth continues to attack Deandre
attack(Flanking with Tori? If not, subtract 2): 1d20 + 7 + 2 ⇒ (3) + 7 + 2 = 12
damage: 2d6 + 10 ⇒ (6, 2) + 10 = 18
(still raging; 5/12 turns of rage left; 10 HP including 2 temporary HP from rage)

He winces again.

"Stop that noise! I can't concentrate!" he shouts at Dunn angrily.

Deandre will take a 5 foot step south to prevent a flank and attacks Tori again.

Attack:1d20 + 2 ⇒ (13) + 2 = 15; Damage:1d6 + 2 ⇒ (2) + 2 = 4

Ledford will once again go after Titan.

Attack:1d20 + 4 ⇒ (11) + 4 = 15; Damage:1d10 + 6 ⇒ (9) + 6 = 15 Oh, crap...

Zeriah is still out. Illias is out. CON check for Titan. Luthor's turn.
