I believe, we should each take one. Or, I could try to get several burning, but that may alert others, and would likely end with their deaths... slow roasted deaths to be precise. Tiberius whispers to the others.
Chaq Caex
Chaq stands ready to move in though rather than sword to mouth it will be the heavy head of his mace raised in a non subtle manner. Given his muscled frame he doubted anyone viewing the sight would try to overpower him.
"Whispers"
Whispers nods to Tiberious point. He pantomimes hand over his mouth dagger to his throat. He then points everyone to a sleeper. Whispers whispers "At the same time."
Stealth: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (12) + 7 = 19
Stealth: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (10) + 7 = 17
Whispers moves into the room to the furthest sleeper. Dagger ready and his empty hand waiting to put it over the mouth of the sleeper. He waits for everyone to get into position.
Chaq Caex
Stealth 1: 1d20 + 1d6 ⇒ (15) + (1) = 16
Stealth 1: 1d20 + 1d6 ⇒ (15) + (2) = 17
Chaq moves forward with surprisingly little sound one hand ready to put over the mouth of one of the sleepers and his mace raised so it will be very visible to the person when roused.

stealth: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (6) + 2 = 8
perception: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (5) + 2 = 7
Oh comon.
Tiberius takes the one or two not being covered by the group, attempting to keep at least two of the guards within 15ft of him.
"Whispers"
Whispers looks to make sure everyone is in position. Once it appears everyone is in position he holds up 3 fingrers, then 2, then 1 when he drops the 1 he moves with it dropping his hand over the man's mouth and rests the dagger on the man's chin, "Yell and you are dead. Cooperate and live." He looks up to see how everyone else made out.
Tiberius Vorrack Kerrhylon
On the drop of Whispers hand, Tiberius releases the magic he had been holding in the palm of his hand, covering two of the sleeping guards in fire and hopefully lighting their resting places on fire as well. burning hands: 3d6 ⇒ (3, 3, 6) = 12 he hears whispers speak and takes a moment to look back.
Oh, oh dear, I believe I misunderstood your intentions in regards to our current course of action my friend.
"Whispers"
Is that all the sleepers? Assuming it is or assuming the plan worked likewise with one of the NPC's with us.
Whispers directs his quarry up and to the wall. Keeping the blade close. "Face the wall." He binds the guy hands behind him. He checks the guy for weapons."[/b]
Perception: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (15) + 5 = 20
Once he is satisfied the man has no weapons on him he directs him to sit. "Don't move. You and your few friends left depend on it."
Whispers helps the others deal with their charges similarly, sitting them on the wall in separate places.
"Whispers"
Cool. So to be clear they are now sitting against the wall away from their weapons and armor. Cause that would be really dumb.
Whispers squats looking at the men sitting bound on the wall. "Alright. I need to know how many more Trebleguards are hanging around, where Kanos is and what's behind the secret door. One at at time and quiet. Or else the Dragonborn cooks the rest of his dinner."
Tiberius Vorrack Kerrhylon
What weapon did they have?
Quite right, I say, apologies for your friends misfortune, I suggest you listen to what the fine gentleman says. He is exceptionally more adept at hostage taking than I. He nods towards the burnt bodies of the two. A minor look of regret flashes across his face, or maybe it was a bit of gas. It is gone as quick as it came.
"Whispers"
Is that a name a town guard would know. Either from a criminal to catch or a criminal to avoid catching in this corrupt city.
"Is Zaddicus nearby or is this just the place where your recent prisoner was taken? If Kanos is still here."
"Whispers"
Just to verify. Isn't Kanos the name of the master of the house who we are trying to rescue? I thought that was the family name. I went to look back the other day and now I am concerned I spelled it wrong or something. If its in character that he doesn't know cool but I don't want to derail the entire team because I fat fingered a name or took note of the wrong NPC.
"Whispers"
[ooc]Great just wanted to confirm it was the NPC's lack of knowledge rather than my screwing up out of character.[/occ]
"Kanos . . . recent prisoner. Is the secret door the only place prisoners go?"
Insight Is this guy honest?: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (6) + 3 = 9
"Whispers"
"Whispers looks back at the others. They were sleeping through it or lying who knows. Maybe just out of the loop." Whispers glances back at the prisoners, "Probably just stooges that the bosses don't respect or care to keep in the know." He pauses to let that sink into the prisoners. He then gags them as he had before.
He looks about the room for any last bits of treasure or interest before going to the secret door.
Perception Listing for signs of life on the other side: 1d20 + 5d1d20 + 5 ⇒ (6) + (5, 13, 18, 8, 13) + 5 = 68
Whispers nods to the others, "Ready." He puts his dagger away and draws his shortbow. He opens the secret door and looks in arrow up.
Poluti
Honestly, he was just bored by now. After being captured right outside town, Poluti spent all his time just...sitting there. No cruel tortures, no inane questions. Just...nothing. For a week! Really, one would think a gang would do something with a prisoner! Well, complete boredom was a torture of a sort.
Then, sounds of fighting! Finally, something! Then nothing again. Then more sounds! Then it got quiet again, with only soft murmurs reaching his altered ears. Then more noise as the door to his prison room opened! Quickly getting up, he backed up against the wall with his hands up. A deep, guttural growl of a voice came out as he said, "Well, this is new. Are you an ally? Or will the Goddess be sent another soul into the River?"
Tiberius Vorrack Kerrhylon
Tiberius looks slightly insulted. Preposterous I certainly noticed. Its one of the reasons that I find it curious these ruffians captured you, instead of just killing you. Or are you here for another reason? Hired muscle with an attitude? Honestly I am quite impressed you can speak common so fluently. I mean no offense of course, Indeed, quite the contrary. I find it astonishing.
Poluti
Gotta love those negative Cha mods!
"Oh, by the Goddess, you're one of them smart guys, ain't ya?" Poluti said with a sneer. "Well, guessin' that you'll be more fun, and a lot more useful, than these buggers have been. Don't even know how to torture correctly! Pathetic!" Spitting to the side, he glanced behind the dragon man to the others. "For the record, I ain't one of them, though I think they wanted me to join. Look, here's the skivvy, get me outta here, and I'll help you lot out. Deal?"
"Whispers"
Whispers nods, he looks over the restrains and lets the bug bear out.
Unlock crap: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (18) + 5 = 23
"I'm Whispers your torturers left some armor and weapons in the next room. Any chance you know if your captors mentioned the name Kanos. He is another prisoner."
Poluti
As the manacles fell off his large wrists, Poluti stood to his full height. Giving the first full stretch in a long time, he looked over the motley collection around him and said, "Kanos? Nah, don't think I heard anything about someone like that. Honestly, haven't heard much of anything about nothing sknce they tossed my hairy backside in here. But, since you was kind enough to let me out, don't be seeing why I can't be helping you fine folks find this guy." Stepping outside the room, he quickly rummaged through the equipment as was genuinely surprised when he found his own armor tossed haphazardly to the side. Quickly stripping off the rags they put him in, he strapped on his armor and hooked a small crossbow to his waist before hefting a battleaxe over his shoulder. "Well, let's go find this this guy what needs some help."
