Hey guys. I just went back and checked, Jones never made it out of the grapple to get up to the Mi-Go in the first place.

Go check it out, he failed on the initial casting and then his escape artist was a 22, he needed a 25. He can't have engaged them in melee combat.

Too late to fully retcon it now (I don't usually anyway, but this was a big mistake), but what it changes is the original two are now within 10 feet of you, and Jones took significantly less damage (22 rather than 44).

Of course, he's now suuuuuuper grappled, with the Black Tentacles Aiding the Mi-Go's grapple.
