Welcome to all - now that you're in lets get things squared away so that we can begin. If everyone can draw up a profile for your character and fill in the particulars that would be grand - let me know when you are done so that I can review.
1) Take max HP for second level
2) For feats / traits / class abilities, if you can give a very short description of effects in your profile that would be great. Saves me from pawing through my books when checking your profiles.
3) Any detailed questions you have - now is the time to be asking :)
Apart from that - looking forward to getting the details wrapped up so that we can get started IC.

Setesh Bantling |

@ Setesh - looks ok to me so far. Couple of comments:
1) Can you move the extracts prepared to the top of the profile? Makes it easier to find for my reference.
2) I'm assuming that you have a strength mutagen prepped, but can't see that stated anywhere.
1)Done.
2)That's right. Unless I say otherwise, my default mutagen is a strength booster :-)

Hey Meowzebub- which temple are you affiliated with? and I sure hope you ain't related to this NOOR.

DM - Voice of the Voiceless |

Bazil - have had a quick check and comments are:
1) HP needs to be increased to max for 2nd level
2) The Constitution score in the Core stats spoiler doesn't match that in the short profile. Both should be 14?
3) For the skills - could you at a minimum indicate where your skill ranks are spent. Even a simple "Acrobatics: 2/+8" would be fine.

Right on. Just a head up, I've got my family coming to visit me here in China at the end of next week. Posting once a day during that time still shouldn't be a problem, but on the last 3 days of their trip (23rd-26th) we're going to Beijing, and there's a solid shot I'll be absent those 3 days. By all means, feel free to puppet Bazil during this time. I'll be entirely back by the evening (Chinese evening) of the 26th.

Bazil - "Mo man tai" or "Mei wenti" on the forecast absence.
Just a couple of other points:
1) For XP - no need to track it, I'm planning to be a bit more free-form and give you a level bump as and when earned.
2) For placement / position - I'm also planning to be free-form here. IE if you think you can get into a flanking position based on the qualitative description I give, then you can. Distances will be fairly malleable as well.

Noor El'Harkon |

OK, I got Noor's basic profile up and I will soon annotate the feats and traits. Spent some time debating the build and read some optimization threads for Dragon Disciple, and in the end decided to ignore most of them and stick with my original concept. Not one recommendation for a ranger/Brass Dragon mix. Therefore I know I am doing something right. :-)
With the name, I was thinking more Queen Noor, not a bloody Gnoll. She will eventually find the shrine is to Apsu.
I have weapons and armor in the profile but not the gear yet, it will just be basic stuff, don't have money for anything else.

Jaru - heh I picked it because it looked cool. I reserve the right to change it up in the future.
Select whichever domain you like :) I'll be wrapping most of the campaign around your strengths and weaknesses anyway, so hopefully everyone gets their chance to catch both the sunshine and moonlight.

Mr Toth - seeing that you've posted in the IC thread I thought I'd cast my eye over your sheet for completeness. Only thing I'd prefer is for the spells prepped to move up to the top so it's easy for me to find what you've still got in the quiver.
Tarik - feel free to weigh in on the IC thread even if your char isn't 100%. I've a feeling there will be a bit of exposition to start this off, so we'll have plenty of time to iron out the creases.

Thought this would be of interest to participants.

Also teaching English.

Rather than clutter up the IC thread, can I get opinions on the following:
General Marching Order:
Bas'rac will be leading the pack camels on foot with them nose to tail in a line.
Up to you guys where you want to position yourselves around that.
Watch arrangement:
Bas'rac will take 'last' watch.
You can split up into two or three watches - doesn't overly bother me and I'm not going to be too anal-retentive about recovering spell slots, etc.
FYI - when it comes to any dungeon / tomb delve, Bas'rac is likely going to stay outside taking care of the camels. He is along to provide plot exposition and oversight - but you guys get to be the heroes :)

Bazil Stormdasher |

Bazil will ride in front of the line unless someone objects. He likes to be close to the action, but won't insist on being at the vanguard of the party if someone else wants the position.
He'll also volunteer for first watch. He doesn't want to have to wake up halfway through the night.

Setesh Bantling |

Setesh will travel next in line behind Bazil.
In terms of watches, since the other three party members are all human, and therefore do not see too well at night, Setesh will volunteer to take the middle watch, although he will be grumpy about it ;-)
Assuming three watches, that means each of the 'humans' needs to assign themselves to one of the three watches (as each already has one person on duty already).

DM - Voice of the Voiceless |

For watches that gives us:
1st - Noor and Bazil
2nd - Jaru and Setesh
3rd - Tarik and Bas'rac
And on the March:
Bazil and Setesh toward the front
Bas'rac and Jaru in the middle
Noor toward the back
Tarik TBC
@Jaru - that's roughly the sort of times I would expect for watches. But as stated earlier I'm not going to be too specific for timing, etc.

Noor El'Harkon |

Sorry bout that Noor. Wanted to get it in before bed as I have a full day of training tomorrow. If you want a short time-out for RP I'm cool with that
Its fine. Its one of the hangups of playing with people from around the world. But then again, I think its great that I am playing with people from around the world, so it is an acceptable trade off.
But I like the idea of sort of out of time camp RP. The action can keep moving forward, but it gives us a chance to flesh out the personalities a little more.
Like Already:
Setesh: Noor is more than repulsed with Setesh..this will come out at some point down the trail..no offense Setesh :p..I look forward to the RP..mostly because as an eventual dragon disiple she will undergo a similar change
Jaru: Noor sees him as an authority figure. And that is important to her as her life has been set adrift of late.
Tarik: Because Tarik is so out of his element, Noor sees him like a little brother that needs minding
Bazil: Noor thinks he is way too reckless and full of himself. So far he has been effective, but she awaits the day he bites off too much, with perhaps a little bit of a devilish grin on her face.
So those are Noor's growing impressions as we cross the desert together. And possible areas of future RP interaction. I am almost afraid to hear what everyone thinks of Noor, but if I have played her true enough, I already know :p. Definitely having fun with this bunch.
