Maybe we should get our treasure nearer the entrance, and let half of us as guards, dispatching the others to rent a cart, to move everything heavy in one or two travels. Of course, they could take with them some of the items, sell them and use the money to buy stuff we may need.I could stay down here, and start working on disassembling the war chariot maybe. But it would probably better if I have some tools for that. I don't want to break something. What do you think?

Saedue seems excited about all this

Male Human Rogue (Trapsmith 1)

" As exciting a that is you couldn't be left alone down here, no telling what might happen. I do advocate getting everything out in less trips, reduces chances of something bad going on. " The idea of such a thing seemed not to upset Amal.. and to Saedue, Amal may have seemed similar in disposition.

”I agree that separating for extended periods of time in the tomb is not ideal. There could be obstacles we haven’t discovered that will impede us.” The cleric of Ra regards the treasure and artifacts they have discovered, imagining the time needed to haul it to the surface.

I've heard of an alchemical concoction that allows you to carry heavy loads, maybe twice the weight you usually can carry, but unfortunatly I don't know its recipe. It should be worthy to learn later...

Saedue puts the sack of gold first in the deep of her backpack, then the masks, the urn of Nard and finally the scrolls, carefully, on top.

Maybe I could carry a shield or some weaponry, even if I can't use it.

Do the books really weight 25 lbs each? Isn't it 2.5 lbs? That's quite heavy books... Education comes with an effort I know.^^

The pages are made of gold. That is HEAVY. But keeps it also like new after thousands of years.

Male Human Rogue (Trapsmith 1)

Yeah they WERE heavy but thats how they stayed pristine.

Amal nods " Sounds interesting, too bad I'm not all that stronger than you so you'll have to excuse my lack of ability. Dumah and Bjoern more than make up for me though! Separate the stuff out and get as much as we can per person, sounds like a plan " Amal takes enough to place him at a medium load.

Bjoern start to pack the most fragile items in the chest, cushioning them with his cloak and winter attire before carrying them to the entrance. Using a sack and some rags he will try to make everything small and portable ready for transport so that the group can haul as much as possible out as soon as possible.

Male Human Rogue (Trapsmith 1)

Amal assist with making sure there are no surprises upon the cargo but lifting was he least favorite subject on the matter. Being weighed down felt so unnatural.

If everyone is ready and got his pack, what are we waiting for? Wealth and glory awaits us!

Saedue will try to lead the way, and stumble under the weight of her backpack

Wait a minute. There is a wagon down below. Is it still useable? We could dismantle it carry it up load it with our findings and tow it out. It would give our casters some protection and we could go out with style! And it would be easier to take all in one go

Male Human Rogue (Trapsmith 1)

You mean the chariot ? I dont think we want to damage it with the weight of the other stuff.. thatd kinda defeat the purpose. It also not a wagon.

A chariot still has a platform. And I doubt we damage it if we put light but bulky stuff on it. Like vases masks... etc.

I thought much the same Bjoern but in re-reading the description of the chariot it’s described as “immovable.” I don’t think we’d be able to use it as a cart.

Male Human Rogue (Trapsmith 1)

See what I mean also you dont take in account the wear that pulling it through the sands might do to decrease its value. Effectively its a decoration at this point, the more pristine it is the better the quality for a collector.

A pitty. Was worth a try. At least it is easy to dismantle. Do we want to scrape the gold off or try to sell the sarcophagy as a unit?

Male Human Rogue (Trapsmith 1)

Already scraped it off.. only that was worth anything.. and that was only the fake one.. I think the real one wasnt worth anything and also kinda would be disturbing the dead.

I think the idea of renting, or even buying, a cart is a good idea. Two or three of us can go get it while the rest guard the tomb. The others can wait inside the entrance of the tomb with the loot until the others get back.

F Elf Alch(1)-Init +2- Ac 15 T 12 FF15- Hp 9/9-Fort+3 Ref+4 Will+0 - Perc +6- Move 20

Come on, people! I hope you don't expect me to carry all the loot by myself? Aren't you big boys with bulging muscles? At least some of you, no offense meant Amal..

She smiles and bows

Male Human Rogue (Trapsmith 1)

Amal waves his noodle arms " Can't be mad if its the truth .. he shrugs, possibly smiling but unsure under the mask.

Anset carries some of the treasure, his pack as heavy as it can be. Sweat streams down his face as he follows Saedue who struggles under her share of the burden.

When they reach the tunnel going up to the main level, Dumah will volunteer to go up first. Then he'll operate the block and tackle to bring up others and treasures.

Saedue will help at the best of her abilities... that's surely not much, but she seems enthusiatic
