"Alright, now things get interesting!" Novennia exclaims, stepping into the room and taking a swing at the closest enemy. "Evening, gents! Glad to see we get to fight you now instead of the vermin you've been leaving for us. Most fortunate!"

Attack!: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (10) + 8 = 18 Added in the bonus from the Westcrown Firebrand trait.
Damage!: 2d6 + 6 ⇒ (6, 3) + 6 = 15

Assuming that kills someone...:
Seeing the poor fool go down on the edge of her blade, she glances up, grinning sheepishly. "Whoops, don't know my own strength. I guess this is where I give you all a chance to surrender, right?"

Sorry to be a bother but Neb's eidolon was second in line, I was going to be the 3rd guy in. I am part coward at the moment, should change like a coin toss soon enough though.

Novennia quite literally decapitates the first tiefling.

My bad - the Eidolon up next

HP 7/13, AC 12/11/10, hp 13, F 0+, R 2+, W 3+, Init 2+

The Eidolon moves forward and performs a brutal slice, one aimed at severing the limb of an unfortunate tiefling...

attack1d20 + 5 ⇒ (14) + 5 = 19

damage2d4 + 3 ⇒ (2, 3) + 3 = 8

The Eidolon is able to hit the tiefling with ease and the blood loss from the loss of an arm is enough to kill it.

The two remaining tieflings fire crossbow bolts at the party. One wings Novennia.

Novennia takes 1hp of damage

Two tieflings remain. Now we add Delgata and Brand. You can go in any order

As an fyi, I'm changing things around a little as this is becoming repetitive and not allowing you all to participate - good thing I didn't share the map then!

Del acrobatics into the room and gets into flanking position.

acrobatics: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (20) + 8 = 28

attack w/flank: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (19) + 6 = 25 mace damage: 1d6 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 1 = 2

Hello goodbye.

Delgata manages a complicated acrobatics move and gets into perfect position to deliver a blow but manages to just glance his attack off the tiefling.

Brand enters the room, shocked to see the aftermath of Novennia's charge. He chokes back the bile rising in his throat as Del rolls in and glances his mace of another of the Tiefling's skulls.

Seeing a clear shot at one of their foes, he calls up the burning in his blood and channels it into his palm, then hurls the ball of flame at the Tiefling.

Elemental Ray (Touch): 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (6) + 4 = 10
Damage (fire): 1d6 ⇒ 4

Status:

HP: 13/13

3/7 Elemental Ray

Brand fires at the tiefling but sadly misses, the fire smashing into the wall behind him.

The two tieflings still standing firte bolts but both miss their intended targets.

New round, party to go first and the two newcomers can be added to the mix

Liberty's Edge

Male Catfolk Bard (Street Performer) 3

Yix holds his blade low and charges the first one.

Attack: 1d20 + 5 + 2 ⇒ (3) + 5 + 2 = 10

"Well, can't say I didn't offer," Novennia shrugs, manoeuvring up to the next tiefling. "I hate to do this, but it's for the good of the town!" She gives another mighty swing, aiming for a quick finish.

Attack: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (4) + 7 = 11
Damage: 2d6 + 6 ⇒ (5, 5) + 6 = 16

Not sure what the layout's like. I'll five foot shift to avoid an AoO if I can; I'll charge if I need to... I'll just trust you to pick an appropriate action.

HP 7/13, AC 12/11/10, hp 13, F 0+, R 2+, W 3+, Init 2+

Eidolon's next action if any foes are left

attack1d20 + 5 ⇒ (4) + 5 = 9

damage2d4 + 3 ⇒ (1, 1) + 3 = 5

A lot of bodies are now trying to fit into quite a small room and it is clearly hampering people's swings.

Yix, Novennia and the Eidolon fail to connect with any of the tieflings.

Delgata and Brand to go and either Neb or Krokod could fit in the room too. Then it's the tiefling's turn - if either are still alive.

HP 7/13, AC 12/11/10, hp 13, F 0+, R 2+, W 3+, Init 2+

Neb will swing aside for Krokod

Wow a bucket full of suck.

