I think Algar can reach her charging. She's ten feet up, and he stands six feet tall. With five foot reach, he can hopefully pull it off. Shame he lacks cold iron....
Algar
Shaking from the effect of some magic, Algar growls but then again raises his axe again and charges towards new enemy, which appeared far in front of him.
If I am unable to reach him or even to charge, I will instead attack the Goblin monster to get it down, so we all can focus against the quasit creature

Both Naomi and Darst continue their attack on the goblin monster. While they both hit neither manages to do a really critical wound that would bring it down.
Shaking from the effect of some magic, Algar growls but then again raises his axe again and charges towards new enemy, which appeared far in front of him. In so doing, he takes his attention away from the goblin monster who slashes at him as he moves towars its apparent master. The goblin's sword slices deep into Algar's side but the half-orc uses his savage fury to ignore the pain for now (11 points of damage from the AoO). Algar's own wild swing misses the quasit. The little demon is both very small and agile and she simply darts out of the axe's way.
Izbahn must succeed a DC 11 constitution check to become stable (or a DC 10 check with a -1 penalty ... whatever fit your fancy). If he fails, he loses another point.
Venmirl still hasn't acted for this round.

Venmirl grabs his totem and summons healing energies into Izbahn's body. The worse of his leg wound heals, he stirs and regains consciousness.
Round 6
The fiendish hyena seems to laugh at Izbahn's misfortune before going after Venmirl. Its jaws snaps only air as Venmirl manages to jump back, having just finished his healing spell.
The black snake once again tries to bite quick Darst but it only manages to sink its fangs into the goblin's loose clothing, missing his flesh.
For his part, Koruvus once again swings his multitude of weapons. His axe swing is wild but his sword catches Naomi in the guts (8 points of damage). Koruvus also uses his dagger to fend off Darst. He fails to stab the smaller goblin.
The quasit yells at her attackers. "Foolisssh morrrtalssss!! You darrre invade my domainsss again ... You will diesss and burrrnsss in the Abyssssss for all eterrrnity!" Her threat done, she once again disappears from view, probably with the use of her innate magic.
Darst takes advantage of the fact that Koruvus is distracted by Naomi. His sharp razor slashes a key leg muscle, causing the goblin monster to fall down on his knees. Darst seals the deal by opening the deformed goblin's throat. Koruvus emits a disgusting gurgle before falling down for good.
All except Darst can act again.
Venmirl is at 13/21 hp and his morningstar has magic weapon.
Izbahn is at 8/14 and is prone (he still has mage armor too).

Naomi casts a spell to ward off evil before joining Venmirl and Izbahn in their fight against the summoned hyena. Sadly, neither are having much luck with their attacks. Venmirl misses and Izbahn only manages to distract the hyena.
As for Algar, he puts his weapon aside and gets ready to grab the little demon, should she reappear.
Round 7 - Everybody was Judo fighting!
The hyena, perhaps annoyed by Izbahn distractions, turns its agresssion back toward the wizard. Being on the ground, there is little Izbahn can do to defend himself beside shield his face and hope his magical armor will protect him. Unfortunately, the hyena's sharp canines once again overcomes his spell and the wizard is bitten on his forearm (4 points of damage).
The black snake once again recoils to snap at Darst but to no avail: the goblin jumps out of the way.
The quasit suddenly reappear right by Algar as she touches him. The half-orc's heart skips a beat as he feels his life is being sucked out of him by some dark energy (12 point of damage, DC 15 will save to reduce this to 6). Algar almost passes out from this attack but, despite the pain, the fatigue and the magic fear afflicting him, he still manages to grab the tiny demon and hold her in place for the moment.
Finally, Venmirl, Naomi and Izbahn can see that the creature downed by Algar in the side corridor is slowly stirring to life. The wound inflicted by the half-orc would surely have been mortal to a normal being but the heroes have seen these creatures heal extremely quickly in the past.
Everyone can act again.

Two things (which are actually in your favor). First, the -2 penalty to attacks and maneuvers (-1 in your case) doesn't apply to check made to grapple or escape a grapple. Second, since you already established the grapple during readied action, you can move, damage or pin her as part of your grapple check to maintain the hold (check the PRD).

Its seems to Venmirl that Darst is having more luck against the hyena than he has had, so he goes over to the quasit that is pinned by Algar. That's kind of a sad crit :). Where are you going to flank the hyena, D7? If so you need to make an acrobatics check or take a AoO. Edit: also, from your post I'm guessing you're taking the AoO from the snake. If you want to avoid that too with Acrobatics, the DC of the check (their CMD) gains a +2.
Darst
Acrobatics, then: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (12) + 10 = 22
EDIT: Okay, so a +2 for that, a +5 for moving through a square, and a +10 for full speed.
I would like to take this back, if it's not too late. I didn't realise how far I was, and thought Naomi was on the other side.
Instead, Darst will go and coup de grace the sinspawn, with those rolls. But can I save the crit? ;)

