K'tzhang 'Healing Scales' |

K'Tzhang looks closely at some ellsroot, growing by the side of the track. He dismounts next to the dark green plant with small yellow bell-like flowers, "Hmm, these are quite uncommon I think, but such a pretty flowers. I'll only pick a few, but infused with warm water, them make a sweet liquor, with restorative properties too." Taking out his knife, he cuts through the dark green stem, taking five or six of the coloured flowers.
A bump with story...cor!

As Sunny fails to have any diplomatic effect on these people, the woman amongst them laughs and says, "All of you will die here today!"
You all hear Donk tell Mr. Skitters to "Stay!" as he goes crashing into the trees, heading in the general direction of the creek.
Polson rushes up and plunks an arrow into one of the men by the logs. He does not fall.
K'tzhang manages to pull his horse out of the way of both Sunny and Belros.
The woman, and apparent leader, tosses two axes at Polson, both striking him. The second blade cuts along his neck, opening a wound that continues to bleed. She yells out, "Die you pathetic half-breed! Kill them you fools or I'll make sure the Stag Lord hears of your weakness!" 21 damage plus 1 bleed.
The two bandits by the logs hop over one log, taking cover. They each fire an arrow at Polson, and he manages to avoid them both.
The bandit in the tree fires an arrow that misses Polson.
The two bandits by the campfire move a little before firing at Sunny, both arrows missing her.

K'Tzhang use the cover of the tree, and pops his head round to fire an arrow at the human that threw the 2 axes. Calling out to Suny, he says, "Suny, I wouldn't waste your breath, typical humans are shooting first and asking questions later. Get yourself safe, before you get hurt."

Anyone healing at this time will be much appreciated :)
I just shot an arrow, so I hope you stay up, perhaps I should have deferred and waited for you....I kinda thought you were OK when you didn't ask for healing in the post yesterday....If BF allows a retcon, K'Tzhang can go for a channel, or maybe even a CLW on you...but it'll depend what BF says...

K'tzhang's arrows plants itself solidly into the woman's left shoulder.
While taking a step towards Sulna, the woman says to her men, "Destroy them! Kill them all!" She strikes Sulna with each blade. 19 damage total
One bandit fires at Polson and misses. Another fires at Sulna and misses. A third hops over a log and fails to stab Polson with his sword.
Of the bandits near the campfire, they both move to on log, and kneel for cover from the log. They both fire arrows at Nerik. One arrows strikes him, the other lands on the log in front of the archer as he accidentally lets go of his bow and it smacks him in the face and knocks him on his back.
More bandits appear from the woods.

K'Tzhang runs forward, taking out his holy symbol and ducks behind the lagre log. Calling to Apzu, he sends a wave of healing waves out, taking in those around him, especially Sulna, Polson and Belros. As the flow of energy approaches the axe wielding bandit, and other wounded enemies his faith diverts the energy around them, thus barring them from the healing effects.

The axewoman sees them as well and yells out, "Tane! Caelin! Get in here and shows these fools how to kill interlopers!"
At her outburst, Polson, Sulna, and Sunny all look and see their old companion and horse thief, Caelin O'Hern.
The elf responds, "With pleasure my dearest Kressle. This lot shall fall easily before you, Caelin and I. Won't they Caelin?!" He fires a bolt which flies over K'tzhang's head.
Caelin locks eyes with Polson and grins. He fires an arrow at Polson, which the half-elf easily avoids. The brigand then draws his sword and readies his shield.
Sulna knocks the axewoman, Kressle with two quick punches, stunning her.
End round 2, begin round 3.
Sunny wastes another bolt, again failing to strike Kressle.
Donk crashes through the trees some more. Nerik can see him.
Polson viciously stabs the woman with one of his blades.
K'tzhang rushes up and sends out a wave of healing energy as he takes cover behind a log.
Kressle stands there, recovering from Sulna's assault.
One bandit jumps over a log, landing next to K'tzhang, trying and failing to stab the kobold.
Various arrows fly and swords flash. Polson is struck hard by one bandit's blade. Nerik and Sulna are each struck by a single arrow, Sulna's being the worse of the two hits.
Polson: 10 more damage counting 1 bleed.
Nerik: 6 damage.
Sulna: 10 more damage.

Nerik hammers down with his morningstar on the bandit below him. Sadly, the man is still alive, and conscious.
The elf with Belros' crossbow fires a bolt, scratching Belros. 1 damage
Caelin easily clears the stream while charging Belros. He strikes the half-drow mightily. 15 more damage
Just as Caelin's blade bites into Belros, Sulna strikes Kressle twice. The first rocks her on her heels, the second causes a loud and easily heard crack as Sulna spins around, slamming his booted heel directly into the woman's chest, shattering her sternum and collapsing her ribcage. Though her armor doesn't break, it's obvious from the amount of gore that her flesh is broken beyond repair. Her eyes reveal she is dead before Sulna withdraws his foot, and long before her body his the ground.
End round 3, begin round 4.
Since Donk's charge shouldn't change whatever Sunny does, I'm going to go ahead and roll for him.

Seeing Polson seriously injured K'Tzhang calls out, "Don't go too far, I'll see you right." With that the little blue kobold starts to move, hoping to duck the blow that might come from the bandit attacking him. As he swiftly makes his way to Polson, he takes his little metallic dragon, holds it and starts saying words in draconic. The symbol glows and the blue kobold concentrates... A golden light appears above Polson before it drops down enveloping him, and sinking into his body.

Ahh, I misread Polson's last move, thought he moved to a bandit, rather than the bandit moved to him, so really I meant for K'Tzhang to move to the other side of Kressel from his current position, from where he could cure Polson. It makes sense for him to move there so he isn't threatened when he next casts.

Alternatively, you could Climb onto the platform (DC 10) and then have equal footing with the bandit there, but you'd draw an AoO. Your choice.
Belros stops bleeding out.
Tane, the elf using some of Belros' stolen property confidently strides over to Belros and nudges him with his boot. "Ha! Still as weak when we found you before. Maybe you'll stay dead this time!" He laughs.
