Okay, if I have to do the second sword and the bow, we're going to be stuck in Trunau for four more days. Can we really afford that?
Since we've already decided to stay for 4 more days, I'm going to say yes.

If push comes to shove, then I can live & maybe we can have the sword done in the next town
Unless we're metagaming, I'm not sure why we're rushing and not preparing well. I can't think of a good reason that we know of to rush rather than have the weapons we want/need.
Storn of Gorum
Yeah. I'm actually confused at how much time we have. If we have 5 days and Bigrin permitting I may retrain a feat since weapon focus warhammer isn't doing much for me nowadays.
Storn of Gorum
I think five days is sufficient for everything and we can get moving.
Storn got weapon focus: warhammer at level 5 as a regular feat. I'll swap it for furious focus.

Crafting plans:
9 doses of unstable accelerants (150 gp total)
6 containers of shard gel (50 gp)
4 flasks of acid (13 gp)
3 tangleburn bags (150 gp)
Note: per crafting rules, I'm actually going to have to be doing this on the road; I'm assuming we'll have enough time that I hope you don't mind if I handwave that a bit. If you need, I can break it down into specifics, or pay full price for some of it.
Storn of Gorum
What did we sort out for final gear purchases for magic goodies? What does Storn have on him wand-wise? Just so I know what I'm carrying and what cash I have left.
Storn of Gorum
Asking Wren specifically since I was asked to donate 1,500 gp to the pot so I wanna make sure something came of it.

We wait until he's unconscious with being drunk, then you rob him, pay off his bar tab and we steal the rest.
...
What? Neutral Good. The money goes to the greater good and it's what he would've wanted if he were sober. ;)
Also, it'll stop him from literally drinking himself to death and if his player should ever return, it'll give him an excuse to track us down and beat up Quill for robbing him while he was asleep. ;)

To ooc-ify the discussion, we want to go west, and Vigil is east which takes us the opposite direction of anywhere we want to be. So it's 1.5 weeks there, 1.5 weeks back, and then the journey to the tomb which is another week or more since it's in the mountains.
If shopping before the tomb is absolutely essential, Kragnaroth makes far and above the most sense because it's not a loss of an IC month. If we don't mind a city of giants ;)

Quill is *so* with you up to this point...

...but right here you lose him. Putting Storn in a city of giants seems like a bad idea, let alone a jittery elf with a giantbane bow...
Sander Thistlewight
Except a city of giants isn't going to have a halfling-sized sipping jacket.
I know you've got all your weapons and armor and magic items, but I'm sitting on a pot of money with a masterwork sling, masterwork dagger, masterwork armor, and my most valuable magic item is worth 2,000 gp to let me carry more stuff. I will be far more effective if I can spend some of this money and get my WBL up closer to where it should be, instead of around a 2nd- or 3rd-level character's.
The only cities to the west that might have what we want are just as far past the tomb as Vigil is away from it, and likely to be far more dangerous to get to.
(Now maybe we want to see if we can retcon that several of us went to Vigil instead of spending the last week in Trunau if that'll cut another week out of the delay in going to the tomb...)

DO not split the party. FOr the love of god do not split the party
I think upgradeing the party will help some in the all around. Sander needing to upgrade his gear so he is not just a bomb thrower is a good this.
Also, with the withdrawal of Dieter, if GM has some one he wants to add, it could be a good place to do so.
Storn of Gorum
Storn Quill and Molly can all heal. I'm all about 5 but I mean, I don't mind 6. I've always liked 5 for PbP though.
And as for going shopping, I'll sit tight and wait for GM call. If going to Vigil isn't going to cause mayhem and catastrophe then clearly it's alright, even if Storn will b#@!* about it, lol.
Kipa
Im just looking for a belt of +2 dex. I have 2340 gb left so If i could borrow 1.7k that would be awesome or that I know what the discount would be. Other then that I am holding off on anything else for the time being.
Sander Thistlewight
My shopping list remains:
* A sipping jacket to start with (5,000 gp)
* Bracers of falcon's aim (4,000 gp)
* A Galtan cookbook (1,270 gp)
Note to self: That would leave me with 4,318 gp.
I can clearly loan Kipa the money he needs for his belt.
Depending on results of the above, I will look into upgrading my armor, preferrably with elven chain or a mithral shirt if one is available in my size.

Oh, and I'm probably going to buy a few weeks' worth of rations if we're heading into a tomb, just in case, but that's 15 gp for a month's worth, so I assume I can just mark that off when needed.

Molly might be willing/able to craft that cloak on the road to and fro the detour town. Heck if Molly stays and crafts...
Anyhoot, Quill has about 3k left to spend. He's happy to loan Storn 500gp.

FYI - I will be travelling from Thursday through Tuesday and I might not be able to post during those times. If I am your GM, please feel free to RP as you like. If I am you rplayer, please feel free to bot me as needed.
Are you back yet? Seems we should be moving, right?
Storn of Gorum
I do not have a ring of protection. One showed up but I didn't put claim to it at the time.
Storn of Gorum
Thanks Sander. I will do my best to keep you all alive :D
And welcome back Bigrin!
Kipa
I will borrow 1460 gp from Sanders and pay him back after the next pay out (marking it down on my sheet now) and pick up a Belt of +2 Dex. I will hand the Ring of Protection +1 over to Storn . This leaves me w/ 0 gp but a nice amount of boosts.
Thanks Sanders
