Um. The elemental does its best to avoid the swarm? ^^;

HP 134/134; AC 25/14/24 Init+1, Perc+12; F+14,R+7,W+13

Im a dumbass and forgot I have See Invisibility as a known spell. Sheesh.

Zarina casts a spell enhancing her vision, allowing her to detect invisibility, and follow her foe.

Heehee, I was wondering when you were going to cast that, Zarina.

The elemental flies into the swarm of angry wasps, flailing wildly to hopefully strike Tsavati. It cannot find her, but the wasps are outraged by this new addition, and sting it as mercilessly as they stung the nagaji. Your elemental takes 2d6 ⇒ (6, 6) = 12 points of damage.

Zarina casts her spell, and quickly sees why the air elemental missed - Tsavati is no longer within the swarm. Instead, she has fled to the canopy. She is forty feet above the floor, and now about forty feet from the group.

Tsavati's Spellcraft: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (4) + 11 = 15

Aaaand she fails another roll to figure out what you guys are casting. Zarina, you've still got a move action - your fly speed would be good enough to actually get to her if you'd like.

HP 134/134; AC 25/14/24 Init+1, Perc+12; F+14,R+7,W+13

Zarina flies 10' in the opposite direction, hoping her opponent doesn't know she's pinpointed her.

Indeed, Tsavati seems to have ignored Zarina for the moment, instead focusing her attention upon Zakarras. She begins to chant, and Zak snaps off a shot in her direction, but it flies wide of the mark. She intones some words that echo in the archer's mind, and he reels as his mind is suddenly under assault. He struggles to keep control of his will, but Tsavati's words echo in his mind. Hear me and obey. Hear me and obey. Hear me and obey.

Spellcraft DC 22, 20 for Zarina:

You recognize her words (and, for Zarina, gesticulations) to be a dominate person spell.

Zarina:

After casting the spell, Zarina flits around the battlefield, positioning herself directly above Poog, still 40' from the forest floor.

Zak, read this if you fail a DC 19 Will save:

Tsavati has subsumed your will. Her word is law. Obey her in all things.

Your turns!

HP 134/134; AC 25/14/24 Init+1, Perc+12; F+14,R+7,W+13

Spellcraft 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (2) + 5 = 7

Zarina intones the words to a familiar spell and fires a sphere of fire toward the-visible-to-her spellcaster. After thee fire engulfs her, Zarina follows up the spell by moving directly to engage her. "I have you now, sister. Surrender, or things will get bloody!

Cst Fireball. Last third level spell of the day.

Damage 9d6 ⇒ (3, 3, 4, 4, 2, 1, 1, 1, 4) = 23

Reflex dc 17 for half.

Reflex: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (12) + 11 = 23

Tsavati whips around in time to see the ball of flame heading towards her. She dives for cover behind some of the shoots, and some of the dried leaves catch flame. She hisses in pain, but avoids the worst of the blast. "Your magics are weak, sister by scales! You will soon see what could have been if you followed in your draconic parent's footsteps!"

Female Human (Vudrani) monk of the four winds 4 / paladin 8

Is she visible to everyone again? Not sure if it was invisibility or greater invisibility...

She is not, which should clear that bit of confusion right up.

Male Goblin Witch 12 HP 88/76, AC 21, touch 18, flat-footed 18, Fort +10, Ref +11, Will +12,

Easily realizing what the woman cast and still unable to see her, Poog gets ready to cast a spell should Zakarras prove weak-willed.

Ready action to cast break enchantment if Zakarras takes action against any of the party members.

Not that it matters in this case, but you don't get the +2 to save versus dominate person until you get a command to take actions contrary to your nature. Don't worry, that's coming!

Male Human Ninja 6 / Conjurer 6; Init. +6; Perception +11; AC 27/19 (+4 Dex., +1 Dodge feat, +2 natural armour, +2 Cat's Grace, +4 armour, +4 deflection); hp 71/94; Fort +9, Ref +12, Will +10

Spellcraft 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (18) + 10 = 28.

Simon curses under his breath when he recognizes the spell cast upon Zakarras, mutters a spell of his own - and fades back into sight, his cane brandished like a weapon.

