Core huh? Apollyanna has finals this week (Confirmation), Gwen and Hera are shopping in the God's Market, and Faeria is currently in service to lore--whatever that means.... Oddly, Bullwhip is free (dwarf fighter 3), so is Colleen (human fighter 1, with one adventure), Creat (human rogue 1, also one adventure) will be in a day or two. I could go completely new, maybe that big cleric, or I have a fresh ranger or druid if we're going to be outside a whole lot.

I'll have it figured out when more folks show up.

Good news! We're almost at the end of the scenario. Once you deal with this disease, we are all done. Durin's report fulfills the secondary condition.

  • Locate Amenira’s remains, and either determine her cause of her death or return her remains to the Pathfinder Society.
  • Provide the venture-captain with a thorough summary of the beliefs of the cult of Robori, including the information from the description that either the sheriff or a townsperson when asked about the religion and one other fact, such as the fact that the tree in the center of town calls itself Robori, or a description of a prayer ceremony.
  • Tell the venture-captain that the Verdant Spark is connected to the flourishing plants in Mercy and the force that protected Mercy from the mana storm.
  • Explain to the venture-captain that the children of Mercy are undergoing a transformation of some kind, and bring him back something he can use to investigate further, such as sketch of the condition, a sample of ointment, or a patch of the plantlike skin (a sample from the disease that the PCs may catch at the end of the scenario counts).
  • Deliver the soulbound doll Nira to the Pathfinder Society in Katapesh.

    @Prisim, removing the seed is possible but it triggers another encounter as the cave defends itself. I could rewind it to that fight but eeeeeehhhh, I'm lazy.

    Thanks for running this. I liked the change of pace being more of a social interation and investigation than a set of linked fights (although it did have a couple, they made sense to the plot).

    Thanks for recommending this scenario. The Town of Mercy was a nice change of pace for more investigation, rather than a handful of fights with some dungeoneering in the way.

    The conclusion is also very valuable. There was a lot of discussion on what to do with the seed, which is a lot more fun than "punch the BBEG in the face, grab the artifact."
