So, do I assume non-weapon/armor/gear things are trade goods (i.e. sold at full value), or equipment (sell at half):

For example:
gold scarab clasp worth 50 gp
an onyx and silver holy symbol of Pharasma worth 100 gp
a silver hand mirror worth 35 gp
a wax-sealed clay urn of nard worth 75 gp.

I would recommend we purchase a wand of cure light wounds first since we don't really have any dedicated healers but have three people who could use it.

Since this is Osirion and I'm imagining there will be plenty of undead in this campaign I'm going to guess undead-bane and ghost touch weapons for everyone will be a must eventually. But that's thinking far into the future.

Alright, once we finish the last room I'll mark off a wand of clw (Ankhef carries it?) I'm going to pick up two scrolls of mage armor for myself (on theory that with enough UMD rolls Ankhef can activate those out of combat).

We actually have two items to ID I think. I believe there is a shield that needs ID'ing.

So 20 gp for the ID.

Antitoxin (x2) (Seherab?) (or maybe Seherab could craft these, and we ignore the godawful rules for how long crafting alchemical items takes....)

Did anyone grab the masterwork spear or masterwork khopesh? Anybody want to wield them? I assume we want to sell the khopesh, being exotic and all.

Investigators don't get brew potion? Too bad...

Also, we have 1000 gold if anybody needs to pick up something (masterwork weapon, for instance.)

Does Ankhef or Seherab want that shield? Probably Ankhef, since he doesn't seem the ranged type. It's pretty nice - and it's light, so a caster can still cast with their off hand while holding a weapon.

Padded armor? Jeesh. That's looking like something to sell.

I've been using a reach long spear, but hmmm I'll try changing to the cool shield and a 1 hander.
