Really? O_o Is not "Once during the campaign"?
Oliver Snow
"Arrows and songs?"...Oliver remarks mockingly? "She is quite lucky that is all that she got..Sir Justinius was about to turn her into a fiery kabob."
"Thank you for the healing Val. I also fear that this is not the last we will see of her, not including what other evils stir in this place."
"Would you care to sing us a song while Justinius prepares some food Jim?"
Rimy Jim
"It seems like all ye landward folks do is eat!" Jim grumbles, but makes no move to stop Justinius. "Ollie, singin's fer workin', drinkin', 'n killin'. Ye want a dinnertime serenade, get yerself a bird."
Justinius Redarm
Justinius chuckles a little out loud, but quickly stiffles his amusement at Jims retort.
"We may seem to over value dining, Jim, but breaking bread together is one way to build valuable bonds between us that bear fruit durring stressful times such as combat."
Before eating, he channels positive energy channel: 6d6 ⇒ (6, 3, 2, 2, 1, 2) = 16
As they finish the meal, Justinius prays for a few minutes and then, looking refreshed, suggests they continue exploring.

Valanthe thanks Justinius for the meal.
"I was great, thank you very much."
She blushes slightly.

Justinius begins carefully looking over the room for any useful items or clues as to where the 'Queen of Flames' has retreated.
take 20 in the whole room (if no one objects)
are there any doors out of the room?

The chamber is 45' wide and 40' high. It is a total of 60' long, with the last 10' being the raised stage (where the ceiling is only 35' high). In the two corners near the door you entered are broken doors hanging limply from their hinges- behind both are closets that are empty except for some tattered scraps of ancient fabric. The pool of water in the lower floor is 15' wide with a 5' diameter circle of spiked skulls in the center; the water appears to be empty. The smaller pool on the stage is triangular (5' to a side) and still glowing and bubbling with strange energy. The runes scribbled on the walls are largely unintelligible: they are written in Abbysal and seem to be made up of fragments of spells, disjointed descriptions of bizarre dreams and visions, and profane prayers and praise to Lamashtu. There are no other doors or items of note.

Valanthe examines the pool, without touching it, or the water.
