Oday lets out a guttural scream as the crossbow bolt slides in between his
scale mail and his back, cutting is skin but not seriously injuring him. He sees the door to the southern tower and makes a run for it.

I want to run at the south tower door as a full round action. That should carry me 80'. If I am able, I want to hit the door at a full run and knock it open or down.(i know i can jump during a run, I don't know about running through a closed door, if i cant just move me to the door please)

Half-Goblin

The Goblin prisoners begin to pick up rocks and threaten the goblins on top of the tower. But then Grimdoc wields his warhammer, quickly making the Goblins think better of their plan.
Meanwhile Oday charges and smashes through the bottom towers door. A few moments later he sees the three goblins start to descent the stairs of the 50' tower towards him. Two of the warriors are holding short swords. The third, prepares to cast a spell.
Kurama is able to reach the safety of the bottom towers walls. Lore darts across the field in a full run, able to reach the northern tower to aid Ruprecht (but having spent a full round action moving, can't cast a spell this turn).

The goblins turn was to move and reposition. the top tower goblins have disappeared from site. Ruprecht, it is your turn. I'll post a map up later tonight.

The Goblin Shaman looks and Oday and begins to cast a spell. Her strange langue is foreign to your ears.

Bottom tower- Shaman is 50' up on the stairs; Two Goblins coming down the stairs with short swords drawn 35' and 40 'up; as I understand it, Ruprecht, Lore, and Kurama are just outside the bottom tower door - 5' to move inside the door, 5' to move to the stairs. If I am wrong with positioning, let me know. Odar you are the foot of the stairs after your run last turn. No one is at the top towers. Grimdoc remains with the goblin prisoners.

Ruprecht, Oday, Grimdoc, Lore, Kurama all go now.

Lore opens the door for Ruprecht to go through, enabling him to double move if he wants to,then follows him, moving 20' toward the stairs.

Oday moves his speed(20'} up the stairs, he will prepare to trip the first target that comes with in range.

Ruprecht moves 30' into the tower and goes on the defensive looking for the goblins.

After moving, go on total defense.

The sly tiefling tries to prey on the opportunity to make a sneak attack with his claws and moves adjacent to Oday and do so. If that's not possible, then Kurama will move to use his shuriken as long as it doesn't provoke any attacks of opportunity.

I have a natural two claw attack as an alternate racial feature. Am I able to make two attacks now? Or just as part of full action attack with an additional off-hand attack using Two-Weapon Fighting feat?

With the archers switching to melee (or so it appears), Grimdoc is going to try to herd and motion the goblin captives 20' closer to the tower.

It appeared the captives were going to attack the tower goblins, which was unexpected.

If the captives, resist he will stay put. Otherwise, if they are willing (as he hopes), he will stop after a single move and ready to attack if hostile goblins approach.

Suddenly, the southern tower is a buzz of activity. All of the PC except for Grimdoc crowd the tower. Oday barges up the steps ready to strike against goblins. Kurama lets a flying star whiz through the air only to be stopped by the goblins leather armor, falling harmlessly to the ground.
Meanwhile the Goblins and Grimdoc start a slow march up towards the towers, the Goblins starting to froth at the mouth sensing that they will be able to kill something soon!


Here are the locations within the tower that everyone is. Sorry its messy. The PC's at 0' are surrounding the lower level of the tower. You can see everyone there.

Rupretch and Kurama and Lore 0'

The stairs are only 5' wide, only one person at a time may pass.

Oday the Goblins move up to face you, you still have your action left.

The goblin steps up, hoping to attack Oday. Suddenly the goblin finds himself on the ground, his legs painfully taken out from underneath.

GM:

The goblin slips and falls from the stairs to land hard on the earthen floor below.
2d6 ⇒ (5, 3) = 8
Lore and Ruprecht can see that the goblin's neck is twisted at a horrible angle. The goblin rests motionless on the ground, blood pulling around him.
The second Goblin steps forward to fill the gap and stabs out at Oday with his sword.
Attack: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (8) + 2 = 10
The fighter easily dodges the clumsy stab. The goblins in the top tower retreat from the ramparts and can no longer be seen.

In the bottom tower, the Shaman finishes her spell sending a blast of magical energy directly into Oday.

The Shaman smiles and completes her action by firing a crossbow!

But the bolt sails wide of Lore smashing harmlessly into the stone. Frustrated, the shaman starts to dig at something in her posession!

Lore steps forward to stand over the fallen Oday and casts burning hands, hoping to catch all 3 goblins but probably only getting goblin4 and the shaman.

Grimdoc will continue to move his merry band of frothing goblins on a diagonal path towards the lower tower. He moves the group a full move of 40' keeping an eye out for hostiles.

