Concentration Check vs acid: 1d20 + 38 ⇒ (7) + 38 = 45
Concentration Check: 1d20 + 38 ⇒ (18) + 38 = 56
Tar Baphon ignores the threat that Baergar represents, and then moves to lefty and targets him with a touch spell.
Greater Bestow Curse
Tar Baphon's Touch Attack with spell: 1d20 + 14 ⇒ (19) + 14 = 33
Lefty's Will Save (DC 38): 1d20 + 23 ⇒ (14) + 23 = 37
Lefty's Fort Save (DC 38): 1d20 + 20 ⇒ (13) + 20 = 33
As Tar Baphon touches Lefty, the spell takes effect, and his body stiffens.
You are permanently paralyzed, and effected with a greater bestow curse, which ironically means that you only have a 25% chance of acting in any given round. That will take us to Manisha I believe.
Manisha Johar
Map is out of joint, players note you can edit the map for your own moves. Based on where the map shows people, Baergar would have had to move to tb to attack, tb had to move to Lefty to bestow the curse, which should have provoked an AoO from Baergar, Star and Ghaele #1. Is the paralysis from the curse or a secondary effect?
Now that was just down right nasty.
Manisha moves just enough to get Lefty in her range, if needed.
spellcraft check: 1d20 + 47 ⇒ (10) + 47 = 57
break enchantment on the curse: 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (16) + 15 = 31
The ghaele takes an AoO (maybe?).
holy greatsword: 1d20 + 22 ⇒ (4) + 22 = 26
She will then take a 5' step to remove others from the line of fire, and get her out of tb's reach, as she casts prismatic spray.

"GAH! HE. WON'T. DIE." Lorelei screams in her head.
"Might I make a suggestion, sweetie?" Rose calmly replies. "I've been thinking through all the spells my Miracles can recreate, and I think I found a spell that might be just what we need."
"Won't work. He resists EVERYTHING!" Star growl-deadpans.
"This one offers no resistance. Absolutely none. He can only use his dodging prowess to avoid it," Rose replies. Star feels her "look" over at the Whispering Tyrant. "And as mighty a wizard as he may be, as tricky as liches are, I don't think centuries of sitting out of battle would result in particularly honed reflexes."
Lorelei pauses.
"...Tell me more," the Oracle finally replies.
Once Lorelei knows what she is looking for, Star begins to look deeper into her mythic well for the spell Rose described to her. After a bit of searching, she finds it. With a smile, Lorelei extends her palms out toward Tar-Baphon. Several golden chains of pure light shoot out of them and begin to encircle the lich...
Star casts Chains of Light on Tar-Baphon via Inspired Spell. She automatically makes the Defense Casting Roll. Tar-Baphon needs to make a DC 36 Reflex Save or be paralyzed. There is no spell resistance.
Lorelei Starling
"...I rest on your arm humbly corrected," Rose replies with a sigh.
Lorelei grows as the lich nimble dodges through the chains. Before they fade, she quickly yanks them back toward the Whispering Tyrant, hoping to ensnare him this time.
Looking back over the battle, I don't think I've used it on him, so immediate action: Misfortune Revelation on Tar-Baphon. He needs to make the save again.
Latharien "Lefty" Setiva
Oh, right.
5' step.
Immediate action: spend 1 TB point to raise my attack by 10
Swift action: Quickened Acid Arrow at TB, free action to declare it an impromptu sneak attack. That's my last one.
ranged touch attack: 1d20 + 31 ⇒ (5) + 31 = 36
damage: 2d4 + 7d6 ⇒ (4, 4) + (1, 5, 6, 3, 6, 2, 3) = 34
ongoing acid damage from last round: 2d4 ⇒ (4, 2) = 6
Standard action: Casting Dimensional Anchor on TB.
ranged touch attack: 1d20 + 21 ⇒ (11) + 21 = 32
TB takes 40 damage, can't blink out of here for the next 20 minutes, and has to make a concentration check to cast a spell this round. DC 50 + spell level.
Vrog Skyreaver
Well done. You actually made it impossible for him to cast spells this round.
While Lefty's acid does strike home, he misses by the most narrow of margins with his ray attack.
Reposting intiative, cause it's been a while since I've done so:
Manisha
Star
Lefty
Baergar
Tar Baphon
That makes it Baergar's turn.

