Gentlemen, thank you for your patience, it will soon be rewarded. Please familiarize yourself with the below website/wiki prior to the posting of the OOC and IC pages. If you detect any errors or discrepancies, please post them in this thread so that they can rectified before play begins.
It may not be immediately obvious, but the mission summary link is at the top of the main wiki page, just above the sector map. Your character sheets can be downloaded from the bottoms of the individual entries on the Acolyte Dossier pages.
Please let me know what you think, I'm excited to begin!

You can see the hard work you put into it. This should be fun and exciting. Is being a syncophant the only way a psyker can survive the inquisition? lol. Let the inquisition begin.
Thanks for the kind words. I'll update and re-post the sheet today, and don't feel like its quibbling, finding errors like that helps me a lot. As far as being a sycophant, those are Ahmazzi's words. He actually quite likes Uriah, whereas most psykers are perceived as necessary tools, he sees you as a tool with a personality. I think his assessment is a generalization on psykers, though. Feel free to break the stereotype (at your own risk, of course!)

What is pretty neat about this team is my toons mom is a scum; dad an arbiter; and brother is am Imperial Psker; hehe I could be the glue for the whole team through my family; weird eh. Gotta keep that reformed traitor guardsmen and deviant psker on our team in line; takes more that prayer; takes fire! hehe

Heya Rookseye,
I have a character I created for another pbp attempt at 40k. That one didn't make too far and I'd be keen to try him again. I've played one RL game for this now and would be keen to try the pbp option again.
I was with Radavel in that one, and I'm in a PbP with some of the others you've got in here.
My only concern is there are times when I won't be able to post daily. I teach and my schedule can get very intense at times, so I may miss a day or two in those periods.
If that's not an issue then please consider me for a position in the game.
Cheers
Wrath
(I'll post as my alt so you can check his creation and stuff also. Let me know what is suitable and what needs to be changed for your game.)

Hi Wrath, if you would like to join in, you are more than welcome. The campaign website is here, just download one of the form-fill character sheets from here and save a copy with your character information with one 100XP advance. You can email it to me at rookseye at yahoo dot com and I will post it to the wiki with some campaign flavor specific to your character. Consider this a fresh reboot for Ivaanov.
I'd like to introduce new characters organically to the story, so please follow along once these steps are complete, and I'll give you prompt when you come into play (this shouldn't be long). I'm OK with someone posting every couple of days or so, as long as they are consistent and in the campaign for the long haul.

And I'm the berk who GMed that failed game.
Anyway, I oh so very much want to play in this game. I want a chance to finally use that character I made for the failed pbp that lead to me running a game myself. Of course, it doesn't matter what I want, since my books are on the other side of the state.
In other words, if you still have an opening Thanksgiving weekend when I have a chance to go home and grab the core rules again, I'll gladly fill it.

Could very well be the case, Davi. Just follow the same instructions I posted for Wrath. Two of the three PC's currently in game have been turned into NPCs. For the time being I am leaving them open to be assumed by new players if they so choose, although I know most people like to put their own stamp on a character and make their own. That would be OK, too. That being said, Ishmael and Albrek still have important roles to play before all is said and done.

I downloaded that PDF for my character. However, it won't let me save chages to it, nor send you a copy with changes made.
I've printed it and can scan tehm if you'd like.
It may be that I only have the reader version of adobe, and not the whole programme.
Let me know how you wnat me to handle this.
Cheers

Sorry about that Wrath, you are correct, if you don't have ownership rights on the .pdf or the full version, I think it prevents saving changes. I'll look into the sheet from my end.
In the interim, just scale back whatever advances that Ivaanov had from the other game on your Paizo profile to the starting advances (500XP) and add a single 100XP advance. I will transcribe the character as soon as I get the opportunity and post your sheet to the wiki.
Good to have you aboard!

Let's see, on one hand I don't really have a good handle on Albrek's personality so far from what he's posted in the game thread. Then again, since his sheet's already made I should be able get by the next few weeks without the book, and I am awfully close to understanding the character...
Alright, if you don't mind me not being able to look up some of the more advanced rules for a while, I'll take over Albrek.
EDIT: Wait a minute, I still got the basic costs of things on that unused alias. Alright, I'm either taking over Albrek or reducing that Voidborn Assassin I have lying around.
EDIT EDIT: Wait, no I don't. Still, now that the idea's in my head I might as well bring Iacton down to first level.
EDIT EDIT EDIT: Alright, I decided. I'll take over Albrek for this game. Once I get my hands back on my books I'll finish updating Iacton, but that's only in the hopes I can get into another game at some point.

Davi, like I told the others, make sure you choose what appeals to you most. If you would truly prefer to start a new character or adjust your assassin's stats, create one or use him. The campaign and setting are extremely flexible, and I set it up this way intentionally for mid-game additions.
In short, you have a spot reserved in the game. Feel free to follow along until you are ready to join in. Do not feel as though you need to rush. The game isn't going anywhere, I promised as much to the others.
Albrek has an important role to play in the outcome of the Oremor Affliction, one way or the other, PC or NPC, he will play his part. I can provide a bit more of what I have in mind for him if you end up choosing to play him.

This is Ivaanov at basic level, in other words ready to start when you are Rookseye hehe.
I put asterix' beside the traits and skills I purchased with the base 400 we start with.
The double * is for the skill I purchased with the 100xp you gave us.
He has starting Gelt, but I haven't spent it yet in case you didn't want us to. He has his initial gear though, that you get from creation.
Cheers

Thanks guys, I will begin converting the profiles to character sheets, and hopefully I should have something up on the wiki before the end of the week for both of you. Please feel free to begin brainstorming character backgrounds and reasons/ideas for where/how your characters will enter the campaign story.
Do not necessarily feel bound by having to serve the existing acolyte's inquisitor, Ahmazzi. Numerous other possibilities exist. Even though I have some good ideas for your introductions based on your character careers, I would like to hear what you have to say on the subject and incorporate what you have for notions about your character's background/personality into the storyline.

If you have a better reason for me to join than "the probably-slightly-paranoid captain of his ship lent him to someone, possibly Ahmazzi", I'd be glad to hear it.

I'm working on a couple of ideas, I kind of want to see how the next chapter plays out before settling on one.

OK, Davi, Wrath, thanks for being patient with me.
Wrath and I are presently hashing out some of Ivaanov's background, and I think we have a logical pretext for his entry into the campaign, which should be occurring relatively soon.
Davi, I have a notion for how Iacton got involved, as well. I'd like to avoid spoilers for the others, similar to how I notified Wrath, so could you please send me an email at rookseye at yahoo dot com?