"Scaly harlot!" he roars. "Coward! Filth! Show your snake-spawned self and try to fight instead of cowering and hiding! Vermin-eater!"

At the same time, the air elemental makes a beeline for the area Zarina just fried, still in whirlwind-form.

Simon casts Protection from arrows on himself and uses Bluff 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (16) + 9 = 25 to hopefully attract Tsavati's anger to himself -- and thus, Zakarras' next attack.

Female Human (Vudrani) monk of the four winds 4 / paladin 8

You know, I just realized - I don't have cat's grace prepped today, so I took an illegal action last time. Oh well, it would have been a readied attack should she become visible, which she didn't, so it doesn't really matter. Do I have enough information currently to pinpoint a square that Tsavati is in, or do I need to roll Perception to try to ID the spot from her shouting?

She hasn't actually physically attacked Tsavati, so you probably don't know exactly where she is, but the fireball narrows it down. Go ahead and roll Perception DC 20.

Female Human (Vudrani) monk of the four winds 4 / paladin 8

Perception check: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (8) + 7 = 15

Asha listens hard for where the bodiless voice might be coming from, but cannot determine the spot well enough to judge. Murmuring a prayer, she waits for a sign for what to do next.

As Asha strains to either catch a glimpse of movement to betray Tsavati's position, she hears a shout. "You may favor the flame, but my mother was the oncoming storm!" Zarina sees her float a short distance away, and cast a spell. Say, five feet. The air begins to crackle and the scent of ozone dominates as a bolt of lightning blasts from her hands at the other dragon-blooded woman.

Spellcraft DC 18:

Really? You needed that to know that's a lightning bolt? :-P

Zarina takes electric damage, Reflex DC 18 for half: 10d6 + 10 ⇒ (6, 1, 2, 1, 4, 1, 3, 2, 5, 1) + 10 = 36

Before the thunder has time to clap, Zarina sees Tsavati throw her hand forwards as a series of green force bolts fly towards her, slamming into her.

Spellcraft DC 20:

OK, that's a magic missile, but cast incredibly fast. She's good.

Zarina takes force damage, no save: 5d4 + 5 ⇒ (1, 4, 4, 2, 4) + 5 = 20

"Warrior Zakarras!", she calls out to the archer below. "Strike her down!" Zak begins to raise his bow, and his brow furrows. From within, he struggles to regain control over his mind, but Tsavati's will is strong.

Zak, make another Will save at +2 or shoot Zarina. Assuming Poog doesn't succeed on his break enchantment, of course.

Your go!

Female Human (Vudrani) monk of the four winds 4 / paladin 8

Now that she has a target (since I assume I know where those spells originated), Asha hurls her shuriken toward the sorceress, hoping luck or providence will guide the weapons.

Spoiler:
I know, but Zarina is now in blood lust. She barely even noticed the arrow from Zak. Of course that could come back to be bad next round, though, lol.

Whoops, forgot to adjudicate the taunt! I figure it would work like Intimidate, so the DC would be equal to 10 + her HD + her Wis mod. You do beat that, so, yes, she does order Zak to attack you instead. Dominate person allows her to order Zak to perform as she desires to the limits of his ability, so he'd get the full round attack on Simon.

As soon as the lightning leaves Tsavati's fingers, Asha spins and throws a trio of shuriken towards that area. Two whiz by harmlessly, but a third catches the woman in the thigh, causing a hiss of pain. Zarina charges at the woman, tearing into her with her claws. They scrape uselessly against Tsavati's force field, and she snorts smugly at the other woman's ferocious attack. "Your blood is polluted by your ancestor's fury, sister. You have no chance to recover the bracelet. Victory shall be mine this day!"

Poog casts a spell, and immediately he sees Tsavati in battle with Zarina 40' directly above his head.

Tsavati coughs a few moments, but seems otherwise unaffected by Poog's curse. "Your weirding way is no match for me, you prancing little fool!" She calmly floats away from the furious woman before her, and both Poog and Zarina see her withdraw a skull from her pack. Wider than it is tall, Zarina is close enough to see it bearing a strong resemblance to Poog's head, and runes have been carved into the polished bone. From deep within its eye sockets burns a tiny ember. Tsavati calls down from above. "Since your people love fire so much, you might actually like this! Take this!"
