Well, I hesitate to spend the money from the loot distribution. Only Leik has indicated acceptance and the others have not had time to post lately.

However, Larissa has some cash in hand, enough for an upgrade to her armor. She will find an armor shop in Lepidstadt and request that they make a suit of agile breastplate armor with a minor enchantment for her. I assume it won't be ready prior to the trial.

The loot distribution looks cool if everyone is ok with it, then I shall make a note on Edwin's list. :)

I would like to apologize for my lack of enthusiastic posting recently.
Even though my 'busy' season is supposedly over, I am still busy with work, as well as involved with 2 shows in production together. As well as, well, more on that once I find out what's going on. :/

Anyways, by the time I actually get home and have time, I simply have not had the energy or enthusiasm to post on all my threads. I just wanted to make sure everyone knows this is entirely due to me, and has nothing to do with the games. :) Which I still love and desire to participate in.

My apologies, please bear with me and I shall endeavor to be more lively. :)

Leik came in late on the whole thing, but whats up with those old coins you all kept finding? Maybe they all came from your shadowy villain playing the benefactor to all the bad guy mooks...

Since we have not distributed the loot yet, technically we still have those old coins, but they are among the coinage being handed out.

Perhaps a more scholarly person with knowledge of magic would know if we could determine who had handled the coins. The most recent owners (before us) would not be a concern...

We still have the coins, (or at least we all have a few of the coins from the loot distribution) I/Edwin does not believe we have the level of magic mastery needed to do a magical trace on the coins. At least not capable of telling us who gave the coins to the guys we relieved of them. ;)

However, there is more than one way to trace a coin,... :D

If this does NOT work, give my gear to the next PC! ;)

Hey all, just wanted to let you guys know I received my own version of bad news/good news this week.

Bad news- looks like I have Kidney cancer.

Good news- Thanks to me being a complete wuss, :) we discovered it very early (as they measure these things) so it is able to be removed, (Leaving me most of my kidney) and I have a 95% recovery chance. I plan to get this taken care of in early September.

So, I'm still in shock/denial/prayer mode. Ergo my recent distractions. Coupled with my busy-ness with the upcoming shows,...

Yeah, I haven't been a solid poster recently. Sorry.

Just wanted to repeat that any recent silence(s) from me is strictly due to schedule and personal stuff, and not from anything game related. I am still in, and still excited about all my threads. PLease forgive any silent days days on my part, and I promise to be as consistent as I can.

Sigh, I gotta get my head outta my @$$. Enough of this self-pity cr@p. (I told my wife, who just had one of her kidneys removed, I am much better at being supportive than needing it!) ;P

I really am fairly certain that this will end well. And compared to some of my online friends here, this is just a speedbump in my life. :)

It's just the fact that I have to deal with it at all that is pi$$ing me off. ;P

Technically I think keeping him tied up in the whip would be grapple.

But when he gets up from prone that should provoke and AoO. You can trip on the AoO. At which point the whip being wrapped around his leg the whole time is really just fluff.

I have 3 things of Silversheen for blades.

DM Heathy, how will that interact with my daggers? if i apply it and throw it, when it reforms will it be un-silver? can it even be applied? could i eat it and turn into silver surfer?

You can apply silversheen, but when the blade dissipates, (such as when you throw it at somebody) the next one you form isn't silversheened.

ah, it appears i was misremembering the use of silversheen. according to the PFSRD silversheen is a material, but what i was imagining you gave us vials of was weapon blanch which also requires you to cook the coating on and only works for one attack anyhow.

is that what we got, or something else altogether?

it's "this" silversheen.

I think there's two separate things: a metal to make weapons with, and a "blanch" of sorts; I was confused for a while too.

This silversheen is something you "paint" on your weapon and apparently it lasts an hour.

ah ok, got it. in that case Leik will form his mind blade into a single 1 handed weapon and silversheen it.
