A couple things, if folks don't mind.

Irina would like to pocket one of the lightsabers and give the other to Thel. He wanted to take a look at one and Irina is...well...trying to figure out her place in the universe so there is a luring appeal to the weapon.

For most of the other stuff I think it makes sense (To Irina) to build a bit of a cache of "extra stuff". If we are going to be the intergalactic Scooby Gang, it makes sense to her to have an extra blaster rifle to throw at an npc or a stormtrooper armor set to put on someone who might try to infiltrate or trade to someone who doesn't like credits. I can keep of this stuff on my sheet? What do folks think?

Mhmm I took his comment to mean that he knew about -us- specifically but perhaps I am just paranoid.

To the other point about the saber Irina believes (realistically or not) that she can manage a conversation around that. She knows the Masters know that she might have a more complex relationship with the Force and she would sell Thel having it as him not convincing a padawan or other lower tier jedi to cough up a lightsaber. Thel was pretty clear with Skywalker he wanted to look at one, in Irina's mind the Master will jump at letting Thel "ruin someone else's" weapon (not that he would, but that someone might be nervous about such a thing). I see a big sister vibe kicking in with Thel, lol.

I've no problem with that. I wrote Temil taking the lightsabers because they're, well, lightsabers. Thus their existance might be of interest to the Jedi Masters, but I was planning on him giving one to Thel anyway. The padawans don't have their own lightsabers, since we can't build our own just yet, so the connection is the same.

Also, before the Reborn being cut down in a very uncivilised manner by blasters, I kind of considered disarming one of them and then beating him with his own weapon.

And the ship does look rather interesting.

Works for me. Joran might grab the pistol and go give it to Thel, even if he doesn't really know how to use it. Something is better than nothing. Maybe a second grenade if there's any left. The rest can go in the Mystery Machine.

It's also nice to see Joran making a strong impression early on lol.

Also, I was thinking it would be cool to have a black protocol droid (to support my diplomatic mission), but of course the droid is actually a battle droid. Of course, because I can't have an original idea, this already exists in 0-0-0. But I still like the idea. I can't afford the battle parts of the droid, but I can afford the protocol part. What if we just added the battle parts storywise later, saying they are hidden for the moment. This would be a character secret, but I don't like having secrets from other players. That's why I'm airing this in discussion rather than in PM. This is just an idea. Let me know what you think. If that isn't appealing, I'll spend credits on a flight suit and electrobinoculars and keep 1000.


Having a droid to upgrade later is fine with me, Ean.

Don't think it's annoying at all, really. I myself am looking forward to some good RP with Thel about dealing with what we've all just gone through as that's some pretty heavy stuff for a teenager.

You're just fine. Joran's personality and upbringing were different, but he did end up going through quite a lot at around the same age. It provides some good RP opportunities.
