Sorry, very busy weekend.
I'm not sure what else I can do for you all. At the current pace this game is going you won't be anywhere close to done prior to Gen Con.
I will give you this hint to try to help move you along. If you are content with just talking to the NPCs and don't interact with the environment, you will not get the clues necessary to progress. You cannot solve this mystery through talking alone. You've just about finished your conversations with all the named NPCs and you haven't really opened up any of the other locations in the adventure yet.
So what do we do assuming we won't finish in time? Do we continue after Gen Con, which means locking these PCs out until you finish, or do we pick a date next week and at when we reach that date, I call the adventure and you get whatever rewards you've earned, which at this point isn't much?

@Qstor: So the APL will be 5 if Baerlie plays a level 3 or 4 PC, which makes it 3-4 tier no adjustments.
And since Lilli is fairly well a support PC, I think it'll be A-OK!
