Watching Zevon pull a bear from his bag, Daxur thought to himself "Amazing! I've got to get one of those."
His head snapping up when the horn sounds, Daxur readies his crossbow and advances to back up his friends; holding on to his spells until the exact nature of the goblin threat is revealed.
Shadow, the two maps you posted don't seem to match, at least I can't tell where in the first map we fit in the second map.

Does the red T on the map indicate a trap or something else? If the Black Bear Zevon pulls out of his coat is Large size, I hope he tossed it in the room before it grew fully...
Seeing Zevon supposedly conjure a bear, Beauregard shakes his head as he thinks to himself, Things are definitely getting strange around here... before squeezing past his companions to access the door.
If the doorway into 5 is open, he will continue to just behind one of the two pillars closest to us in the room.
EVERYONE that can see into the room You notice support pillars the ceiling of this empty square room. Grafiti covers the walls and the southern door hangs ajar. Nine sturdy wooden cots covered with folded wool blankets are neatly pushed against the walls. Barely able to see in the next room are a few creates.
EVERYONE The goblins move and crowd behind the creates and say in goblin "Drop your weapons walk in the room and surrender to the great Drakthar the dead!"

Peeking around the pillar at the Goblins on the other end of the room, Beauregard calls out. "As my variously encrusted companion implied, I fear we must regretfully decline your generous offer."

Daxur runs in to the room, hugging the left wall, coming to a halt behind the top right pillar, near Zevon.

Lumen strides into the room, drawing the attention of the enemy as the others move to better tactical positions. "He'll be Drakthar the truly-dead in another few minutes if you don't stand down."
EVERYONE As Lumen walks in the next room, the goblins murmur to themselves then launch flasks to the door. and the smell of oil floats in the air. then a torch flies and lands at the door way, lighting the door way in flames trapping Lumen

Seeing Lumen impel herself further into the fight & outside their companion's ability to assist her, Beauregard hurdles himself across the room & through the door.
Double move to the square immediately behind & to the left of Lumen's square, just on the other side of the wall from #3.

Zevon curses as the doorway erupts into flames. Not letting Lumen face all the enemies on her own, he tightens his cloak around him and jumps through the flames.
Seeing a goblin hiding behind the pile of crates, he tries to topple the crates onto the creature.
FYI: zevon's position: in the corner opposite the goblin. I don't know what roll is needed for zevon's action