Fleet charge - bypasses all DR 1d20 + 58 ⇒ (19) + 58 = 77 for 4d6 + 2d6 + 53 ⇒ (5, 1, 1, 3) + (5, 2) + 53 = 70 Damage = 534
1d20 + 48 ⇒ (4) + 48 = 52 for 4d6 + 2d6 + 53 ⇒ (6, 4, 3, 2) + (3, 2) + 53 = 73
1d20 + 48 ⇒ (15) + 48 = 63 for 4d6 + 2d6 + 53 ⇒ (3, 3, 2, 6) + (1, 2) + 53 = 70 Damage = 534
1d20 + 48 ⇒ (9) + 48 = 57 for 4d6 + 2d6 + 53 ⇒ (1, 2, 4, 6) + (1, 3) + 53 = 70
1d20 + 43 ⇒ (13) + 43 = 56 for 4d6 + 2d6 + 53 ⇒ (2, 1, 1, 1) + (1, 3) + 53 = 62
1d20 + 38 ⇒ (5) + 38 = 43 for 4d6 + 2d6 + 53 ⇒ (4, 6, 3, 4) + (5, 4) + 53 = 79

Baergar connects with all attacks but the last one.
Fortification: 1d100 ⇒ 59
Fortification: 1d100 ⇒ 32
However, even with the critical hits negated, Tar-Baphon will collapse into a pile of rags and dust.
Cause I can't do nothing about his attacks all bypassing my DR and taking 345 damage on top of the other damage that I took.
As the Lich falls, the swirling black cloud begins actively moving around the room, searching and then finding what it is looking for: A new host.
It looks through the souls of all present, and then makes it's choice by pouring itself into Star's mouth, nose and eyes.
Congratulations all! you have succeeded in not only defeating Tar Baphon, but also creating a new god of death for Golarion! A great deal of thanks for those of you who stuck it out!

Btw, I haven't forgotten about the story side of things; I've been writing some on my computer at home (not really what I should have been tbh) and I made a decision to wait til the story was over before finishing it (just to make things gel a bit more). I should be able to get the bulk of it posted over the next couple of weeks, barring work related stuff.

The irony is that Star was borderline undead anyway. She doesn't need to eat, drink, or sleep, breathing is strictly optional for her, and she was immune to most mind-affecting effects. Given her otherworldly Charisma, I suppose she'll be more of the vampire undead than whatever Urgathoa was.
Seeing the moment to finally rise to the state of being that she has been seeking for years on end, Lorelei embraces the power of the dark cloud. She is used to this sort of thing. After all, most of her power and state of mind comes from gazing into the deepest depths of the Dark Tapestry. Expanding her mental perspective and existence in a dramatic fashion is nothing new to Lorelei Starling.
"My, my. What an interesting turn of events," the Oracle muses as her new form settles. "I think I'll take a little trip to the Stars soon. There's someone up there that I want to speak with. The Dreamer in the Deep sleeps, but the Song of the Spheres doesn't."
Star looks at her allies and smiles kindly.
"For now, let's celebrate. A good drink sounds nice, though I've always prefered wine."
Great game, everyone. I'm glad we got to play it.
Latharien "Lefty" Setiva
I'd like a little denouement. Let's roleplay going and telling everybody we did the job, then celebrating and have a few laughs. Everybody likes a happy ending.
We did the job. We can fart around now. We have a newly-ascended goddess in our ranks. That's a unique twist.
Latharien "Lefty" Setiva
I guess we should go tell Ambrus the deed is done. I'm sure King Baergar has business to tend to, also, as we all do. His people need to know he's still with them, with yet another conquest to add to his list of achievements.
I need to report to Queen Telandia. She was very keen to know the outcome of our quest as soon as possible.
We've done something that was very needed. I'm proud to have worked with such an impressive company of heroes. You're all welcome at my villa, anytime.
Latharien "Lefty" Setiva
Well, then. We'll have time to tell the tale of how you downed the lich in a torrent of blows. I'm sure fine drink can be procured, given the magnitude of the event. We have managed to stop a most unpleasant scourge on Golarion. That merits a merry respite, good King.
Lefty grins and bows to Baergar, and says, I thank you on behalf of my Queen, and the people of Kyonin. All the living world will benefit from the removal of Tar-Baphon from our midst.
He then bows to Manisha and Star. Though I've just met you, I feel as if we are kin, and you are my most beloved sisters. You are both destined to do many important things. If I can ever help you, I'll do my best.
He then removes his haversack and starts rummaging through it.
I'm pretty sure I packed some really good wine...

"...One moment please," the Oracle says softly as she begins to concentrate on... something. She closes her eyes and seems to enter a completely relaxed state of existence. A few seconds later, Star begins to hum to herself.
After exactly a minute, Lorelei Starling opens her eyes and begins looking around the tower. The raven-haired woman looks to be at the union of a state of wondered disbelief and sheer happiness. She slowly lowers herself to the ground for the first time the others have known her and takes a few short but confident steps.
"...Can you all say something? Anything will do," she requests.
Each oracle is cursed, but this curse comes with a benefit as well as a hindrance. This choice is made at 1st level, and once made, it cannot be changed. The oracle’s curse cannot be removed or dispelled without the aid of a deity. An oracle’s curse is based on her oracle level plus one for every two levels or Hit Dice other than oracle. Each oracle must choose one of the following curses.
As a newfound deity, I reckon I can remove my own curse.