Naomi's small mace solidly hits the hyena's back leg. It yaps in pain but doesn't seem hurt too badly. Being prone doesn't prevent you from threatening, so ya Izbahn and Naomi flank the hyena.
Meanwhile, further down the corridor, Algar improves his hold on the small demon, pinning her wing flat on her body with his big hands. Like the man said, pinned characters are flat-footed.
Darst repositions himself to further surround the hyena. Darst moves too fast to be attacked by the snake. While the fiendish animal tries to bite the goblin as he goes around Naomi, Darst manages to avoid that too. He then tries to reply to this attack by stabbing his enemy through its red eyes. His attack isn't precise enough however and it only leaves the hyena with a slash on it muzzle. I can't really let you change your action with all those rolls done. Also you don't get that +5. I rule that you can 'freely' (they still get an AoO) overrun tiny or smaller creature. Otherwise its silly: they can freely enter your square but they prevent you from leaving it ... You can also freely pass through friendly squares (Naomi in this case). And in any case, you can't coup de grâce the sinspawn. It's even farther then the hyena and it's disabled this round and no longer helpless. Anyway, enough ooc text.
Unlike his goblin ally, Venmirl abandons the hyena fight to move next to Algar. He retrieves the holy water flask given to them by father Zanthus, grabs the small demon's head and forces most of the clear liquid down her gullet! The quasit squirms in Algar's hand and cries out in agony. Venmirl would have provoke an AoO here but the hyena already used it on Darst. I say this is some sort of special combat maneuver and/or grapple (and 15 + your CMB is enough to succeed). You can roll 3d4 damage instead of the usual 2d4 for holy water.
Izbahn can still act.
Edit: Ninjaed!
Reptilian GM
Izbahn swings his club at the hyena but, being prone, he can't get sufficient leverage to deliver a good hit.
Round 8
The black snake follows Venmirl, hissing as it approaches the shoanti. Almost by reflex, Venmirl slashes at it with his klar blade before it can get close enough to bite him (I'm assuming you had to drop or put away your morningstar to do the holy water trick). Klar AoO: 1d20 + 4 + 1 ⇒ (6) + 4 + 1 = 11, damage: 1d6 + 3 ⇒ (4) + 3 = 7. The quick snake slithers under the blow however and bites the inquisitor's leg. Venmirl is unharmed since the small fangs didn't penetrate his thick hide leggings.
Annoyed by her attack, the hyena turn on Naomi. Sadly, even her ward against evil isn't enough to stop its fiendish savagery. It jumps at her, biting dangerously close to her neck. The strawberry-blonde priestess falls down under the weight of the animal, bleeding heavily. Wow, that hyena likes rolling 15+. 9 more points of damage, Naomi is dying.
The small demon try to escape Algar's grip but the half-orc's grip is firm. "Rrrreleassse me morrrtal! Rrrreleassse me or you will sufferrr the pain of a thousssand deathsss! I, the grrreat Errrylium, will not be defeated by the likess of you!"
The long-limbed humanoid stands up, its jaw is slightly crooked and not completely healed but it seems able to function again. Its eyes full of malice, the creature moves close to Izbahn and Naomi.

With an orc (well...half-orc) pinning down his enemy and a goblin reminding him of the oil Father Zanthus gave him, Venmirl has to shake his head before moving to action. A month ago, he would never had imagined himself in such a circumstance with such allies!
He quickly applies the oil to his morningstar and steps up to give the creature some of his "love". Sorry, in my tabletop game we call attacking "giving some love"...
Man, I am so due for a big hit!

Venmirl takes a step sideways to avoid the snake for a moment. He concentrate and cast a simple tribal spell of recovery. It hard to see but Naomi's condition is immediately stabilized. I made Venmirl take a 5-foot step here, so he avoided an AoO from the snake.
Algar twist and crushes the small demon in his hands. Yet, despite all his words and fury, she seems almost unaffected. I'm sorry but I think you only get 1d6 for your unarmed damage when you're raging. So, while the grapple was successful, no damage got pass her DR.
The hyena abandons his current prey to snarl at Izbahn. This changes when Darst step before Naomi, slashing the fiendish animal with his sharp war-razor. The hyena growls at the small goblin and turns to snap at the little annoying bugger (Round 9 begins here). Ready for this counterattack, Darst rolls under its jaws and avoids any harm. This seems to just anger the diabolical hyena even more but there nothing it will be able to do about it. Indeed, the magical energies holding it to this plane of existence are spent and, in a flash of flames, it is gone ... probably back to the evil plane it came from.
The black snake slither after Venmirl and tries to bite him again. Just like last time however, Venmirl's hides prove too thick.
The quasit laughs at Algar's attempts to harm her but despite all her bravado, she incapable to escape his firm grip, at least for now.
A small note: using the oil is a standard action that provokes an AoO (like a potion) so Venmirl won't be able to attack this round. With this info, you can change your action now if you wish.
