Apologies for the long wait. I've been having some issues and frankly, I just haven't been working on it.
Tonight, though, I have some time. I will work on a first post.
I finally did a thing! Let me know if I can clarify anything, but mostly I'm just trying to introduce the setting and maybe give you something to put up a few ball-rolling posts.
