Far as marching order goes, I am expecting Anya will be as much in the middle of the group as possible. And no, Fedorean, you can't embed stuff here--but you can host them on photobucket or another site, then put a url link to it in a post here.

Abasi'll take the front, obviously. He's the one best suited to taking the brunt of an attack while everyone else gets into position, so it only makes sense. I'd imagine we're walking two abreast, so if indoors that's Fedorean with him and outdoors Halkale then it works out.
It's convenient that only one of us seem to be particularly soft in terms of defense, that being Anya.
As we do have an odd numbered party, however, it begs the question of who will be in the back?

I nominate the ranger to be in the back. Since he's primarily a bow user, he can still do his thing as usual and if something sneaks up, he can switch to melee.

I'm seeing that we have a ton of melee in this party.
For maps, I've had GMs doing pbp make a map in Roll20 or as a Google Doc. Though honestly, the fiction has been strong enough to carry combat. Some players didn't seem to use the maps in any case.

Why thank you! I've always loved the oracle curses... so much wonderful RP'ing opportunity there!!! And I've been wanting to do a tongues curse for a while. Should be very interesting, especially since our rogue likes to talk... a lot... lol!

I am moving up a bit and out, mostly so others can move around. I was going to just come up the side, but that means Anya would have to move through me, etc. I may have to move some more next round to get in "range" which is 30 feet for me, for bonuses. I know that leaves me away from the healer if I take damage, so if we have other ideas, we can correct for next time.

Also how can I be notified of whether or not posts have gone up so I don't have to keep checking back and having to find the game. I mean I have it bookmarked, but it'd be nice to receive an email or other notification as to an update.

Ill let you all run in and see what it is, i kind of like to know what im fighting first, for all i know that thing could turn the first person she attacks into a zombie..lol..seems to me that if shes talking we could have talked back to it and seen what it said first, if it then doesn't talk but attacks, we could have at it..but im always cautious, i don't like getting beat up and such..lol

Oh well yeah if I was playing a different character, sure. But Drogan hates undead due to the deaths of his parents by undead. He has dreams of different ways to kill undead, and is going to become that part of Pharasma's church that destroys undead. He rages only around undead, nothing else. I want to say that I'm just playing my character, but that's become a canned response.

Don't worry about it, Drogan. I find it an interesting twist that he only rages around undead--I often wish my characters could rage when something particularly infuriating happens. If Anya had Knowledge: religion and identified the woman as a ghoul, she probably would have attacked instead of delaying until the woman had acted.

Is that square to the right of Fedorean the end of the slope? And if so can I access the hill from it without penalty?
Any square with rubble in it is difficult terrain.

That's awesome Drogan! I didn't think anyone spoke Celestial in the party. I will definitely do that... and it'll make things easier in combat with a translator!

I found this awesome website for somewhat translating Celestial. I'm going to try it with posting Elian's speech in those Celestial words and then I'll put the translation in a spoiler tag. We'll see how it goes.

Drogan's raging, so that gives him a +2 bonus to his Fortitude saves from increased CON. Does that change whether he's paralyzed?

if one of you guys can get into a flanking position with Fedorean, I have a sneak attack that I can do that will add extra damage..if i can ever hit the thing..im assuming a roll of 6 does not beat the AC..lol

I would think so, but he says there's something in the well, maybe we should see what it is?..Not sure how a well is going to attack us. being its a well and unarmed?..Im thinking its probably some monster inside the well?
