We recovered a shard of rather unpleasant altar/artifact that, among other things, radiated a Dimensional Anchor type affect.
As for spells, check out d20PFSRD, you can search all spells there via school. I have faith you'll choose the right ones.
I'll write up a good post when I get home. I'm going to start with vision.

This spell functions like legend lore, except that it works more quickly and produces some strain on you. You pose a question about some person, place, or object, then cast the spell. If the person or object is at hand or if you are in the place in question, you receive a vision about it by succeeding on a caster level check (1d20 + 1 per caster level; maximum +25) against DC 20. If only detailed information on the person, place, or object is known, the DC is 25, and the information gained is incomplete. If only rumors are known, the DC is 30, and the information gained is vague. After this spell is complete, you are fatigued.

So im sticking in that game, the GM is good when he has time to post, LR etc. So I was sad to go and the other players are a blast.

Monkey and I discussed it and ill be taking over DM-ING. I post long posts mostly at night and small posts from my phone during the day.
I'm very familiar with the magic and game system, but complicated martial stuff isn't as familiar. I may need some clarification on certain things.
That being said, I have a very open gaming style and if you have any questions or comments I'm open to that.
Sparel will be my mouthpiece and participate in combat appropriately, but since he's my DMPC don't expect him to solve all your problems.
This is a high level game so I'm not going to pull any punches. I think you all can take it. Just remember that you're not invincible.

Close enough. I decided he was a hexcrafter. Seemed to fit.
I actually had intended him to be a Spelldancer and Singer of Blades, aka a Spellsinger, as both are Elven racial archtypes.
Since the only thing a Hexcrafter gives up is Spell Recall, which is also given up by the Singer, I say let him be all 3.

Well, I wasn't actually going to stat him out. I'm just fond of that hex and have never had opportunity to use it.
I don't plan to really stat him out either, beyond listing levels which will probably be all Magus, and archetypes. Though who knows, depending on how long this lasts, I just might.

What spell(s) are you specifically interested in? We're already pretty powerful and your ranger levels are from an ROPF. I have trepidation about adding power to our already extremely powerful group. I'm not saying no, but I'll need some good reasoning and/or RP reasons.
Well, I already have Ranger casting as a 10th level Ranger, via the HOPF Magic User(Ranger). I just want to take it 13th level, to get 4th level spells. Which gets me 3 spells per day.
I offered something similar to you for Sparel, though perhaps I only said 2 levels for Cleric, but that's only because you already cast them at a high level. 4th level Ranger spells aren't that uber.

Just FYI: my dm arc is going to need to be relatively short. The second half of next month I'll be out of the country for two weeks. There's no reason that you guys should wait for the dm for that time.