Krokod isn't sure what's happening, but he sees Neb give him an opening, and says 'Thanks'...well, actually he says thanks in firespeak, but the intention is there.

Not sure I can attack as I move in, but I'm definitely moving in so I can at least next round :)

HP 7/13, AC 12/11/10, hp 13, F 0+, R 2+, W 3+, Init 2+

Ignan:

Remember they are resistant to fire, beat them up with your club...

Krokod smiles,

Ignan:
"So nice to have folks about who I can understand...and thanks for the suggestion."

When the opportunity presents itself, he'll take neb's advice and swing a club at the nearest of the tieflings.

To hit: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (13) + 2 = 15
dmg: 1d6 + 1 ⇒ (5) + 1 = 6

Krokod takes a mighty swing with his club and takes out the unharmed tiefling with ease. Unfortunately his companions conspire to miss the remaining tiefling with all of their efforts.

The injured tiefling fires his crossbow but misses you all.

New round, go in whatever order suits...

Stabby stabby!

Attack: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (7) + 5 = 12

Wow, I should stick to support with these rolls.

You don't know how but the tiefling manages to avoid your blows. They're close - but not close enough.

Male (3 out of 4 first level spells left) Human (Irrisien) Sorcerer (Fire)- 1/HP: 6/8, AC 11 (t 11, ff 10); F: +1, R: +1, W: +3; Perc +1//Init: +1

Krokod tries another overhand swing on his foe

To hit: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (16) + 2 = 18
Dmg: 1d6 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 5

Finally someone connects with the remaining tiefling, and his life is ended.

You find nothing of note in the room. Each tiefling has hide armour and a crossbox, 20 bolts and a short sword if you care to carry them.

You continue around the corner (you figure you've completed a large upside down 'U' underground.

Ahead are a couple of doors. The first is at ground level and the final one is up another flight of stairs.

Neb calmly points at Delgata...

We would be wise to let the fool go first...

Krokod tisks,

Ignan:
"We're all in this together, my friend. Be kind. He's not a fool, just a bit odd. Though I agree he seems light on his feet if we wanted a soft step ahead of us."

Then turns to Delgata, "Would you like to scout ahead, Delgata?"

No, but I will anyway. By the way I understand that funny language the two of you go on and on in.

Bluff he does not understand that language: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (6) + 10 = 16

Del will scout ahead sneaking and searching for traps.

DM could you please roll as needed.

There are no obvious traps ahead - neither door appears locked, so you have a simple choice.

"What is that language, anyway?" Novennia asks of Krokod, partly in annoyance, but mostly in genuine curiosity. When Del reports the lack of traps and locks, she shrugs. "Well, I say up the stairs, same order as before. Seems to be working well."

If nobody objects or suggests otherwise, she'll put that into action. Seems a decent idea to clear out all the houses first.

Male (3 out of 4 first level spells left) Human (Irrisien) Sorcerer (Fire)- 1/HP: 6/8, AC 11 (t 11, ff 10); F: +1, R: +1, W: +3; Perc +1//Init: +1

Sense Motive: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (15) + 4 = 19

Krokod grins at Delgata's claim.

Then later turns to Noeva's suggestion, "Sounds fine by me."

The door looks just like the others. With the rest of the group lined up behind her Novennia listens at the door. When there is no sound, she opens the door.

You are in a much larger room than any of the other buildings. This looks to be some kind of barracks; several simple bunk beds take up space in the corners of the room. A wooden door similar to the one outside the crypt stands shut on the west wall.

Facing you are four tieflings, the creature you presumed was a mummy previously and perhaps the creature that made all of those claw marks - it's tiefling but significantly larger than average and it has massive hands with massive claws at the end of them.

Initiatives

Delgata: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (4) + 9 = 13
Krokod: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (4) + 2 = 6
Brand: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (3) + 9 = 12
Neb: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (19) + 2 = 21
Eidolon: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (2) + 2 = 4
Yix: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (20) + 3 = 23
Novennia: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (1) + 3 = 4

The regular tieflings are armed with crossbows and short-swords, the others appear unarmed.

