Speaking of videogames, DA:Inquisition is epic, awesome surely the best in the first trilogy......and it has much more to do than i heard in earlier stages.
I'm at about 25 hours play and still in the first location, tons of subquests and very long main quest, loving it.

Has someone looked into the new occult themed classes ? I just read the names, hadn't the time to extensively read them. They all look like cleric/druid/sorcerer variants.
Yes I have. On the surface they look like not much new plus complex, but I am starting to really like them. (some really neat class abilities)

Well folks... I think we might be just about done here.
I have a couple options for those who still have time in their schedules, but we can't continue like this. I know my lulls in the past have caused some disengagement as well as slowdowns due to my reluctance to DMPC - sorry for that.
For those still around and attached to your character, I'd be willing to start a new thread of adventure after the island. This would be pirate/privateer 3rd party content rather than Serpent's Skull (faster pace, and shorter... and more in my wheelhouse).
Otherwise be sure to say "hey it's me" should you ever have interest in games yet to come. I'll say "hey you!" and save you a seat.
I'm going to give a day or two for this to be read, then write a wrap up in gameplay before I click inactive.
Thank you all for the vibrant characters you have brought to the Shiv. I've smiled, laughed, and cheered many times thanks to you.

Thanks for confronting this BG. I've had to shut down a couple of my own games under similar circumstances and it's never fun.
I'd be on board for something else if you think we can maintain some kind of decent tempo. I'd be happy to play with you again. =)

I'm not sure what it says that I hadn't even realized it had been over a week since the last time someone posted in the gameplay thread. Maybe that I've gotten used to very long lulls in other games, I dunno. I'm not particularly attached to Syn here, and have a list of RL commitments that just keeps growing, so I will probably take the opportunity to step out once the Shiv segment is wrapped up.

Up to you, but I will start a new thread and recruit fresh legs if needed.
I had read Book 2 and thought it was pretty decent, but just recently read through Book 3... and I really don't care for it.
Therefore, we will start with the port where most NPCs and retiring PCs will be dropped off (Eleder in Sargava). From there we will run through a short adventure (by Legendary Games), and a mid-sized adventure (by Raging Swan) which I've selected.

Is everyone coming along committed to not repeating the past?
I hate seeing a great game lose momentum due to poor communication.
| DM Bloodgargler |
The adventure will start after leaving the port of Eleder. Feel free to sell and buy before we begin. I will go through the loot, and determine who much gold you will have. You will have more than what is listed on the character by wealth table (which is 10,500), but for now you may assume that much for yourself.

BG on second thought I think I'm going to bow out after all.
I really do appreciate your DMing and look forward to hopefully gaming with you again in the future. =)
When you have a moment can you remove me as an active player and mark my aliases as inactive?

A least a tank and a dedicated healer i think.
If we are still going to play a pirate/sea adventure maybe a rogue or similar won't be needed that bad, but probably it can substitute a tank, since there is enough tanking in the party anyway (me and gorba if Garborn is staying)

Hey guys.
I had a case of family illness in the end of last year and together with work made me take a forced break from my pbps. Now that things are getting back to normal in my personal life I am slowly coming back to the paizo boards. Still I need to cut back alot on the amount of stuff I used to be part here on the site so I will be retiring Mugambi for good.
But I wanted to thank you guys all for the great game, I had a lot of fun in our island adventure. Wish you guys luck in your next journey.
My regards.
Merck

I just wanted to tell you all...thank you from the bottom of my heart.I'm honored to have shared this virtual tabetop with you all and been a part of this part and grand adventure. To those who are departibg for distant horizons,I bid you all farewell and to remember: we're a fellowship of gamers and warriors who fight to find grit and glory wherever we may tread.
Last, but nowhere near least, our esteemed DM Bllodgargler: I thank you most of all for sheparding me into the world of Pathfinder on my first, and definitely not last, foray into play-by-post.Thanks.

I'm OK with the Dwarven Thunderhammer if you adjust the critical, and nudge up the weight.
Instead of 19-20 x2, make it 20 x3 ... and misfire on 1 with a loaded hammer. Though a misfire will grant the broken condition to the powder-powered explosive, you may strike with the unloaded hammer without penalty or risk of further damage.
You may use Quick Clear deed to remove the broken condition caused by a misfire.
One-handed thunderhammer 1d8 bludgeoning + 1d4 fire, crit:20 x3, weight: 6 lbs. cost 1100
Two-handed thunderhammer 1d12 bludgeoning + 1d6 fire, crit:20 x3, weight: 10 lbs. cost: 1500
Dwarven thunderball ammo is fine as is (100gp and 1/2 pound each, +2d6 fire damage added to normal firearm damage)

Yay! Ditching that heavy pick and that war razor. Those things only sounded cool but sucked damage output wise.
Oh,and I spent most of my night combing through our wonderful gameplay to review some loot that we picked up but didn't nessecarily divy up that were useful, wondering if incould bring them over to the next game.
That skin tight brindle fur bodysuit...something about squeezing and escape aetist checks, benefical bandoleer, bag of holding type 2,deadman's headband, magnesist's gloves, ring of resistance, and...that gross Ratcleft mask, which i just realized one of us could have used that entire time we were down there fighting undead.
There was a living steel something but i forgot exactlty what. Guess it was among the loot sold since it probably would've counted as a exotic weapon of some sort.
I just gotta update my page, new equipment, and whatnot.Should be in order by tommorow night.Anything you need me to include, just let me know!

Opportunity here to ask First Mate Boabdil any questions about Eleder.
You've had 2 weeks onboard to craft. You will have another month in Eleder before the first encounter. Whatever gear you are able to craft in 5 weeks, you may spend crafting cost.
Gatherine - that all went toward your current wealth of 12,000gp worth of gold and gear. If there is anything you wish to keep and are unsure of its worth, let me know. No big hurry on the update. We won't leave Eleder until a few days after recruitment is over.
