Spellcraft(cup): 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (2) + 5 = 7
Spellcraft(book): 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (17) + 5 = 22
Jez does not really care about the cup, but this book thing looks interesting.
DMZZ - you might want to DMPC/roll for Nymeria on the spellcraft. Also, Kosti should make a roll as well if he is around.

DM Zyren / Heart of Journeys |

No, just masterwork...and he only looked like a suck Jarl because you are all on amphetamines.
I'm not sure about Nymeria...maybe we just assume the Jarl was not THAT sucky and at least killed the elf-girl?^^
The book is titled "On Weather" and grants a +3 circumstance bonus to survival rolls based on weather conditions. It also contaisn gust of wind, sleet storm and obscuring mist (as a wizard's spellbook).

Kostinantio Vishki |

Sweet Desna - Sorcerers, always the haste. Wizards prefer to take their time to study enspelled items (not mentioning having a good cup o wine and a comfy chair and desk)...but OK, I will see what I can find out
Spellcraft (cup): 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (8) + 15 = 23
Spellcraft (book): 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (14) + 15 = 29

Ragnvald Hrolfson |

Depends. Is Kosti sticking around or is Feytharn going to switch to a more suitable maniac?
Ragnvald's stopped threatening him once it was revealed he was a mere pawn in the elf's game. But that's not exactly a reason to be going around with us.
But yeah, return the key, spread tales of my glory in all the bars and taverns because Ragnvald's like that.
I'd be hesistant about jumping into a module two levels higher then us. I think the only reason we've managed this well is because our group is frankly nuts and not prone to work off writer assumptions.

Shifty |

7-10 would simply hand us back our heads in a box.
We've been doing well almost despite ourselves - Attalas is simply equivalent to any other similar level warrior with Enlarge and Bulls strength and appropriate gear by now, all the early advantage has already begun to fade.
Given the nastiness in the PFS scenarios and tier 7-10 mods, I would be surprised if we lasted any real encounter as we just dont have the depth to overcome anything that doesn't just rely on ac & hp.

Kostinantio Vishki |

I don't think trying to forcefeed another freak into this grown group of freaks would change the dynamics for the better. For now, I will continue as a simple wizard, locked in with the group in a state of shocked, morbid curiosity. I will see if I find myself more to contribute during the next adventure, whatever that might be.
Rest assured that I would not leave without giving you a heads up and not without having reached a good spot for leaving / changing character (unless real life issues force my hand, of course).

Jezbazeel Ruckskal |

Ok, not that I own any of these, but here are a few modules that look as though they might be interesting and work for us.
Fangwood Keep
City of Golden Death <-- last in a series, so probably not the best choice although the module looks cool
Carrion Hill
The-Heresy-of-Man-Part-I-The-First-Heresy
The-Heresy-of-Man-Part-II-Where-Dark-Things-Sleep
The-Heresy-of-Man-Part-III-Beneath-Forgotten-Sands
--> The Heresy of Man series looks interesting and is probably something we can do, also with a PF Society module, I think that there should be good adjustments for DMZZ as we level.
Wonders-in-the-Weave-Part-I-The-Dog-Pharaohs-Tomb
Wonders-in-the-Weave-Part-II-Snakes-in-the-Fold
--> another PF Society 2-part campaign.
Tower-of-the-Ironwood-Watch
Glories-of-the-Past-Part-I-Halls-of-Dwarven-Lore
Glories-of-the-Past-Part-II-The-Price-of-Friendship
Glories-of-the-Past-Part-III-The-Secrets-Stones-Keep
--> Yet another 3-part PF Society series of modules
Fortunes Blight
Broken Chains
From Shore to Sea

Ragnvald Hrolfson |

Carnival of Tears may be amusing.
Carrion Hill I think would kill us dead. That's a Richard Pett production. Didn't even read it I just know the author's M.O. by now.
Revenge of the Kobold King might be hilarious. It's after the crwn of the kobold king which is level 2. But I don't think our band of oversized psychoaths will give a crap.
Shore to Sea might be awesome. It let's our viking get all nautical.
We still need to split the lot and buy soe crap though before we move on.

Kostinantio Vishki |

While I have no preference regarding the next module(s), I have run Carnival of Tears, Revenge of the Kobold King and the rest of the Falcon's Hollow / Last Baron line twice. I could possibly take a step back and not spoil anything (as this group will probably wrecking-ball a lot of the adventures), but doing so would make Kosti even more passive than he is now.

Ragnvald Hrolfson |

I wonder where the Jarl's three big strength buddies are...:)
Ok, treasure breakdown:
5,121 cp
4,925 sp
2,216 gp
132 ppbag of gems worth 1,200 gp
A fine gilded dinner set 1,000 gp
Magic cup (Storied Cup)
Magic book (On Weather)
Masterwork half plate
Masterwork dwraven urgosh
two masterwork longswords (one is small)
A holy symbol of Sarenrae
Two decorated rugs 1,000 gp
Large Masterwork Sword
Right then. Getting our ogre loaded. Do we get anything for returning the vernal key? Or do we have to pillage the village?

DM Zyren / Heart of Journeys |

Pillaging the village -_-
As you return to the village of Azurestone, the villagers at first aren't sure whether to be happy about your return or not but as soon as word spreads that you have returned the Vernal Key, all accusations against you are forgotten and the mayor thanks you personally by handing you a bag with 500 gold coins!
Oh yeah, and level up

Jezbazeel Ruckskal |

I think that unless we are teleporting, we will have several days to craft since we are in Galt or somewhere far to the east and have to go to Varisia or the Land of the Linnorm Kings or some place on the west coast for the next module to the best of my knowledge.
Level Up: Dragon Disciple/1

Ragnvald Hrolfson |

Alrighty so here we go.
Copper = 51.21 gp
Silver = 492.5 gp
Gold = 2,216 gp
Platinum = 1,320gp
Total coinage = 4079.71 gp
Stuff:
2 rugs sell for 500gp
dinner set sell for 500gp
Gems sell for 600gp
Weapons sell for 500gp
Half plate sells for 350gp
Add 500 gp from the village.
Total is 7029.71gp so far.
How much are the cup and book worth? Those are getting sent off to the sell pile too.
Though I have to admit this is looking really sad. I get the feeling the "value" in these modules is in all the mundane crap we simply don't yank off the bodies.

Attalas |

That's typical of all the AP's too Ragnvald, half WBL or worse is the norm. It's why I moved to PFS in a big way, never have a loot conversation again :p

Zyren Zemerys |

Nah, not really...yeti rugs are like 50 gp here. A white one however could earn you a fortune.
You have at least 30 days to craft bullets.
And a merchant caravan that will reach Azurestone next week enables you to spend your money on needful or shiny things.

Jezbazeel Ruckskal |

So it looks like we have about 8000 after everything is sold. Are we splitting things 5 or 6 ways? Since Nymeria seems to be completely gone at this point.