Lore moves up and lets fire erupt from her hands. The goblin warrior leaps aside but most of his face and chest is covered in burns. The Shaman isn't as lucky. She catches the full effect of the spell and erupts into flame. Dramatically she stumbles around the stairs, on fire. She runs the top the of the tower leaping off to her doom. Grimdoc can see steam rise from where she fell, the snow putting out the flames.
On top of the tower, the signal fire starts to build up energy. Flames are starting to catch and the smoke slowly drifts into the sky.

Kuram's thrusts fall short of hitting the goblin has he is able to easily deflect the thrusts with his sword.
Ruprecht moves under the stairs, safe from the action at the moment and sees piles of trash in the tower. Perhaps there is some treasure here as well!

The remaining goblin in the bottom tower strikes out at Kurama.
Goblin: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (3) + 2 = 5
But misses horribly.
The top tower goblins remain in the tower, hidden from view.

The bottom tower looks like this: (highest) Goblin -->Kurama-->Lore/Oday (lowest) on the stairs. Remember that the signal fire is still burning, building energy to a full fledge flame!

With his not being able to threaten th goblin in that small tower, Ruprecht decides to make himself useful and search through the remains he was beside. Goblins aren't known for being the most thorough creatures

When Kurama steps back, IF the goblin did not go down to Kurama's attack, Lore sends a bolt of fire at the remaining goblin.

Kurama's flashing claws kill the last goblin in the stairwell. And with that, the bottom tower is quiet. The signal fire is still burning on the roof, though its fire and smoke haven't risen too terribly high. That will change shortly though.
All Ruprecht can find is piles of trash. Perhaps a better look would reveil something interesting.


Lore no need for your spell, your actions are still valid. Spellcraft if you want for Oday's affliction (other than dirty britches!).
The goblins have leather armor and a shortsword and bow. Nothing else of note.

Lore has no spellcraft, but is hoping it was only a sleep or hold spell either of which is easily overcome with either aid or time. She is more concerned about the fire at the top of the tower right now... it has to be put out and quickly... so she is racing for the stairs... if someone is faster, they should just go up past her however, as she only moves 20'/rd.

Grimdoc will usher the goblin band to the south side of the lower tower, so they are out of line of sight from the upper tower.

"How's it going in there? Are you able to make it up to stop that signal fire? "

He sees Ruprecht poking around in the trash for what seems to be a very long time, and wonders if he should ask him to watch the goblins while he runs up to help the others in combat or with the fire...

"Everyone doing ok? Anyone need healing? I am not sure if the goblins from the other tower are heading this way or starting their own fire, so we may need to hurry over there as well."

"Ruprecht, see if you can wake Oday, too, please" Lore says as she runs up the stairs to try to get to the fire as quickly as possible.

Signal fire? Questioningly scowls at the seemingly greedy Ruprecht Antillious. Somebody has his priorities straight. Unbelievable! I'm thinking of not endangering myself over that one. An incapacitated Pathfinder at his side and THIS ONE would rather rummage for possible treasure?!

Shaking his ahead as the tiefling makes his way up the tower to the signal fire, Kurama hastily grabs the burning wood tossing them down toward the top tower and snow.
The tiefling has a resistance to fire, electricity, and/or cold of 5 damage. Kurama will desist this attempt to extinguish the fire if he incurs more 2 damage to himself.

We are out of combat for the moment...
After a few moments, Ruprecht is able to find some soilded and tattered blankets. Along with Kurama and Lore they are able extinguish the signal fire, leaving only a whips of grey smoke hanging in the air.
Oday comes too with a start, apparently having a bad dream.
Grimdoc leads the goblins to the safety of the southern tower. Once he turns his back on them, they descent on the fallen Shaman whose body rests in the snow. They viscously attack her corpse.

You still have two goblins in the northern tower, behind the safety of the door. It is getting late into the evening and this is your camping spot. The goblins aren't coming out, so you'll have to go ge them.

"Is anyone injured? I can take care of you before we go for the other goblins if anyone needs it." Lore then chases the goblins of the body of the fallen shaman, and examines it for anything of use to the party.


Oday shakes awake with a start.

AFter making his way up to the fire with his found blankets, Ruprecht helps extinguish the blaze. "I could use some healing. Those arrows did a number on me. And we still have the matter of the other goblins in tht tower," he says with a shrug toward the other area.

oday - are you still wounded after the 6 point channel? or did you miss that somehow? If you are still wounded after the channel, then Lore will use your wand on you, no problem

Lore, my impression was that you didn't get the channel off as the DM's next post said you had to run to get to us, and the spell/channel didn't take place. That's why I haven't added the 6 to Ruprecht.

Oday and Ruprecht both took seven points of damage. I didn't record damage anyone else.
On the shaman, you find: potion of cure moderate wounds, alchemist fire (2), dagger, light crossbow, wooden holy symbol.

I can guzzle the potion if we want to save a spell. Or I can ask for a CLW spell and save the potion for when someone in the party gets really hammered.
