Missed the humor... Racist is a very strong word, adding JJ makes it seem horrible. Guess everyone else got the joke except for me.

Fair enough. Using racist was probably the wrong adjective, and nowdays might be as hurtful as "thug" or "articulate" (humor), although I thought Jessie Jackson was pretty tame; usually when I want to offend I use Al Sharpton (more humor). Not meaning to offend friend Don, just looking for yuks! :) I certainly apologize and ask for your forgiveness if I crossed the line.

Variel can you break open the door? Be ready for the kobold.
Friend Daedeloth I can certainly try, but given his skills would it not be better for friend Azzakan to handle this lock much like the last one? He seems to have a knack for these mechanical things. I would assume the kobold on the other side heard the clatter of debris falling on us, but if somehow he is still asleep it might be best to let him lie and take him by surprise.
Azzakan
To DM: No worries Chris.
Azzakan will finish out this adventure to cure the villiage and hopefully not die before then. After he will ask the Green Cloak commanders for reassignment. Hopefully Azzakan can rejoin the group when we all get together and you and Jon are the GM's.
Azzakan will take 20 if we all agree and unlock the door. Hopefully there is no trap.

Don, if you want to pass the DM torch back to me for live action you guys should check out the following as I will want to run you through the Rise of the Runelords adventure path: http://paizo.com/products/btpy8bd9?Pathfinder-Rise-of-the-Runelords-Players -Guide . It's a free download, check it out and let me know what your think! Also, are we still on for next week Saturday?
After what seems like forever but is really just a few moments, once again Azzakan has the door open. Readying his shield and preparing himself for battle Variel is first through the door.
What the.....? Where the Flame did the kobold go, there's nothing here! See friend Daedeloth, I told you there was nothing to fear about a single kobold.
It's at that point that you see and hear the sickening sound of a thrown dagger sinking deep into Variel's side (7 points!).
Spot!
A: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (4) + 7 = 11
D: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (3) + 12 = 15
J: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (10) + 8 = 18
V: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (10) + 11 = 21
Where did that come from?
Initiative
A: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (19) + 7 = 26
D: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (5) + 2 = 7
J: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (20) + 7 = 27
V: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (19) + 6 = 25
m: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (20) + 3 = 23
So: Jalriel; Azzakan; Variel; "invisible" dagger thrower of death; Daedeloth.
Please notice the incredible grouping on 19 and 20s on the initiative rolls. Flashing e-dice!

Oh!
It's the room large enough for me to splash a bomb and catch the invisible Kobold on fire without getting us. At least be able to say he is not in that part of the room.If so I prepare a bomb.
No, but Variel can exit and you can bomb the room safely.
Chris Welch DM
Readying his bomb the rest of the party prepares to cover Azzakan with shields while Jalriel opens the door.
On three... One! Two! Three!
The door opens and Azzakan casts his mixture into the room striking the base of one of the beds. The door slams and the party hears a small explosion followed by the crackling of flame. After a few minutes and smoke stops seeping from the door frame, the party opens the door to see two burned out beds and smoke stains leading to a small hole about 8 feet above them that appears to lead outside.
Chris Welch DM
I'm in favor of doors versus holes if I get a vote. Unless of course, one of you is ready to start entering rooms first? Variel says with a wry smile on his face.
~You would need to go back down the hall past the shrine and then turn East to find additional doors to check, or you can go back and break down the blocked door.~
Daedeloth
Variel, I agree, I think we should go back down the hall past the shrine and then turn East to see what we can find.
Before we go, I will look into the burned room to see if I see anything of value or use and will also cast detect magic into the burned room as well.
perception: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (15) + 12 = 27
Chris Welch DM
As you focus in, you sense a slight magic from deep within the remains of one of the charred beds. As you dig through the mess you find:
A complete set of masterwork tools useful for making Craft (stonemasonry) skill checks.
A small sack containing assorted coins worth 62 GP and a single finely cut ruby that radiates conjuration magic. You believe that the ruby is an exact fit for one of the slots on the shrine in the other room.
Chris Welch DM
As you place the ruby in to one of the open receptacles, a wave of positive energy washes out from the altar over the party. An unearthly dwarven choir springs from the darkness singing a holy chant before fading away.
CureLightWounds: 1d8 + 5 ⇒ (3) + 5 = 8
In addition to the healing received, everyone has the effects of a bless spell for one hour.
