Between the crushing pin of the snake and the wild smashing blows of the earth elemental soon the foes are no more.
But the shape of an ENORMOUS fiend, its face larger than Arisira pressing against the stone wall pressing through it like the stone were a curtain looms. It is clear that the seal needs to be repaired and NOW.

The grippli purpurrup begins to take over from there. Oh thank goodness our work has not come completely undone! I will do what I can to preserve this from here but I do not know that I will be able to do so alone.
Mak'da

Mak'da looks concerned, Is there anyone we can contact to help or anything we can do around here to improve the situation?
Shen Hawaah
|
Shen looks at the wall in horror.
”I believe we need to inform the society! And these grippli did a great job to secure this site for so long. We should had back to the lodge!“ Shen suggests.

GM Eddv

As you finish up, Akmon gives you a final smile and fades away.
The next few weeks fly by quickly as the neighboring grippli tribes and the rank and file pathfinders from the lodge in Eleder
The Venture Captain Bellaugj is wildly pleased with your work but notes ruefully Knowledge like this is going to get out. People are gonna hunger for the power of such powerful fiends. I almost wonder if we shouldn't publish our findings but...people here are already buzzing about it and the Aspis have agents all over this city. They know. In the meantime rest up. I am sure I'll have something worthy of your talents soon.
Shen Hawaah
|
”Thanks for your guidance Venture Captain!! Let us relax a little first ... we’re going to come back to you when we are ready to start another mission. You know we need a bath, a massage, a manicure... “ and she continues rambling.
Arisira
|
"It was a pleasure Captain! The stories and history we were able to see with our own eyes- it was astounding! Let us know about the future plans, I am sure there is much more that needs explored!"
As they walk out of his office, she pulls the cigar out of her pocket, and with a flash of magical energy lights it- and proceeds to walk down the street to the nearest place wine. "Come friends! Tonight we celebrate!"
Shen Hawaah
|
Shen claps her hands!
”Arisira, I trust your taste everyday!! Let’s go! Guys, come on!! Let’s celebrate life!!“
Vera Darkone
|
"Cayden loves a good celebration. Let's go worship, and enjoy life." Vera follows Shen and Arisira out the door of the Lodge.
GM Eddv
|
Vera, Mak'da and Arisira, who all share quarters at the lodge on account of their shared gender wake up to a small localized mist covering the room raining on all of them.
Vera! Mak'da! I was so sorry to see you had replaced T'krit, I was so fond of that fun loving little dino. Anyway, Magdi is coming and he's...disturbed. Apparently he's had some sort of awful nightmare. He's coming to Eleder to confront your venture-captain. Evidently, he blames all of you for his bad dreams. Anyway, I like you all and thought you deserved a warning
Mak'da
|
Mak'da splutters and she is woken up drenched by the rain. What, where, how
She sits bolt upright. Best get ready everyone, I guess we will be called on again and soon.
Arisira
|
Arisra is forced awake by Mak'da's outburst.
"What are you going on about...". The halfling sits up from her bed, pressing her hands against her temple and rubbing her eyes. "I had too much wine for such loud noises."
She takes a deep breath, and slowly opens her eyes.
"What am I getting ready for now?"
GM Eddv
|
A small familiar raincloud drenches Arisira You're preparing to defeat another disaster....and maybe my master too. Good luck!
Soon the rain cloud leaves out the window and back over the sea.
Vera Darkone
|
Vera sits up and almost falls out of bed, and her holy symbol rolls onto the floor. "Wha? What's happened? Why is there yelling?"
GM Eddv
|
As you wake up, surely enough there is a summons from Finze Bellaugh and with him, the blonde haired, slightly angry looking blonde haired, dark skinned druid Magdi and his stormcloud companion sit in his office. He has a completely untouched, rain drenched candela wrappered Cigar in his lap, and Finze looks quite annoyed that his hospitality has gone to waste.
Well, this gentleman says he knows you - apparently he is an acquaintance of yours from your time in Pridon's Hearth. And...apparently he has some extra work you might be interested in.
The sour looking man nods Hello again...I have come to ask all of you a question. Have you been having....dreams?
He lets the silence linger a moment.
And in that moment you each realize that the last week or so you have in fact been having dreams - really specific ones involving towers and storms but its all muddled, it's all vague.
He sees this in your faces in nods I think that when we were involved together destroying the Storm Kindler's work we were each imbued with some psychic energy belonging to members of the cult - you remember those chimes and how spooky they were plus...well the number of sacrifices made to power the thing...well...that Storm Kindler magic is as old as the Saoc people who once lived on this coast and from which I am descended. I don't have much expertise in this but your venture captain is a fairly infamous mesmerist. I am hoping he might induce us to a nice sleep and help focus our dreams so we might have more in depth visions we can make sense of. What say you?
Shen Hawaah
|
Shen raises an eyebrow.
”This sounds very strange. You are not trying to leverage our aid through some wild theory, are you?!“
GM Eddv
|
The man nods over towards Valin. He wasn't there. He and your venture captain can supervise the whole thing. If you aren't going to help then I have clearly misjudged you. But I think our business with the Storm Kindlers may not have been concluded.
Mak'da
|
Mak'da glances over to Shen, I trust Magsi and Captain Bellaugh will be here to protect us in case anything bad happens. I understand that travelling through or into dreas can be difficult if not outright dangerous, how do we protect ourselves while we dream?
Travelling in dreams, this should be different, I hope I dont have a nightmare. Does T'Kemba dream? Never thought of that, maybe I should ask him one day.
Shen Hawaah
|
”You are all too trusty!“ Shen says.
She dramatically rolls her eyes.
”Okay. Let’s do it then... “ she says with a sigh.
