Caelin O'Hern
Caelin begins to sing a battle chant as it has been a tradition of his people
"We are warriors, the Sons of the Linnorm Kings and the Bronding Clan. Whilst we draw breath, we stand. Whilst we stand, we fight. Whilst we fight, we prevail. Nothing shall stay our wrath.
As our bodies are armored with steel, our souls are protected with our loyalty. As our weapons are charged with death for the Bronding’s Clan enemies, our thoughts are charged with wisdom. As our warriors advance, so does our devotion, for are we not warriors?
Death or glory!
Gaelen The Ironfist
"I'll head north. The big bastard is mine." Gaelen drew his sword, his gauntlet already equipped and heads north straight for where the creature is after he gets off his horse, keeping a distance so that anyone nearby can join in if this beast proves to be too much for him.
Initiative: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (1) + 3 = 4
Tam Hale
Tam looks around in mild surprise as the others notice the wolf pack moving in from all sides. All these strange people and their strange words are dulling her senses as she unclasps her spear and readies for combat. She clicks her tongue to her eidolon and motions toward the nearest wolf, "Stalker, kill."
Forgot my eidolon's init.
Initiative for Stalker: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (6) + 2 = 8

Encounter MAP. Where is everyone currently located?
Place Gaelen on the left side of the carrivan, north-east on the map so he'll be the closest to the big wolf, effectively. Funnily enough I only looked at the map after I posted what I was going to do.
Black Fang
I placed Constance in a spot that was open. Hope you don't mind Xealot.
As the group notices the wolves and talk about them, briefly, Xenos brings the wagon to a halt and gives the horses the defend command.
Erian
Updated MAP.
Erian begins a speech and readies his bow.
Everyone is inspired: +1 Morale bonus on saves vs. charm and fear effects, +1 Competence bonus on attack and weapon damage rolls.
The big wolf charges and misses Ilya.
Next up are Angus, Ilya, Caelin, Tam, Stalker, and Polson.
Then the other 6 wolves followed by Gaelen and Constance.
Angus Skulkhiem
"Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!!!" Angus screams and charges.
I charge the souther, rear pair of wolves, specifically the one on the right of the 2. Not sure about the distance to the wolves..if it's to far to charge then I'll ready an attack against there charge.
Attack 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (4) + 7 = 11(+1 BAB,+3STR,+1weapon focus,+2 charge)
Damage1d12 + 4 ⇒ (6) + 4 = 10
Black Fang
Polson will draw his short bow and fire.
What is my range and is the beast flat footed?
Updated MAP.
The three wolves you can see from the back of the wagon are all in range. Are you attacking the big wolf from the back of the wagon? Or are you attacking one of the two wolves by Angus?

Sorry should have been more clear, are any within 30' so I get sneak attack on any that are flat footed?
Polson draws and fires at the closest wolf 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (16) + 6 = 22
Tam Hale
Tam spurs her mount toward the wolves coming in from the southwest, spear held ready as she and Stalker charge toward the canids.
Rolls as needed.
Attack with Spear: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (14) + 6 = 20
Damage with Spear: 1d8 + 7 ⇒ (1) + 7 = 8
Ride Check: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (4) + 3 = 7
Stalker's Bite Attack: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (9) + 4 = 13
Stalker's Bite Damage: 1d8 + 4 ⇒ (2) + 4 = 6
Black Fang
Tam nearly hits one of the two wolves to the southwest but her mount dodges away at the last moment just enough to ruin her attack. Failed Ride check, sorry.
Both wolves bite at the horses legs, on connects and trips the horse. 6 damage to the horse. Tam, Ride check to avoid damage from falling.
Stalker Charges in and lands a good, solid bite.
Polson's arrow strikes true.
Caelin Charges and hits the other wolf next to Angus.
Updated MAP.

What is the distance to the closest wolf? If Polson can move in to try and flank he will if not I shall continue to fight using my bow
With a successful Acrobatics check you can jump down for 5 ft. of movement, otherwise it'll take 10 ft. of movement. Then, you can move around behind the big wolf, assuming that's the one you want to reach. You'll be able to do all this moving as a move action, but will draw an AoO from the big wolf. If you exit the wagon and charge the wolf, you'll avoid the AoO and then you can make 5 ft. steps until you are flanking the wolf, if it survives long enough. Of course, we still don't know what Gaelen is going to do before you get to act again.

