Normally I would restrict to 6, and probably exclude a pregen over playing your own character, but I didn't really specify any rules up front, and 7 is a legitimate table. So let's go with it!

Calculating APL, you are going to be less than 3 whether you use level 1 or level 4 pregens, and since we have 7, let's stick to the level 1s, shall we?
