We need to make a group decision. Amarthecthel can A) try to finish the Div or B) take the AoO and move to Declyn to try to fly him up where he can spot the sniper next round.
Also, should my faerie dragon familiar continue to scout for the sniper with detect magic or should he fly to Amarthecthel, get his wand of cure light wounds and go stabilize Lamare?
I'm inclined towards the second option in both cases, but am open to suggestions.

Lamare is uncounscious. But spotting the sniper is more important. This is the main danger.

Yeah, honestly, it wouldn't be this bad if I would stop critting with him and didn't roll those 20's on his Stealth checks for a bit. But Declyn softened him up, so now it's a damage race!

Hey guys, so more personal stuff on my end: going through the process of a divorce and now needing to find a new home. I am hoping sooner than later, but I won't be able to GM effectively for a while. I will do what I can when I can, but things are not good for me currently. If fact... I will say just no. Lamare is a priest of Desna... and Desna have done some pretty mistake is this exact position. and we use our Ia to kill her.

Thanks for the reminder! So the delay poison would be at the latter half of its duration. So yeah, I'll note the "doses" each person is afflicted with so when the spell wears off, start noting the poison effects.
And the Necklace... whoops; I'll update the numbers.