Polson shall continue to pepper them with his bow ;)

CLEAVE works different in PF than it did in 3.5. I'll hold these attacks for your round 2 actions.
Gaelen The Ironfist
Gaelen charges the biggest of the Wolves that had started the attack on Ilya with his longsword out swining in the air.
Longsword: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (14) + 5 = 19

on his go Polson ditches his bow and will hop down planning to draw his short swords and move in, flanking if possible the closest wolf

Round 2 begins.
Erian draws his rapier and attacks, and misses the wolf beside his horse.

Big Wolf bites Uli. 6 damage.
Caelin strikes the wolf in front of him and down it with ease.
Polson attempts to fire his bow at the big wolf, but the string pops loose and the arrow flies very wide. He then drops his bow in the wagon and then jumps to the ground drawing his shortsword.
Just waiting for the Round 2 actions for Angus, Ilya, Tam, and Stalker.
Updated MAP
I'm headed out for some food, back later all.
Tam Hale
Tam grunts as she hefts her spear high and stabs it down at the wolf ravaging her downed mare, "Your hide will make a good cloak." Stalker, meanwhile, hisses at the wolf fighting him and darts forward to attempt to take a mouth-sized chunk from its throat.
Attack with Spear: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (17) + 6 = 23
Damage with Spear: 1d8 + 7 ⇒ (5) + 7 = 12
Stalker's Bite Attack: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (15) + 4 = 19
Stalker's Bite Damage: 1d8 + 4 ⇒ (6) + 4 = 10
Constance Superne
(Sorry, had to work some OT, but I'm here now.)
Not entirely certain where Constance is now, but if she has not already done so, she will dismount from her steed and attack the closest wolf. She will remain silent while fighting, fixating a cold, calculating stare on the wold she is about to attack.
1d20 + 7 ⇒ (4) + 7 = 11 Attack:
1d8 + 3 ⇒ (7) + 3 = 10 Damage:
And thanks for keeping things going for me. Feel free to do so at anytime.

Wow! I work one shift and there are 38 new posts!
Ride check 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (17) + 10 = 27 to negate damage from wolf with Mounted Combat feat.
Ilya leans forward in the saddle and stabs with his lance at the adjacent wolf.
Attack1d20 + 6 ⇒ (18) + 6 = 24
Damage 1d8 + 3 ⇒ (5) + 3 = 8
If that kills it, he will move 50 feet southwest towards the wolves near Tam Hale.
Angus Skulkhiem
"Oi! Angus! ya don't get so excited ya gonna miss if ya don't look"smiles, "let's keep scores, the one that has less kills buys the drinks in the tavern next time" laughs out loud "Oi! Polson! wanna give it a go too!?"
HA!! Your on boy..remember the sun shines on dogs arse some days! HaHa!" taunts Angus bringing his axe down on the remaining wolf
Attack 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (8) + 5 = 13
Damage1d12 + 4 ⇒ (7) + 4 = 11
seriously electronic dice roller?
Black Fang
I'm back, now it's time to catch up with all of you. :)
Ilya maneuvers Uli ruining the big wolfs attack.
Tam and Stalker adjust positions using 5 ft. Steps each. Tam because her horse is in the way, Stalker to make room for Tam.[ooc]
Tam and Stalker both land solid hits against a wolf which drops, dead. Tam's horse then stands up avoiding the snapping jaws of the wolf next to it.
[ooc]Ilya your lance is a reach weapon so you can't attack the big wolf with it. I'll modify the attack so it comes from your sword.
Ilya strikes the big wolf with a solid blow which causes it to rock back slightly.
Angus swings his axe and kills the eastern wolf in front of him.
Erian's horse easily evades the bite of a wolf.
Tam unfortunately is hit and tripped by the wolf after it lunges forward to attack her. 4 damage.
Constance dismounts and Charges the wolf attacking Erian's horse, and misses.
Gaelen attacks the big wolf, missing with his sword and nearly dropping it, but connects with his armored punch, and drops the big wolf.
Round 3
Polson charges the remaining wolf to the southwest and stabs it dead while executing a flip over Tam and it, landing safely behind it. The dice appear to like me rolling for Polson.
Updated MAP.
Ilya Shukhov
Oops! Forgot the 'I take a 5-foot step back' part.
Ilya wipes the blood from his longsword and smiles at Tam. Seeing there is little he can do without getting in the way, he moves just south of the wagon and loads his crossbow. He calls out "Who knows how to skin a hide? These wolf pelts could fetch us a tidy profit."
RULES QUESTION: With the appropriate BAB, can you load a light crossbow as part of a move action in the same way that you can draw a melee weapon as part of a move action? They are both move-equivalent actions that provoke an attack of opportunity and seem similar in function (preparing your weapon). Just curious.