Tiefling #1 = 10
Tiefling #2 = 10
Tiefling #3 = 10
Tiefling #4 = 10
Mummy = 11
The digger = 16

Let's assume you are effectively toe to toe with the group. You can attack anyone and they can attack you. If you want to do something different, let me know in the first round - thanks

Male Catfolk Bard (Street Performer) 3

Perfect, won initiative.

Yix gets the attention of the large tiefling with a smug smile. "You would fight amongst these mortals when you are well above them? Your origins are not what you believe they are..."

Fascinate. DC 15 will save or sit there staring at me.

HP 7/13, AC 12/11/10, hp 13, F 0+, R 2+, W 3+, Init 2+

1d20 + 4 ⇒ (1) + 4 = 5

Nervously Del sees the mummy and shaking he swings his mace.

He turns to Korkod and makes noises like he makes in that funny language. Del apparently is giving tactics for the fight out with you and is getting ready to do something.

Yix casts a spell on the large tiefling - and it seems entranced by his words. Neb delays any actions and the creature seems incapable of any proactive activity.

Delgata draws his mace - and immediately the large tiefling breaks from his trance.

On the plus side, it now can't act until the next round

Wary of the exploding melee, Brand takes a quick step back out of immediate range and makes a quick judgement on how the fight is developing.

Calling forth his inner magic and an uttered word, the ground produces a slippery oil under the feet of the two closest enemies.

Brand, backs up as far as possible and casts grease under the feet of two of their opponents. If its possible 1 of the attackers is the big guy or the mummy, he'll make either of them one of the enemies, the digger is preferred.

Oh. Oh yes. We have a target significantly more threatening than the others.
It's challenge time, b&@$~es.

Brand is able to cast his spell. The mummy seems to be unsure of his footing but remains on his feet, the digger seems totally unaffected.

The four tieflings fire their crossbow bolts - two manage to hit Brand.

Finally the mummy raises one of its hands and magical energy darts forth from its fingertips and strikes the Eidolon.

Brand takes 8hp of damage. The Eidolon takes 4hp

The rest can act now

Time for easy sneak attacks.

Yix gives a slightly annoyed glance at the drawn weapon, changing tactics. He leaps up on any sort of object he can find to gather more attention. "Today spells the death of the tiefling underground organization, the bards will sing of it for generations to come! They will tell of how..."

Disappearing Act. Any enemy within 30 feet must make a DC 15 will save or they treat Delgata as if he is invisible.

Thanks Yix!

attack: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (4) + 5 = 9

Did not add any flank or flat-footed-ness to the attack.

Assuming a fail. Must still be afraid of the undead.

Del barks out more words in the language Neb and Korkod know.

Quick stats:
AC 19, T 13, FF 16; HP 21/28; F +4, R +3, W +1; CMD 20; Init +3; Perc +3; SM +3; Resolute 1

Hefting her greatsword, Novennia points at the large tiefling. "Hellspawn! I challenge you to single combat! Attack my allies, and it shall be your undoing!" With that, she rushes at him, swinging her sword in a mighty arc.

Attack: 1d20 + 7 + 1 ⇒ (20) + 7 + 1 = 28
Confirm?: 1d20 + 7 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 7 + 1 = 11 I'm guessing no.
Damage: 2d6 + 6 + 2 ⇒ (5, 6) + 6 + 2 = 19

Activating Challenge on the big guy with the claws as a swift action, moving if needed, and attacking him as a standard. I get +2 to damage against him, and -2 to AC against everyone other than him. If he attacks anyone other than me, I also get a +1 to hit him for 1 round.

A crossbow bolt whizzes from Neb's bow but misses the large tiefling but Novennia fares better. She swings her sword in an extravagant arc but to great effect, taking a huge lump out of the creature. It's still standing but rocks on its heels.

New round

Yix casts a spell

Neb to act next

Once Neb acts, it will be the digger, Delgata (I'll use your action above), Brand, the mummy, the rest of the tieflings, Krokod and then Novennia
